After a long time bedroll service has been started. I am travelling through train 14863(marudhar express). On asking the helper for bedroll he told that it would be refilled at jaipur. I am travelling from agra meaning that i would get it after 5 long hours. They are provided with each seat. How is that jusfied .

    Traveled from Ahmedabad to Mumbai on 12th June 2022. The coach was dirty, washrooms were so so unhygienic. Also, the bedding I got was used by a previous traveler. Did not get a pillow after requesting so many times. Very poor and pathetic experience of this Garib rath which I was hoping to be excellent. The coach staff will definitely come to you for tip but won't provide the service. This can not be tolerated.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I was booking the ticket on 11.06.2022. I have made the payment of 672.85 and after loading the page the IRCTC app got time out after some time.
        I logged in again to check whether the ticket is confirmed or not but it was showing that your ticket got cancelled.
        I want my full refund. When I called Customer Care for the same they told me that you have cancelled the ticket as your ticket was confirmed.
        I have not cancelled the ticket and i didnt get any confirmation message or mail of ticket. Please refund my full amount as I have not done anything.
        I think there was some problem from your side. I request you to refund the full amount.

          I Had Booked Ticket in Rajdhani Express Train No. 22691 with PNR No. ( [protected]) from Viranagana Laxmi Bai Station to Nizamuddin Station on 06.06.2022 but the Train has been delayed by 3:30 Hrs so i had to board with other train (UP Samprakranti) and filed a TDR but in TDR History my Case shows as CR Repudiate.

          Please help or advice to get the refund.

            Sir on june 1st, i have booked a tatkal ticket using hdfc debit card and it was not confirmed and amount got debited in my account and after some days irctc has refunded my money with refernce id- [protected] and refund id- [protected]. still now i didn't received any amount.
            so i am requesting you to please check my details and refund my amount s soon as possible.

              On 31st i booked 2 tickets to kathgodam from Lucknow junction and later on cancelled the ticket as it was tatkal tickets on waiting list.
              Refund is not still credited to my account.
              I request you to do the refund as soon as possible.

                  Sir i have booked a train ticket on july 1 and ticket not booked and amount got debited from my account and also with in 5days irctc has refunded my money but still now i didnt received any amount from bank and in the irctc status it is showing amount has already transferred and there it is written no response from bank.

                  so i am requesting you to please check and send my amount

                        Canteen staf charging double price for food and tea.
                        I took a tea and was charged Rs.20/- where as the IRCTC price list is showing Rs.10/- per tea.

                            Indian Railways — unclean bedding provided
                            Today date 05/06/2022 in train no. 12988 from - Ajmer to Prayagraj, the bedding provided was very unclean. actually it was not given in the laundry and hence we could see hair all over the pillow and bed sheet . Dear sir kindly resolve . 🙏

                              Travelling from JP to HWH on train 12308 on date 4.6.22 PNR [protected] had order food at GAYA station through irctc ecatering. But the food not delivered. So now i need my money back. As am i calling the irctc but they are just passing calls and giving this no that no. I with my family suffered in the journey due to hunger because of this bad attitude of IRCTC towards passenger. I need my refund with compensation mental harrassment and physical suffering. Please Help faster as only 5 days they are telling for refund. After that they not refund

                                Despite booking my tickets in March for KonkanKanya express, i still received an RAC seat. Still manageable. But there was no TC, and no on round police in the train overall. People were littered around the ground all through the train. The entire floor was crammed full of people with Waiting list tickets trying to sleep and get to their destinations. More than the people who actually got their reservations, inconveniences to everyone else in the train was absolutely evident. People with Waiting list still paid for their tickets, why should they travel like animals littered around on the floor? Moreover, why should those with their reservations fear theft and lack of security due to such a crammed train? Why should I even buy a ticket if there's no inspection and maintenance of the number of people inside the train?

                                  IRCTC is the biggest fraud in India as the HWH-CDG Netaji Express tickets were released at 8 AM. I started the payment when there was 84 available tickets at 8:03 and then somehow they charged the amount and then cancelled the booking as well. I know they might refund the amount after 3-4 days but my guess is they're taking bribe from the agents to do so as the agents are pretty much using a script to book so quickly everytime and for a normal user buying tickets at regular price is impossible as I also had filled all the details earlier still they loaded to the payment page quite slowly almost took 2 mins and then cancelled the booking after deducting money.

                                    I booked my train tickets from my Bank of India debit card on 17th of dec, 2018
                                    pnr no. [protected]
                                    booking amount 505 rupees
                                    pnr no. [protected]
                                    booking amount 505 rupees due to some reason i need to cancel my both tickets on 20th of dec, 2018 and refund initiated by IRCTC after deducting the cancellation amount for both tickets, final refund initiated was 445+445=890 rupees (for both tickets) was completed on 26th of dec. 2018, they provide me the reference number given to them by the bank
