Jai Hind,

Kindly refer to my Order No.[protected], Invoice No. IN 22-23/04820546 and PNR No. [protected]. Train No. 12801 Coach No. A1 Birth No. 07. Dated 18 Mar 23. The same order was delivered on Time in Coach No. A1. But The Quality is not Good or even not up to the Standard of IRCTC in respect of all three Items. If you are asking for the Rating on Products then i can Give only 03 Out of 10. If it is not recommended to Other Customers also to get the ordered from This Restaurant. Secondly i have Paid Rs. 630 out of 630/- Rs. 619 Was Credited to IRCTC But the Invoice has Generated for Rs. 599/- Only.
So once it is requested that please do the needful from your end for it's corrective action.

    I booked the retiring room online at Ahmadabad Junction for dated 04/04/2023 the said booking and online amount paid on 10/03/2023. But till date status shows that Room Not Booked, whereas payment status shows that it is settled. I tried to connect on given No. ([protected]) but not received the response. I tried to cancelled the booking but unable to do so. I need to resolve this issue by getting refund of amount or by booking the room on said date.

      Dear All,
      Today I was trying to book ticket from Delhi to Lucknow but after paying the amount session got expired and when i m checking with my bank amout got paid from my account but i m unable to see anybooking please provide refund as soon as possible as i have to book tickets for my journey.

          I have booked a ticket for travelling from Nizammuddin Station (NZM) to Agra cantt (AGC) on 4th March 2023.

          PNR - [protected]

          Train got delayed more than 3 hrs. so I filed TDR on same date 4th march before train starts from NZM, for getting my money back, but my TDR rejected with reason CR REPUDIATE.

          Please tell why it was rejected, and how will I get my money back

                TDR Date: 6 Mar 2023 | 12:35PM

                As train was late/rescheduled for more than 10hr so i filed TDR
                but my TDR got rejected as showing not filed within given timestamp.
                As per rule for train late by more than 3hr TFR is valid.

                please help me to resolve this issue.
                IRCTC customer service is pathetic there is no response from them.

                      I was deposited 1375 rupees in my IRCTC e wallet account and amount was also be deducted from the upi account but it was not shown jn my e wallet statement

                        I had not travelled as the train was more than 3 hours late and I had also filed tdr before actual departure of the train
                        I had already filed tdr but got rejected stating reason (CP Repudiate) .
                        Please help me in.getting my refund.

                          I had booked the train ticket from my IRCTC User ID: Vak96 to Howrah from Nagpur. When I go inside the website, website Hang fully and also I tired to book it shows around available seat of 10. First I booked after OTP and payment, All seats are full it came, amount debited and again I booked another train, same scenario for this as well. Nearly Rs.4000/- amount debited from IRCTC. such a frustrating thing. I need a refund immediately

                          Every time IRCTC always makes me frustrating, Every train leads to destination always 4 hours to 8 hours delay. Due to this one time I missed one interview. Worst thing i am facing due to this.

                              I have booked a ticket form Jammu to Delhi, Ranjdhani. I used the iPay portal and UPI payment mode to make the payment. The transaction was completed successuly as shown in my UPI app, however the booking status is shown as Failed.

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from BPL to NZM journey date 23-FEB-2023 23:10HRS, but the train got late from more than 7 hours.I had filed the TDR on the same day at 24-FEB-2023 03:49 HRS.The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR little late.Please help me on this asap.                                     Sir I cancelled a counter ticket on your website. I got the msg after cancellation.
                                    "PNR [protected] has been cancelled. Collect refund amt 60 from journey commencing station or nearby satellite PRS locations as per notified time.-IRCTC"
                                    No refund was given at nearby PRS location, mentioning that you are allowed to collect the money from Journey station only. While as per above msg they should refund me my money after collecting the original ticket. They say that this matter is related to IRCTC, so Complaint there.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I had booked two tickets with PNR [protected] and [protected] from MDU to MS with journey date 17 Feb 2023, but the train route was diverted hence not touching the boarding station MDU. I filed the TDR on the travel date 17 Feb 2023 at 09:12:42 & 09:11:52 HRS respectively with the TDR Reason: Train diverted and not touched the boarding point. The status of TDR now shows CR Repudiate. As per rule, the total amount of the ticket should be refunded if the train is diverted and not touching the boarding point.

                                      Kindly help us in getting the refund.
