I had made two transactions of 400rs each but the transaction is showed as failed in IRCTC e wallet. The miney is debited from my account. I am expecting a refund. Thankyou. I have attached screenshots.

        This is with regards to Ticket Id:[protected]. I requested a change of my registered mobile number and payment has gone through successfully. However, IRCTC site is only not providing option to book tickets despite screen showing message that email and mobile have been successfully verified. Further under account profile it only give option to log-out.

        I dropped a mail on customer care id but of no help, its more than 10 days and all I been requested is to provide screenshots, user details and mail from registered, which has already been shared multiple times. Mail was also sent from same google account (.googlemail instead of .gmail), latter has also been rectified but no help.

        Its really frustrating that is someone really bother to look in what information has been shared with genuine intent to resolve issue.

          I Dr. Nagarjuna travelling in sabari express but unfortunately the catering team forcefully purchasing the food items. Catering person name kallu singh bearing mobile number :[protected]. I asked for 20 Rupees mirchi bajjis but he has given for 50 Rupees forcefully and quality of the bajjis also not good getting smell might be belongs to yesterday s food. Please take a action against these people.

            I tried to book a ticket with saved passengers list. Then firm detail with gst was entered, which got stuck with "error: please enter proper flat/ door/block." I thought its solution thru its profile/ address update etc. But again new issue generated: "Invalid nationality" issue on profile update. Please guide on Chhajer.[protected]@gmail.com. I've stuck in booking, the travel date is approaching fast.

              I had booked an international air ticket through IRCTC Air for an official tour (Transaction Id [protected]). After the airlines cancelled one of the segments, I had requested cancellation and full refund to IRCTC on 19th January, 2023. I was promised that I would receive the refund within 5-7 working days.

              It has been more than 3 weeks since then and I have received no refund or explanation for the delay from IRCTC.

              I have sent several emails to [protected]@irctc.co.in. They just keep responding with the same following message:
              "We acknowledge the receipt of your email and please note that the matter
              is already escalated to the respective concerned team as explained
              earlier as well. We will take further action, only on receipt of clarification /
              instructions from above."

              But no further clarification or proper information has been sent to me. I am disappointed and frustrated by the unprofessional customer service of IRCTC Air, which is supposed to be one of the authorised travel agents by Govt. of India!

              Not resolved yet. It has been almost 2 months since my cancellation request has been placed. I have not received the refund. The customer service is terribly unhelpful.

                  I had filed for a TDR (ID:[protected]) for my ticket in BBS Rajdhani scheduled to depart from Hijli on 10 jan with PNR:[protected], I waited for the train but it kept getting late so I couldn't travel and filled a TDR, the train was about 18 hrs late and I could not travel.I paid full amount of the ticket (₹1493) and didn't even travel.Now my irctc app shows TDR Repudiate as status and I have not received any refund. Please provide me the necessary refund for the same.

                    I had recharged R-wallet twice (1st 8th Jan, 2023 and 2nd 5th Feb, 2023) and money has been deducted from my bank account but the R-wallet is not credited with recharged amount yet.
                    Kindly Look into the matter as I am getting trouble to book the tickets.

                      I booked 4 train tickets from H Nizamuddin (NZM) to Secunderabad on 26/06/2022. But the tickets I received was on waiting list. The train ticket was not confirmed hence it got cancelled. But the amount that was charged for the ticket was not refunded to the bank and has not yet received till date.

                            We 4 senior citizens are traveling on 23.02.2023 from BRC to NZM by AK Raj (12951) booked tickets in Second AC could not get lower births inspite of age mentioned (PNR [protected]). All the travelling members having knee problems and not able to climb up.

                            Similarly while returning from NZM to BCR on 28.02.2023 by AK Raj (12054) also we could not got lower births (PNR [protected]) inspite more number of seats were there while booking. How railway can help us in both the cases? What could be the ru;les for senir citizens then?

                              Food in Vande Bharat Express

                              I am travelling in VandeBharat Express on 04-Feb-2023 vide PNR No. [protected].
                              At the time of Breakfast, I asked Waiter Mr. Musthafa to give me one Extra Bread. But he said that it can't be given. He can't provide any Extra Bread. And if I need, I have to Pay Cash of one Breakfast Charge of Rs.205/-
                              Is it OK for IRCTC/Railway for one extra bread, I have to pay Rs. 205/-?...

                                  It is about the train number 22858 ANVT SRC SF EXP which was 5 hrs late on date 21 dec 2022. I booked 2 tickets having PNR [protected]. Train was late more than 5 hrs from its actual time. So I filed TDR for this PNR. But my TDR application is repudiated. I can’t understand why they rejected my TDR. I want to know why TDR get rejected. My reason for filing TDR is genuine. IRCTC can easily check at what time train was reached at station.I want my full refund for TDR

                                    I deposited Rs. 250 in IRCTC eWallet on 29/12/2022 via GooglePay and the money was debited also. But eWallet shows this transaction as failed. No refund received yet. I herewith attach the transaction details and the screenshot of IRCTC eWallet deposit history. I request to kindly refund the amount.
