Sir/ Madam,
I am Mohit Soni and have booked ticket from Raipur to Kalyan on 13th April 2022 by irctc using hdfc gateway and the money was deducted from my account and i got message as failed to book confirmation regarding this and i have mailed to the concerned department and they told that from their side money is refunded to account with reference no "[protected]" usally it takes 2 days to refund but now it has been already 15days, i talked to my bank they said that money is not refunded & they cant help expect me to wait more, I think it has got stucked by your gateway procedure bank name :State bank of india
please have a look on it & refund my money back as soon as possible, High hopes from you guys thanking you

    I made a transaction for deposit money on e wallet by using my credit card . But transaction get failed and money goes from my account. The website also show that the transaction is failed but no refund . I called customer care and they say they can't help

      I have booked a ticket via IRCTC app on 25 April 2022 for Rs 6205.4 but it showed as transaction failed and the amount was deducted from the SBI bank account. I mailed IRCTC but they said to contact bank as they didn't receive any money.

      Please help me as the amount is high and I don't know what to do.

          I tried to booked a ticket through IRCTC, Ticket was not booked but money was deducted from my account. I am been continue following with IRCTC customer care, they are just saying that your message is forwarded to concern department. I have sent them my bank statement where transaction has been done to IRCTC. Now it's more than 45 days i have not received the refund. Now I am concerned whether I am going to get my money back. I don't have trust on IRCTC now.

            I book tickets from irctc, but it has happened with me lots of times money gets deducted and tickets dont get booked and it takes around 10 days for refund

              Sir/mam,
              Today 23/04/2022 i have booked 3 tickets and i have made payment of rupees 626.80 for these 3 tickets the payment was successful and money was deducted but the tickets are not confirmed yet .
              So i ask IRCTC to refund the amount which was deducted.please help me as

                        I would like to bring to your kind notice that yesterday we were not able to Board our train on time because of misinformation shown in online portal.

                        As per on-line information train was scheduled to arrive at Platform#1 but train arrived at Platform#2.

                        Due to this we missed our train just by a fraction of a minute.

                        Kindly look into this matter and help us to get Partial/Full refund.

                        Secondly I would also like to highlight that Digital Time Clock installed at GATE 2 of Cuttack Station is showing incorrect timing and it's ahead by approx 2.5mins which can also create confusion in minds of travellers.

                        Your kind attention on both the matter will be highly appreciated.

                          Roti Hard as leather old aata use, no salt, pickel old, testless food. So please maintain

                              We are traveling by howrah ypr superfast train no. 22863. Yesterday we ordered chilli chicken and roti. But the Rotis seems not fresh. Please take action against them if they do such thing in future.

                                      My father (Shri N Narasimha Rao) have placed an Order No.[protected]Order Id 2516313) with Order amount of Rs.365.4 for Egg biryani and Dal Khichid Rice Bowl to be delivered at Nagpur Junction at 14:15 hrs on 01st December, 2021 on AP Express (train No.20805) to Shri N Narasimha Rao (PNR No.[protected], Coach No.A2, Seat Number 43) on railyatri. Though the amount was paid on the railyatri to the vendor, the said order was not delivered and the complaint has been closed by without taking any action. The status of complaint mentions that the Vendor has been suitably taken-up for the lapse. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted. We assure you better services in future. However, no refund was provided even after 4 months from the date of complaint.

                                        I have booked a ticket in train no12868 bearing PNR no[protected] boarding form PDY (Puducherry) toHWH (Howrah) 0n 23.03.2022. But I was forced to cancel the ticket for personal reasons dated on 06 April, 2022.
                                        I had received a text message through TX-CFMTKT on 06 April, 2022 at 05.28 PM That "Yay! You get full IRCTC fare of Rs 795 since you opted for free cancellation PNR [protected] Cancelled. Amt 795 will be refunded in 7 days."
                                        Since, I could not travel in this train. But I still have not received a refund for the canceled ticket.
                                        Therefore, I request you to consider my case on genuine ground and refund the eligible amount at the earliest.
