Hi, I have been using this number from last 17+ years and have been using same number for all IRCTC bookings. Since covid started we have not been travelling much and have not used any IRCTC service in last 2-3 years.

Irctc money deducted from bank account but not credited in r wallet on Uts App

Sir,
I used my paytm UPI for recharging R Wallet ON UTS mobile app( Under IRCTC).But at first attempt money is not credited to my R Wallet.So, Later bank statement shoes money debited but recharge done for once.Money debited from bank account but it is not credited in R Wallet for one transaction.

Mistakenly cancelled a tatkal ticket

Sir, I booked a tatkala ticket on train 12958 for the travel date 19th May 2022, with the PNR number [protected]. I need to attend a academic event on 20th. So, please kindly arrange for a ticket as no other trains are avaible now. So, that I can at least travel from Delhi to Ahmedabad...

Non credit of Rwallet even after bank debit via UPI

Hi Team,

I have tried to add RS.500 into my UTS R-wallet. The Rs 500 deducted from my bank account but not showing in UTS app R wallet balance.

Please look into it urgently.
In the R-wallet Recharge History it is showing as Recharge initiated instead of Recharge credited which it should display generally. I had done recharge on May 17, 2022. Today is May 18, 2022. Please resolve it at the earliest. Attaching...

Yesterday (16 May 2022) I used my UPI ID for recharging R Wallet on UTS mobile app . Money debitted from bank account (Rs.200/-) but it is not credited in R Wallet ( R wallet shows Recharge initiated) for my transaction. UTS app registed mobile number [[protected]].

When we entered to the coach, our 2 mentioned seats are occupied by the senior citizens and were sleeping. I just asked them, when we get seats, they replied that our 2 confirmed lower seats are allotted to those from Kottayam by the Assigned TTR and they requested to take one upper and middle bearth. Ticket booking

For tatkal Non-A/C tickets, whenever i used to login after 10.57 AM, it doesn't even shows captcha and wouldn't permit to sign-in without captcha as well.
Also after I have entered payment details and entered OTP the website says time out error during Tatkal booking hours. I have missed many tickets due to this faulty website. I don't get why they still run this website and charge such convenience fee
