Today I was booking ticket and decided to pay through Google pay, the payment was successfully paid but tickets were still not booked. So you are requested to resolve this. My Irctc user id is K3693.

    I've booked 3 tickets which were in the waiting list. After some time I cancelled one and received the refund for the same. But the other two tickets which weren't cancelled were still the waiting list. It never get confirmed even at the day of journey. It's the policy of the IRCTC to cancel the ticket doesn't get confirmed automatically.

    But I haven't received any refund. I've tried emailing and calling them to bring this to their attention but no resolution. They kept on saying that the complaint has been transferred to the concerned department every time I email or call.

        We received the below SMS from IRCTC about our train:

        TRAIN NO 16315 DATED 15.06.2022 HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED AND WILL NOW DEPART FROM MYSURU STATION AT 14:00 HRS.INCONVENIENCE CAUSED IS REGRETTED.IR

        So the train started 1 hr 10 mins late from its origin. So we expected it to arrive at our station (BNC) 1 hour 10 mins late. However, it arrived early and so we missed the train. So please refund the full amount as soon as possible.

          I booked the ticket with PNR: [protected]
          from Jaunpur (JNU) to Anand vihar terminal (ANVT) for 25th feb for two passengers Rajita Singh and Rituza Singh and the status was wl/12 and wl/13. After the chart preparation passenger 1(Rajita singh)status was Rac and passenger 2 (Rituza Singh) ticket status was waiting.
          Rituza couldn't board the train as it was waiting.As per IRCTC provision the unconfirmed ticket amount should be refunded after the train completes it scheduled journey but the amount hasn't been refunded to my account.

              Dear sir,

              I have booked ticket for 2 persons under tatkal ticket and got WL tickets and waited for a day and only one ticket got confirmed and another was WL 1.

              So only one person travelled and TT rejected to give seat for another person and he has not travelled, I was looking for refund for the same but did not receive.

              Filed the TDR for the same with reason PARTY/FAMILY TICKET PARTIALLY CONFIRMED AND WL/RAC PASSENGERS DID NOT TRAVEL but it's got rejected.

              The reason for the rejection is mentioned as NON TRAVEL CERTIFICATE AGAINST WL/RAC PASSENGER NOT OBTAINED IN PARTIALLY CNF FAMILY TICKET.

              Who will give the non travel certificate? They have not received one. IRCTC is doing injustice to the passengers, Please help me to get the refund.

                Hi support team,
                I have booked two tickets through IRCTC online ticket system from Bilaspur (cg) to Raigarh (cg) for kalinga utkal express on 04 th may 2022 and date of journey was 05 th may 2022. Both the passengers did not travel For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
                The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
                For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
                Status was turned to cr registered, but the
                Amount was not refunded yet.
                I am not sure what else i might be missing to
                Get amount refunded. Please let me know what i

                    After a long time bedroll service has been started. I am travelling through train 14863(marudhar express). On asking the helper for bedroll he told that it would be refilled at jaipur. I am travelling from agra meaning that i would get it after 5 long hours. They are provided with each seat. How is that jusfied .

                      Traveled from Ahmedabad to Mumbai on 12th June 2022. The coach was dirty, washrooms were so so unhygienic. Also, the bedding I got was used by a previous traveler. Did not get a pillow after requesting so many times. Very poor and pathetic experience of this Garib rath which I was hoping to be excellent. The coach staff will definitely come to you for tip but won't provide the service. This can not be tolerated.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          I was booking the ticket on 11.06.2022. I have made the payment of 672.85 and after loading the page the IRCTC app got time out after some time.
                          I logged in again to check whether the ticket is confirmed or not but it was showing that your ticket got cancelled.
                          I want my full refund. When I called Customer Care for the same they told me that you have cancelled the ticket as your ticket was confirmed.
                          I have not cancelled the ticket and i didnt get any confirmation message or mail of ticket. Please refund my full amount as I have not done anything.
                          I think there was some problem from your side. I request you to refund the full amount.

                            Address: MAIN ROAD KHAILAR JHANSI

                            I Had Booked Ticket in Rajdhani Express Train No. 22691 with PNR No. ( [protected]) from Viranagana Laxmi Bai Station to Nizamuddin Station on 06.06.2022 but the Train has been delayed by 3:30 Hrs so i had to board with other train (UP Samprakranti) and filed a TDR but in TDR History my Case shows as CR Repudiate.

                            Please help or advice to get the refund.

                              Sir on june 1st, i have booked a tatkal ticket using hdfc debit card and it was not confirmed and amount got debited in my account and after some days irctc has refunded my money with refernce id- [protected] and refund id- [protected]. still now i didn't received any amount.
                              so i am requesting you to please check my details and refund my amount s soon as possible.

                                On 31st i booked 2 tickets to kathgodam from Lucknow junction and later on cancelled the ticket as it was tatkal tickets on waiting list.
                                Refund is not still credited to my account.
                                I request you to do the refund as soon as possible.
