Ticket reserved FROM ERN TO BANASWADI :G1-70 & 73.
When we entered to the coach, our 2 mentioned seats are occupied by the senior citizens and were sleeping. I just asked them, when we get seats, they replied that our 2 confirmed lower seats are allotted to those from Kottayam by the Assigned TTR and they requested to take one upper and middle bearth. Unbelievably the upper G1-75 has been provided to other RAC passenger before we enter from ERN Station.

The current TTR not talking anything supportive for us, and I was standing and waiting the coach for more than hr.
The TTR has only taken initiative once he got my online complaint call back. Totally embarrassing and he has allotted the different berth for us who have 102% confirmed ticket. I need to raise the complaint on the TTR for his irresponsible action and my inconvenience.
Looking the earliest prompt action in this regard.

He has allotted different seat and birth for us, I have argued for my original seat as ay of the TTR has no right to allot the confirmed seat to anyone. Later considering aged and sick passenger, I and my son went to other seats

    Sir,
    I used my paytm UPI for recharging R Wallet ON UTS mobile app( Under IRCTC).But at first attempt money is not credited to my R Wallet.So, Later bank statement shows money debited but recharge done for once.Money debited from bank account but it is not credited in R Wallet for one transaction.
    I sent a email to UTS, but did not get any response.UTS app register mobile number [protected]. Bank Transaction No[protected]
    Kindly do the needful.

        Board St- Dhanbad at 21:25
        Date - 6 may 2022
        Running Late :- More than 3 -4 Hour as per NTES and SMS from Indian Railway
        File the TDR as I had taken another ticket and travelled. But they rejected my refund request siting reason null. For my support I had mail them full details SMS and screenshot of NTES train live status. Still they said that eastern railway had repudiated your request siting the train was not running late. For there kind information I had send them live NTES train status that shows train 12308 was late by more than 6 hours at Dhanbad station.
        I need my refund this time, every time they do same to the common people. I could had lost my job because of this as i was having onward flight to Mumbai to join back on work at 8.15 AM.

          I have tried to add RS.100 into my UTS R-wallet via amazon upi.at 7th may 2022 Rs 100 deducted from my bank account but not showing in UTS app R wallet balance mob. its showing recharge initiated only.

            For tatkal Non-A/C tickets, whenever i used to login after 10.57 AM, it doesn't even shows captcha and wouldn't permit to sign-in without captcha as well.
            Also after I have entered payment details and entered OTP the website says time out error during Tatkal booking hours. I have missed many tickets due to this faulty website. I don't get why they still run this website and charge such convenience fee

            The worst ever website and service !!

                Hello my name is aditya laskar and right now I am travelling in SEALDAH RAJDHANI EXPRESS from SEALDAH to NEW DELHI (Date 07.05.2022) coach no B13 seat no 13 along with my wife seat no 10 as from the very beginning in travel time in the mentioned train the catering service is too poor also the food which has been served is very bad and the caterer also very bad during ordering time as when the food ordered non-veg they provided veg food and they took long time to change Or replace the food so please look in to this matter and resolve this matter and if possible then please change this caterer service.

                      Sir, I have done deposit transaction of rs 3000/- in my irctc wallet dated 16 February 2022, with id vdongo by phone pe upi unique reference number UPI/DR/[protected]/[protected] with UTR number[protected].amount debit but deposit failed in my irctc wallet. Amount not reversed to my account .

                        I m a user of ictct i have an account on irctc web site from a long time. I booked many ticket without any problem. Since last month i am unable to book any ticket from the official irctc website, it goes till the transaction page then logs out from the website, for this reason i am bound to use other alternative train booking app available. Moreover irctc website doesnt reflect any information as in on my account page when i click on booked ticket history, getting a message that 'No record found' its disappointing, the new website user interface is pathetic, old version was far far better. Please tell how can i book a ticket from irctc website and also to see my transaction details so that i can file see my refund status and other details.

                          I did payment of 700 rupees through Paytm. My money got deducted from bank account but not reflected in R-WALLET o[censored]TS app. Please find attachment for more reference and kindly look into the issue.

                            I had cancelled train ticket a few days back and actual refund processing date was 21 april 2022. but still i havent recieved the refund of rs 230.
                            i contacted irctc and they said to contact bank. then i contacted bank and they told me to contact irctc. but still i havent recieved my money.

                                Hope you understand the issue,
                                My mother is senior citizen and she was traveling alone how a old lady can take the train if the train late more than 3hour, at around 2am at patna station.
                                When i get to know that train was delay by more than 3hours i immediately called customer care and filled the TDR .
                                If the train is late then whose fault is this?
                                and due to delay of more then 3 hours if passenger is not traveling then why not we will get the refund?
                                Please do the needful sir and refund the amount.

                                  I, A B Choudhury, have booked a ticket for 3 passenger in premium tatkal category for 3rd AC for Howrah to Rajnandgaon, PNR number of which is [protected] on 2nd May for journey date on 3rd May, 2022 by Train number 12860, /HWH-CSMT SF Exp.However, railways have downgraded my ticket from 3rd AC B5 to M3, ie AC 3 economy on the day of Journey.When I talked to the TTE, I have not given any valid reply and have been advised to call 139.I called 139 for refund of difference amount, but 139 number are not working.Then I talked to IRCTC customer care number but they didnot cooperate and advised to call 139 which is not responding.The railways should refund the difference amount automatically to my account for downgrading my ticket whose cost is far bellow the amount I have paid for higher class.Such type o[censored]ncooperation is expected from Raiways..Kindly look into the matter.

                                        I have booked my tickets on IRCTC application on 20th April 2022 from Mangalore to Thrissur .I payed a amount of 1823.60 through googlepay .The tickets weren't booked but the money was deducted from my account .the refund email from the IRCTC application was received since 5-6 days but I haven't yet received the amount yet
