Dear Sir, I have booked a ticket in UTTAR S KRANTI (12445) from NDLS to SVDK having PNR no. [protected] and transaction id is [protected] and date of journey is 03.07.2022 . I have booked the ticket on 08.06.2022 for three persons (Mantosh Kumar, Archana Kumari and Neeraj Kumar)but the ticket of Archana Kumari got cancelled by mistake during our process of checking status. The journey is very important to us as this is an official tour of Coal India Limited Kolkata for booking of Holiday Home at Katra . Hence you are requested to Kindly return us our tickets of Archana Kumari so that we can travel against the same booking and do not suffer the financial loss for such unwanted mistake. please look into the matter seriously.

    We got a wrong message about the time of our train and due to which we missed it

    And even after 3 months we didn't got the refund

        Absolutely horrible experience with IRCTC travels, since day 1. The flight was cancelled last moment and delayed 7 hours, horrible hotels were accomodated, no travel guides, the transportation was late EVERYWHERE, we missed more than half of the places written on the itinerary, and everything was handled very very unprofessionally. Absolutely ### service, they just want your money and will ask you to ### off.

              I booked a e-ticket with PNR: [protected] The status of passenger 2 (myself) was W/L 8 after Chart preparation. So i did not travel.

              Later I booked a TDR. However railway refused to refund the amount for WL8 ticket.

                I booked ticket from surat to baroda in HWH ADI SUF EXP (12834) on 18 Jun 2022 but train is late more than 3 hours and i file TDR but status is showing like CR Repudiate without any reason i don't understand why this happen

                      Sub: Spoilt and Rotten Chicken being served by the caterer on Train No: 12259/ BKN Duronto Express

                      Dear Sir/Madam:
                      My wife and another passenger is travelling today i.e. 20th June 2022 on Train No: 12259/BKN Duronto Express. They have been served Non-Veg which has cooked rotten chicken dish. The waiter told them that they could do anything as it has come from the base kitchen. The PNR Numbers are [protected] and [protected] on Car No: A2/42/SU which is 2nd AC. Kindly redress this complaint immediately or otherwise I will escalate and inform Mr. Ashwani Lohani with whom I worked in the Ministry of Tourism.

                        Hi,

                        I booked ticket on 7th March 2022 and I had a journey on 12th March 2022 and I raised a TDR for the same due to the train being diverted (Not touching the destination station). I had paid 648 rs + service charges for 2 passengers and PNR number is [protected] and only 310 rs has been refunded once and 80 rs refunded 2nd time so total 390 rs has been refunded. I haven't received full refund yet. Customer support is not replying.

                            I've booked 3 tickets which were in the waiting list. After some time I cancelled one and received the refund for the same. But the other two tickets which weren't cancelled were still the waiting list. It never get confirmed even at the day of journey. It's the policy of the IRCTC to cancel the ticket doesn't get confirmed automatically.

                            But I haven't received any refund. I've tried emailing and calling them to bring this to their attention but no resolution. They kept on saying that the complaint has been transferred to the concerned department every time I email or call.

                                We received the below SMS from IRCTC about our train:

                                TRAIN NO 16315 DATED 15.06.2022 HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED AND WILL NOW DEPART FROM MYSURU STATION AT 14:00 HRS.INCONVENIENCE CAUSED IS REGRETTED.IR

                                So the train started 1 hr 10 mins late from its origin. So we expected it to arrive at our station (BNC) 1 hour 10 mins late. However, it arrived early and so we missed the train. So please refund the full amount as soon as possible.

                                  I booked the ticket with PNR: [protected]
                                  from Jaunpur (JNU) to Anand vihar terminal (ANVT) for 25th feb for two passengers Rajita Singh and Rituza Singh and the status was wl/12 and wl/13. After the chart preparation passenger 1(Rajita singh)status was Rac and passenger 2 (Rituza Singh) ticket status was waiting.
                                  Rituza couldn't board the train as it was waiting.As per IRCTC provision the unconfirmed ticket amount should be refunded after the train completes it scheduled journey but the amount hasn't been refunded to my account.Â

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I have booked ticket for 2 persons under tatkal ticket and got WL tickets and waited for a day and only one ticket got confirmed and another was WL 1.

                                      So only one person travelled and TT rejected to give seat for another person and he has not travelled, I was looking for refund for the same but did not receive.

                                      Filed the TDR for the same with reason PARTY/FAMILY TICKET PARTIALLY CONFIRMED AND WL/RAC PASSENGERS DID NOT TRAVEL but it's got rejected.

                                      The reason for the rejection is mentioned as NON TRAVEL CERTIFICATE AGAINST WL/RAC PASSENGER NOT OBTAINED IN PARTIALLY CNF FAMILY TICKET.

                                      Who will give the non travel certificate? They have not received one. IRCTC is doing injustice to the passengers, Please help me to get the refund.

                                        I have booked two tickets through IRCTC online ticket system from Bilaspur (cg) to Raigarh (cg) for kalinga utkal express on 04 th may 2022 and date of journey was 05 th may 2022. Both the passengers did not travel For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
