I, A B Choudhury, have booked a ticket for 3 passenger in premium tatkal category for 3rd AC for Howrah to Rajnandgaon, PNR number of which is [protected] on 2nd May for journey date on 3rd May, 2022 by Train number 12860, /HWH-CSMT SF Exp.However, railways have downgraded my ticket from 3rd AC B5 to M3, ie AC 3 economy on the day of Journey.When I talked to the TTE, I have not given any valid reply and have been advised to call 139.I called 139 for refund of difference amount, but 139 number are not working.Then I talked to IRCTC customer care number but they didnot cooperate and advised to call 139 which is not responding.The railways should refund the difference amount automatically to my account for downgrading my ticket whose cost is far bellow the amount I have paid for higher class.Such type o[censored]ncooperation is expected from Raiways..Kindly look into the matter.

Hope you understand the issue,
My mother is senior citizen and she was traveling alone how a old lady can take the train if the train late more than 3hour, at around 2am at patna station.
When i get to know that train was delay by more than 3hours i immediately called customer care and filled the TDR .
If the train is late then whose fault is this?
and due to delay of more then 3 hours if passenger is not traveling then why not we will get the refund?
Please do the needful sir and refund the amount.
