This is to inform, that, when 8 booked the tikets, it was RAC 98, when chart was prepared it come down to waiting list. Because of that, i had to face lot of problems while traveling. Please look into this

    Sir I. Booked a train ticket at IRCTC site and paid Rs1811.80 From my Paytm wallet But thr screen closed immediately and the money was deducted fromy account. But nno confirmation revealed from IRCTC and. No tickets booked Please look in to this matter and arrange to refund my money TEF your transaction I'd is[protected]

            Me and my friend went to drop our friend at thanjavur railway station, we were in a rush so we couldn't take platform ticket, we came out after 5 min and this person blocked us at the entry, and he asked us to pay 300 rs fine each... We were two girls and we had no money with us... We explained that to him but he didn't listen and while we were calling our friends on phone.. This guy touched our shoulder... He was behaving very badly cauz we were girls... He was not checking any other passengers... Many were going out in between... He didn't check any of them.. He was only behind us... He was talking very badly... At last we paid the amount through gpay that also went into his account but we couldn't get his details except his name in gpay and phone number .. Please see to this and take action against this person for misbehaving with girls and not doing duty properly

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I had booked a ticket from GAYA JN to HOWRAH JN, journey date 17-FEB-2022, but the train got late from more than 6 hours.I had filed the TDR on the same day on 17-FEB-2022 at 21:59:07 HRS. The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR little late.Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.

                  Address: Railway station central surat

                  Parking fee is soo high, and per day and time calculation is totally wrong
                  Example:
                  Parking entry time: Monday 5pm, to Exit time Tuesday 6pm
                  so total 25hr but parking collectors rules total 48hr wise calculation
                  so 48 - 25 = 23 hr extra RS collected by parking pay station.

                      On 15/5/2022 i have placed order of food amounting Rs. 848/- through IRCTC (order #[protected]. I have paid the amount through UPI while placing the order. That order has been cancelled by IRCTC on same day and i have been informed that amount has been refunded to my account on same day. Today is 25/5/2022 and i have yet not received the amount.

                          We have booked group tickets with agents and due to some issues in that group some tickets got cancelled.

                          now its almost 6 months over still we have not received refund for the same and sent mails to [protected]@irctc.co.in no reply from them.

                                I've reset the password for my IRCTC account, after that it prompts to verify the mobile number and email. I've succesfully verified the mobile number with OTP but the issue is email otp verification no otp is coming on email unable to book the tickets since 5 days.

                                  As per irctc cancellation policy, Waitlisted e-ticket cancelled automatically will not be charged any cancellation fee. But here in my case, Rs 240/- has been deducted as cancellation charge.
                                  When I wrote the same to [protected]@irctc.co.in then they replied that " New Rule wef 12-Nov 15

                                  Kindly note that as per Indian Railway rules in case of waitlisted ticket cancellation charges Rs. 60/- per passenger for non AC classes and 60 plus GST for AC classes shall be deducted."
                                  I have also read the rule and I have pdf copy of that which says this rule is applicabe when "waitlist tickets cancelled manually by customer".
                                  Rule no 2(b) and 4 says "in case of e-ticket if waitlist remains after chart preparation then it is considered auto cancelled and full amount will be refunded without deducting any cancellation charges. "
                                  Please look into this issue.

                                    I have created my account on IRCTC website for the purpose of online ticket booking, couple of days back. Although after multiple attempts of getting my account validated through OTP receipt on registered email, I find no email of OTP being sent to my registered email id on IRCTC (User name: SoumyaDas95; Email ID: soumya.[protected]@outlook.com) Without this step getting cleared, I am not able to move ahead with the ticket bookings whatsoever. Please look into the matter on an urgent basis and take necessary steps for the resolution of the same.

                                      During filing TDR for one of my valid ticket for which journy could not be made, Due to confusion wrong TDR filed by me for the below tickets.

                                      I could not find any way to cancel this wrong TDR, so writing mail for cancelling TDR request for the below ticket details which I filed online

                                      Journey to be 23 may 2022
                                      request you to cancel the invalid TDR
