      I got the information about the train diverted late after which I filed the TDR and it got rejected by the system. I would like to get the refund.

        I'm travelling in train no. 12420 GOMTI EXPRESS with 4 more adults and an infant and ordered 4 bread cutlets, 1 bread omelette, 2 veg biryani... but the food provided was the worst ever... biryani had foul smell and rotten in taste... the cutlets were not freshly cooked and has some smell even the bread was not fresh...just omelette was ok ok in taste... I request to food inspector look into the matter and please take necessary action as soon as possible as the bad food can affect anyone's health or lives...

          Today i did a topup of ₹5200 into my irctc e-wallet by using UPI payment option, the transaction was successful from bank side and money deducted as normal but not credited in irctc e-wallet and also not showing in my irctc e-wallet transaction history. So i did again a ₹100 topup and this time it was successfully occurred and showing in the wallet status also.so please help me get out of it as quick as you can, i will attach all pics related to transactions.i want my ₹5200 refund.

            Date of Journey: 04 April 2023
            Train number : 12661 Pothigai express
            Coach and seat : B1, seat 8 and B5, Seat 72.
            Boarding station: Tambaram

            Incident description: A Man and his wife boarded at Tambaram station where I have to board as well. Their ticket got separated in two coaches, one in B5, 72 and one in B1, 1.
            My ticket is B1, 8. In order to travel together, they requested me if I can switch my seat with them. We have informed the TTE at B1 coach and I have started to move to B5, 72.
            The TTE at B5, 72 came to check while the train was at Chengalpattu and started to shout on me. I have tried to explain my situation to him. He was making fun of my explanation which was really hurtful. People like him need to be punished and taught for customer service.
            Please take necessary action on him .
            There is also CCTV footage of him making fun while I'm trying to explain.
            He just walked away while I was talking.
            I'm a working professional and I will never do like this to any fellow person.
            Such a low grade person this TTE.

                My 2 Trains late for more than 3 hours and I didn't travel due to train delays.

                I filed a TDR on the same day for both of my bookings and none of them, I received a refund as now.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred on a train journey I recently took on the S6 coach 26March. After the Rajkot station, a group of transgender individuals began asking for money. My family and I gave them some money, but after that, they continued to ask for money at every station we stopped at. When we explained that we didn't have any change left to give them, they became abusive towards us and other passengers who didn't give them money.

                      What was particularly disturbing was that one of the transgender individuals abused my mother in front of all the passengers when she explained that we had already given money to many people from their group. Despite the presence of a TC in the S6 coach, they did not take any action to stop these individuals from harassing and abusing passengers.

                      I urge you to take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. I believe it is essential for Indian Railways to create a safe and secure environment for all passengers, regardless of their gender or background. While I understand that many transgender individuals face economic hardships and other challenges, it is not acceptable for them to harass and abuse passengers for money.

                      I request you to investigate this incident thoroughly and take measures to ensure that passengers are not subjected to such harassment and abuse in the future. It is important to provide appropriate training and support to the TCs and other staff on the train to handle such situations effectively.

                      Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope that we can work together to create a safe and welcoming environment for all passengers.

                          I have filed TDR and my TDR refund is approved by irctc on 2nd of February 2023, and till today i haven't received my refund amount back it's very pathetic service by IRCTC. As irctc is nation pride and we all have believe for it's services but day by day the services are getting down for tdr returns it's costing up 90+ days ?

                            It is intimated that the refund for the transaction vide transaction ID [protected] has not been credited in my account.I am attaching the screenshot for reference.                                       Reason: Train was late more than three and passenger not travelled . I filed TDR for all passengers did not travel in the train.
                                      But now TDR status is saying TDR REPUDIATE
                                      I am facing financial problems due to non-acceptance of my genuine claim. I filed my claim in Feb 24th 2023 and this is March 2023, such a long time for claim processing and finally denying the claim has caused lots of financial pressure on me.
                                      My claim is genuine and not a single person was travel that day, Actually the correct option should be Train was late more than three and passenger not travelled . Wrongly it was selected Train Diverted and Train not Touching Boarding Station .So take it forward to the concern department for reimbursed of the amount

                                        Out of three tatkal waiting ticket only one was confirmed. Partial confirmed ticket resulted that no one travelled. Now irctc rejected my tdr and did not gave refund for a single rupee. I should be given back the three ticket money.
                                        Not this, at least the two non confirmed waiting tickets should be refunded.
