Ticket amount refund

Hi All,

This is in regards to my ticket of 7th January 2023, train number 08048 and PNR number [protected].

I missed an important business meeting on 8th of January 2023 as the train was late by more then 6 hours hence, I tried to file a TDR but I was getting error, I tried for more then 4 times.

I raised this with the IRCTC team but they didn’t even respond to my email. I am very disappointed...

TDR Filed in Time But Still Rejected

Amount deducted from account towards irctc ewallet but didnt recharged nor refunded

Not getting OTP from IRCTC

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a Yuvaraj.

The IRCTC Website and app is not sending mobile verification code on my mobile. And, therefore I am not able to log-in into the IRCTC website.

Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as I have to take printouts of my booked tickets and make another online booking.

Amount deducted but not added in irctc ewallet

I have deposited 1500 rupees in IRCTC eWallet on 11-Jan-2023. Amount was deducted from my account. But in IRCTC site it shows failed transaction....

Ewallet money deposit

Jan 8 2023 I was recharged IRCTC ewallet two times ( 280 rs and 285 rs) my account debited the money but not credited to irctc ewallet deposit
I search the ewallet transaction history the two transactions failed please refund my money...

Miss behaviour of ticket collector

Respect Sir, /Mam. I Dinkar Singla traveling today from Surat to Delhi in sawraj express 12471 with platform window ticket of 3rd ac with RLWL waiting 5 and 6 respectively. I went to ticket collector if there is any seat in 3rd ac. He told there is not seat go to sleeper coach. I told him that I have 3rd ac ticket. He replied me there is no place just go to sleeper in a rude way. Uneducated ticket collector in India railway. Huge mistake...

TQWL ticket issued

TQWL 6, TQWL 7,

Same thing has happened with me today on 8th jan 2023 .

Even after selecting the "book only if confirm berths are allotted" option still TQWL tickets were issued ....

Lateness of 12571 GKP ANVT HUMSAFAR EXPRESS

Address:New Delhi

The train is scheduled to be arrived by 8:30 AM today but today it arrived at 2:30 PM. The train got late by 6 hours 2 mins and because of this i am unable to attend my scheduled meeting, who is gonna responsible for this .

I want the complete refund in return and a proper apology from the so called reputed organisation.

They rejected my TDR although train was late for 11 hr

We have booked the train tickets of Azad Hind Exp from Nagpur to Pune for date 30th December. the train departure time from Nagpur station was 15;50.

on the date of journey we come to know that the train is late by 6 hr. So we decided to cancel our ticket & take bus instead to reach pune. So we call the IRCTC helpline number [protected] & told them to cancel our respective tickets. The person of that forum suggest us that file...

I have recharged 500rs in my R wallet o[censored]TS application(irctc) on 07/01/2023 around 8:11AM. Amount is debited from my bank account but that amount is not received in my R wallet.

Amount not credited in UTS app

Hi Team

On 6th January 2023, i tried to deposit 100 rupees in UTS application but amount has been debited from my google pay, but amount not reflecting/credited in my R wallet.
I have attached both screenshots from google pay for successful transaction and from UTS application.

Could you please help with this issue as soon as possible.

Uts r-wallet recharge problem

Sir,
I recharged my r wallet using UPI I'd via Google pay. Bank have dedicated money rs 200 but the money was not added to my r-wallet.please refund or add the same amount in my wallet....

I didn't receive my ixigo money max refunded amount in my bank account

I booked a train ticket but for a technical issue the book was failed I got my ixigo money max so I transfer this amount to my bank account by UPI they show me that they are successful to send my refund money in my bank account but after that when I checked my account balance the refund money is not reflected there so please I have requested to yo please send my refund money in my account...

Train ticket - Amount deducted but ticket not booked

Hi team, i booked a ticket from IRCTC App. The ticket booking was done through the IRCTC Mobile app. Amount got deducted but there is no booking appearing for the same in the IRCTC account.

This train is delayed by more than 5 hours. No pentry is available, for long journey trains it should be mandatory to keep pentry car. No breakfast was available.
You are keeping passangers hungry. This is disgusting on part of indian railway
