I had booked the train ticket from my IRCTC User ID: Vak96 to Howrah from Nagpur. When I go inside the website, website Hang fully and also I tired to book it shows around available seat of 10. First I booked after OTP and payment, All seats are full it came, amount debited and again I booked another train, same scenario for this as well. Nearly Rs.4000/- amount debited from IRCTC. such a frustrating thing. I need a refund immediately

Every time IRCTC always makes me frustrating, Every train leads to destination always 4 hours to 8 hours delay. Due to this one time I missed one interview. Worst thing i am facing due to this.

      I have booked a ticket form Jammu to Delhi, Ranjdhani. I used the iPay portal and UPI payment mode to make the payment. The transaction was completed successuly as shown in my UPI app, however the booking status is shown as Failed.

        Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from BPL to NZM journey date 23-FEB-2023 23:10HRS, but the train got late from more than 7 hours.I had filed the TDR on the same day at 24-FEB-2023 03:49 HRS.The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR little late.Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.             Sir I cancelled a counter ticket on your website. I got the msg after cancellation.
            "PNR [protected] has been cancelled. Collect refund amt 60 from journey commencing station or nearby satellite PRS locations as per notified time.-IRCTC"
            No refund was given at nearby PRS location, mentioning that you are allowed to collect the money from Journey station only. While as per above msg they should refund me my money after collecting the original ticket. They say that this matter is related to IRCTC, so Complaint there.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I had booked two tickets with PNR [protected] and [protected] from MDU to MS with journey date 17 Feb 2023, but the train route was diverted hence not touching the boarding station MDU. I filed the TDR on the travel date 17 Feb 2023 at 09:12:42 & 09:11:52 HRS respectively with the TDR Reason: Train diverted and not touched the boarding point. The status of TDR now shows CR Repudiate. As per rule, the total amount of the ticket should be refunded if the train is diverted and not touching the boarding point.

              Kindly help us in getting the refund.

                Booked retiring room selecting check in and check out time same as 17.01.2023 and paid the amount. But on receipt of the confirmation after booking the time slot was 16.02.2023 19:00 hrs to 17:02.2023 7:00hrs. The train departure time was 21:00 hrs from Palghat station and reaching at trivandrum next day morning. Even before the commencement of the journey retiring room booking time started at destination station!!!. We could use the room only for 1 hour because of this. What sort of service IRCTC is providing? Normally a day starts after 00:00 hours but for IRCTC a day starts from 19:00hrs??? 855 rupees were gone for nothing with this booking, really the website and system of IRCTC are maintained by insane people? For what you are cheating people like this? Better than this is theft!!!

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I had booked a ticket from NDLS to HWH for journey date 14-Jan-2023, The train got delayed for more than 3 hours. I had filed the TDR on the same day 02-Aug-2014 at 09:28 PM. The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate. I was waiting for the train but as the train got late and so I filed the TDR little late. Please help me on this at the earliest. As per rule, total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.

                    I ordered food for my Mom dad who were travelling from Prayagraj in Kamayani express (train no. - 11072) on 18th Feb, 2023. They both are Deaf. I ordered from domino's at Satna station for them (order no.[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered at 10:40pm. Train was on time. First of all the service number provided at the food ordering page had no incoming service. I had no clue how to contact the store. Then, I got a call at 10.42pm from a man saying that our delivery boy has left, he is a little late so please ask someone to come to the gate of the coach. I sent my dad there, he was waiting and for no surprise the train started moving while it already took a 3min extra halt. Now when I was calling that man again, he has not responded to even a single call. My parents were starving because of their lack of efficiency. I ordered the food 2 hours ago, then how can the store miss on delivering it on time? And also not taking up the responsibility of their inefficiency? My parents starved and fell asleep on an empty stomach. This is unacceptable. Please look into the matter, compensate for what my parents went through and remove domino's from the e-catering service.

                      With due respect i complaint about retairing staff ( Dinesh Bhai) at dwarka railway station who take money and give the Dormatry room. When I refused this type of behave, he says " mai railway staff hu aap kuchh nhi kah sakte hai" .

                              Hello,

                              I live in Sweden. I registered an account to buy a train ticket 5 days ago. I use my Swedish mobile number for my account. I paid 100 INR (Rupie) for to verify my account - email and mobile number. Email verification worked out but mobile verification did not - I do not receive any SMS with a verification code. I requested some support from the support service but the only answer from them is "SMS was sent" - this is not helping me because I did not receive anything.

                              What I can do about this?

                                  The TDR refund case has been registered with[protected] on[protected]:12:41.259 and forwarded to the Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds null to process refund through Enhanced Coaching Refund System of Indian Railways (ECRS) under the present commercial rules.                                     I post a complaint on this platform and after 2 days money was refunded by irctc. It's easy. No panic at all.thank you

                                      Rs.1500/- was deposited in IRCTC E-wallet vide transaction id:T2302150951451516044928
                                      This particular transaction is showing 'Failed' in IRCTC statement. Copies attached. Please advice about the procedure.
