After cancelling the ticket refund amount not yet credited to my account nearly it takes 2 weeks kindly refund the amount as soon as possible

    Hi All,

    This is in regards to my ticket of 7th January 2023, train number 08048 and PNR number [protected].

    I missed an important business meeting on 8th of January 2023 as the train was late by more then 6 hours hence, I tried to file a TDR but I was getting error, I tried for more then 4 times.

    I raised this with the IRCTC team but they didn’t even respond to my email. I am very disappointed with the service.

    I followed all the protocols for filing the TDR. I would request the money to be refund as soon as possible. Thank you.

      I have filled a TDR Request for My Journey Ticket of Avadh Assam Express from Guwahati to Mariani of whose Schedule Journey Time was on[protected] at 02:30 A.M. but before 6 Hours Of My Schedule Journey I came to Know that the Train was Late by More than 10 Hours and that's why I have Filed a TDR for the Ticket on[protected] at 08:28 P.M. Which is Approximately Before 6 Hours Of The Scheduled Departure Time but Today I Received an Email From IRCTC stating Me "The TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] with reason Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled. has been repudiated by system as per the Indian Railways Refund Rules https://contents.irctc.co.in/en/Refundrule2015.pdf

      Reason for Repudiation/rejection: Invalid TDR Timestmap : DELAY."

      I Hearby Request to Look onto this Matter as The Train Later on Got Late By More than Approximately 15 Hours And I have Filled My TDR on Time too
      Below I have Attested two Copies where One is Of the Proof of The Time I have Filed the TDR and the Another is of the EMAIL I received from IRCTC

            I am a Yuvaraj.

            The IRCTC Website and app is not sending mobile verification code on my mobile. And, therefore I am not able to log-in into the IRCTC website.

            Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as I have to take printouts of my booked tickets and make another online booking.

                  Jan 8 2023 I was recharged IRCTC ewallet two times ( 280 rs and 285 rs) my account debited the money but not credited to irctc ewallet deposit

                    Respect Sir, /Mam. I Dinkar Singla traveling today from Surat to Delhi in sawraj express 12471 with platform window ticket of 3rd ac with RLWL waiting 5 and 6 respectively. I went to ticket collector if there is any seat in 3rd ac. He told there is not seat go to sleeper coach. I told him that I have 3rd ac ticket. He replied me there is no place just go to sleeper in a rude way. Uneducated ticket collector in India railway. Huge mistake to travel in Indian rail. I want it solution or may feel him sorry in my way...
                    Please solve my issue before train reach to Delhi

                      Same thing has happened with me today on 8th jan 2023 .

                      Even after selecting the "book only if confirm berths are allotted" option still TQWL tickets were issued .

                        The train is scheduled to be arrived by 8:30 AM today but today it arrived at 2:30 PM. The train got late by 6 hours 2 mins and because of this i am unable to attend my scheduled meeting, who is gonna responsible for this .

                        I want the complete refund in return and a proper apology from the so called reputed organisation.

                          We have booked the train tickets of Azad Hind Exp from Nagpur to Pune for date 30th December. the train departure time from Nagpur station was 15;50.

                          on the date of journey we come to know that the train is late by 6 hr. So we decided to cancel our ticket & take bus instead to reach pune. So we call the IRCTC helpline number [protected] & told them to cancel our respective tickets. The person of that forum suggest us that file a TDR rather than cancelling ticket so that you will get full refund & if you cancel it you have to pay cancellation charges.
                          So we filled TDR on 30th December at 15;28 before actual departure time of that train. Even after filing the TDR we again confirm it from the IRCTC helpline forum. They said its filed.
                          On 4th Jan I got a mail from IRCTC that the TDR is repudiated ( which means rejected). On same day I asked for the reason but no reply over my mail. Even I call the helpline number which now said that the refund is solely handled by railways heads.

                          Anyone can check that train Azad hind exp 12130 got late almost every day from last 1 week almost by 12 to 14hr.

                              On 6th January 2023, i tried to deposit 100 rupees in UTS application but amount has been debited from my google pay, but amount not reflecting/credited in my R wallet.
                              I have attached both screenshots from google pay for successful transaction and from UTS application.

                                Sir,
                                I recharged my r wallet using UPI I'd via Google pay. Bank have dedicated money rs 200 but the money was not added to my r-wallet.please refund or add the same amount in my wallet.

                                  I booked a train ticket but for a technical issue the book was failed I got my ixigo money max so I transfer this amount to my bank account by UPI they show me that they are successful to send my refund money in my bank account but after that when I checked my account balance the refund money is not reflected there so please I have requested to yo please send my refund money in my account

                                        This train is delayed by more than 5 hours. No pentry is available, for long journey trains it should be mandatory to keep pentry car. No breakfast was available.
                                        You are keeping passangers hungry. This is disgusting on part of indian railway
