I was booking a ticket on 4 may 2022 but ticket not booked and payment succeful. Amount is IR563.i want my refund.Complete 3 to 4 business day.Also irctc application not workingl

    Sir, I have done deposit transaction of rs 3000/- in my irctc wallet dated 16 February 2022, with id vdongo by phone pe upi unique reference number UPI/DR/[protected]/[protected] with UTR number[protected].amount debit but deposit failed in my irctc wallet. Amount not reversed to my account .

    Kindly help me .

      I m a user of ictct i have an account on irctc web site from a long time. I booked many ticket without any problem. Since last month i am unable to book any ticket from the official irctc website, it goes till the transaction page then logs out from the website, for this reason i am bound to use other alternative train booking app available. Moreover irctc website doesnt reflect any information as in on my account page when i click on booked ticket history, getting a message that 'No record found' its disappointing, the new website user interface is pathetic, old version was far far better. Please tell how can i book a ticket from irctc website and also to see my transaction details so that i can file see my refund status and other details.

        I did payment of 700 rupees through Paytm. My money got deducted from bank account but not reflected in R-WALLET o[censored]TS app. Please find attachment for more reference and kindly look into the issue.

          I had cancelled train ticket a few days back and actual refund processing date was 21 april 2022. but still i havent recieved the refund of rs 230.
          i contacted irctc and they said to contact bank. then i contacted bank and they told me to contact irctc. but still i havent recieved my money.
          i am attaching the details of refund.
          plz look into the matter

              ON 25.04.22 i filled TDR because my train was running more then 3 hours late. I called customer care and they told me to mail with my PNR no with reason to file TDR.

              Dear IRCTC
              Hope you understand the issue,
              My mother is senior citizen and she was traveling alone how a old lady can take the train if the train late more than 3hour, at around 2am at patna station.
              When i get to know that train was delay by more than 3hours i immediately called customer care and filled the TDR .
              If the train is late then whose fault is this?
              and due to delay of more then 3 hours if passenger is not traveling then why not we will get the refund?
              Please do the needful sir and refund the amount.

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                I, A B Choudhury, have booked a ticket for 3 passenger in premium tatkal category for 3rd AC for Howrah to Rajnandgaon, PNR number of which is [protected] on 2nd May for journey date on 3rd May, 2022 by Train number 12860, /HWH-CSMT SF Exp.However, railways have downgraded my ticket from 3rd AC B5 to M3, ie AC 3 economy on the day of Journey.When I talked to the TTE, I have not given any valid reply and have been advised to call 139.I called 139 for refund of difference amount, but 139 number are not working.Then I talked to IRCTC customer care number but they didnot cooperate and advised to call 139 which is not responding.The railways should refund the difference amount automatically to my account for downgrading my ticket whose cost is far bellow the amount I have paid for higher class.Such type o[censored]ncooperation is expected from Raiways..Kindly look into the matter.

                    My ticket was not booked. IRCTC refund my money but I didn't receive my money in my bank account. My transaction successful by the debit card number - [protected]. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                      I have booked my tickets on IRCTC application on 20th April 2022 from Mangalore to Thrissur .I payed a amount of 1823.60 through googlepay .The tickets weren't booked but the money was deducted from my account .the refund email from the IRCTC application was received since 5-6 days but I haven't yet received the amount yet

                          I booked tickets in Tatkal and premium tatkal quota, amount was deducted but tickets were never booked. Tried total 4 times and seen same all 4 times. All 4 times seats\berths are available.
                          IRCTC need to improve with there software technology, absolute scam in the name tatkal and premium tatkal, I feel tickets are kept on hold by scammers\agents to sell on high price.

                            I have booked a ticket in slipper class with tatkaal quota and the base fare shows is 245₹ but originally it was been 165₹, So why there is so much difference in base fare although as IRCTC has tatkaal price of ₹100 and then this extra differential amount in base fare.

                                I am Rupam Mondal, I recharged my uts r-wallet ( under IRCTC) using my UPI id. Money is debited from my bank account . But not received in r-wallet.

                                My uts app login phone number is : [protected].

                                And I used ' [protected]@apl ' this UPI id .

                                And the lost ammount is rs. 100.

                                    Yesterday I made a payment of Rs 200 twice through upi. But my R- wallet was not credited with any of the amount. The amount was fully deducted from the bank and no refund is done. My Rs 400 are at stake. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                      I am living in chaibasa.Today i came here for tatkal ticket and i came on the station at 12:20 AM. AND then at 5:15 AM an RPF staff came and then started misbehaving with me
                                      He accused me for taking multiple ticket for selling and then started threatening that i will put you inside bars for section 143 railway act which was not applicable at all yesterday means on 27 April i came here for taking ticket for my father as my father has to go to vadodara for work purpose and next day i went to station for taking ticket for me for going to nagpur then he started telling that i am an agent and i am selling ticket . He falsely accused me for this and started pushing me when i tried to make him understand the thing he was so rude and offensive kindly please take a strict action against these type of people ..
