I booked my train tickets from my Bank of India debit card on 17th of dec, 2018

booking amount 505 rupees due to some reason i need to cancel my both tickets on 20th of dec, 2018 and refund initiated by IRCTC after deducting the cancellation amount for both tickets, final refund initiated was 445+445=890 rupees (for both tickets) was completed on 26th of dec. 2018, they provide me the reference number given to them by the bank

still i havent the amount in my bank account till today(3rd june, 2022)
Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.
