    Sir I have book a fight ticket as a guest user which journey was Muscat to Mumbai dated 03/07/2017.this ticket was generated at 28/06/2017 but due to mistake in name I have to cancel the ticket within one hour as directed by goindigo customer and book a new ticket with same name and again paid full amount.The first ticket which is cancelled at same day of booking 28/062018 was not refund still this date 13/07/2028.the cancelled ticket details are as follows

      NO ONE CARES I DONT WHY IS THE LIKE GOVT PPL ALL ARE LIKE THIS.

      money got deducted and where to raise my voice oh god save all Indians from this [censored].

      no one cares no one bothers... called irctc n number of times they have only 1 number y dont they open c care

        Payment has been done & money has been deducted from my account but ticket is not booked . Am looking to book a train ticket from IRTC Official Android App, but ticket is not booked but payment has been done . Please Refund me money . I have received message from my bank that amount has been deducted . Please refund my amount ASAP . & I suggest you to resolve your Application bugs first before release it to Google Play Store

          This is regarding train no 15705. Departure date 12th July.
          Berth no. - B12/33 B12/36 (Mahendra Jha & Moti Devi)

          The train which was supposed to reach Samastipur at 12pm reached after 9pm with a delay of 9hours.

          There was no prior information to us about the delay and my parents left from home in morning at 5am to spend whole day at station.
          The AC waiting room is so bad in condition that you feel suffocated while sitting inside. It’s not even clean and water facility is also not upto date.

          Even after paying extra fee for this special train. We got such pathetic services.

          I want action to be taken against the officials involved or refund our fare!

            This is to inform you that i had made a payment of ₹ 716.80 through irctc app via zaakpay gateway using net banking of axis bank on 23rd june 2018. Irctc transaction id is [protected]. The amount has been debited from account but the transaction was unsuccessful. Irctc says amount not received from bank. Please look into the matter to refund me...

            IRCTC confirmed that they didn't receive payment from bank. Axis bank.also confirmed that transaction is successful. It failed in zaakpay of. Please check and refund the amount

                I have booked IRCTC ticket with on 25th march, 2018. Due to train being late by more than 3 hours, I filed TDR. IRCTC have approved it. On contacting freecharge customer care, they responded back that irctc refund is not received by them. Please refund the amount as soon as possible. Its been over 1 month since I did not get the refund.

                  I had booked a railway ticket using payUmoney gateway transaction I'd [protected] because the ticket was in waiting list so it got automatically cancelled. The IRCTC is showing the ticket money is refunded and refund I'd is [protected] on 1/07/2018. The payment method debit card was used at the time of transaction.But it has not been credited to my account.
                  So please look into it and inform me .

                  I have my login account with IRCTC. With the new web site, I am not getting my booked ticket history from where I normally retrieve my ticket and print whenever necessary.
                  I am even unable to go to the old web page where in this option was easily available and very useful.

                      There is biggest weakness of your site is "phone number" can be repeated. According to your rules, One number can hold only one id but your add the new id on same number without verifying it... Only username will change but number will same... While input the same active id number, one error of " NUMBER REPEATED" will appear but the id has been save in your server and that person can login into it...
                      And your new site is unable to hold the traffic... It hang again and again.. fix is as soon as possible...

                        I used my debit card for recharging R Wallet o[censored]TS mobile app( Under IRCTC).But at first attempt money is not credited to my R Wallet.So, I had to recharge again.Later bank statement shoes money debited twice but recharge done for once.Money debitted from bank account twice but it is not credited in R Wallet for one transaction.                         The newly designed web site which is started recently, is totally embarassing. There is no link of cancellation ticket, . no link for viewing the booked tickets history., no link for taking print out .

                        so please let the old irctc web site be continue. Abolish the newly designed web site.

                          IRCTC web portal is not accessible in USA. It is giving below error:
                          This site can’t be reached
                          The webpage at https://www.irctc.co.in/eticketing/loginHome.jsf might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
                          ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED
                          Same issue is with IRCTC rail connect app also where it is giving error of data connection when clicked on Train Ticket option.

                          This issue is happening for all of my friends staying in USA.This site and app were working 10-15 days back. Please look into this.

                            A week ago when i tried to book a ticket by using android app of irctc. every thing works well but after the payment it gives error message but in mean while ticket amount deducted from my bank account.
                            several times i complaint about it to the irctc helpline, but they refused to consider it as any problem.
                            i mailed at [protected]@irctc.co.in but they just send ticket id and forget the problem.
                            so how can i get the refund for the same,
                            for above mentioned problem i sent my bank account statement to the [protected]@irctc.co.in but not received any reply from them.

                              I tried to recharge utsonmobile Rs.100 through debit card from my bank account(see attachment). Message received from bank informed debit of that account but utsonmobile balance showed no transaction held and the balance remains the same as earlier. On asking the Bank authority over phone via toll free number (SBI) I was directed to the irctc so that they should initiate first for this and the banking authority will resolve this by crediting the deducted amount. I have asked the irctc authority over mail but to no avail. Please take steps.

                                Booked Ticket on IRCTC using Master Card vide Booking Transaction ID of IRCTC is [protected] and amount debited INR 2010 but IRCTC website showing Payment Pending from Bank End, I inquired at my Bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at Bank End. IRCTC anyway unable to say anything as their System is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither I am able to book new ticket nor I am able to get the status of the booking. The Message received from my bank as below:

                                I took a ticket from pune to ernamkulam..but changed boarding point to tcr.now my ticket is allowted to someone else but when i look my current status its show pune to erklm as our ticket.i had to take another ticket to travel.i lost my money.
                                Today I tried booking 2 tickets in 3-AC by opting 1 upper berth and 1 middle berth.Transaction failed stating “choice of at least 1 lower berth not met”. Tried again for 1 upper berth and 1 no preference. Failed. 3rd time tried not opting berth for both passengers. Still it failed. All 3 times deducted money from bank but failed with same error.

                                  "TR NO 11026 PUNE-BSL EXP. OF DT. 11.07.2018. WILL RUN DIVERTED ROUTE VIA DD-MMR. DUE TO HEAVY RAIN AND WATER LOGGING. INCONVENIENCE IS REGRETTED."

                                  Please confirm Schedule time, and it will halt At kalyan station.

                                  IF it is not halt at Kalyan station can I get full refund for the same, What is procedure to get refund amount.

                                  On June 27, I tried booking Takal, the payment was successful from the bank, but in IRCTC web page it said the transaction is dropped as no seats available.

                                  Its been a week now, but no refund has happened to my account.

                                  Not recieved refund amount even after 9 days of cancellation...but the status in the irctc app is refunded...and i am not recieved yet in my paytm bank or wallet while i boked through the paytm wallet..The Ticket was from mumbai to chennai in chennai mail express on[protected]

                                    Undersigned asked for Bread Omellete (2 eggs). The catering staff asked for Rs.50/-. However, the list price on IRCTC’s website is Rs. 35/-. Another catering staff also asked for Rs.50/-. On being asked why is he overcharging he simply replied “net vet mat dekho, Lena hai toh Rs.50/- mai lo” and walked away. Similarly, the catering staff was overcharging for Poha and Bread cutlets too.

                                    Undersigned is travelling by Train No.12215 having PNR: [protected] and boarded the train at Delhi Sarai Rohilla Rly Stn. The train starts from Delhi Sarai Rohilla at 9:20AM. Now, please advise how can a person get breakfast at list price on moving train and not succumb to such corruption practices.

                                    Kindly look in to the issues being faced by the Indian Railway Passengers and provide a suitable solution for the same.
                                    Looking forward for a swift and appropriate response.
