Hi my name is himanshu bharti i tried booking railway ticket from bareilly to allahabad on 7th of october for 22nd october 2021 and my ticket was not booked and money was debited. I tried again and the same thing happend again my money was debited and ticket was not booked.
I am writing the transaction id for both the transactions made and also i am attaching the bank statement for the same.

    I have booked a ticket from Trichy(TPJ) to Hosur(HSUR) on october 23rd 2021, in the name of Arunmaran. I haven't recieved yet the PNR number even after a week of confirmed ticket. Below is the transaction details

      The website is not sending mobile verification code on my mobile. And, therefore I am not able to verify my IRCTC I'd.

          I tried to book a ticket on 2nd of October 2021. The booking failed twice after payment. There is a bug from iOS app and they are not fixing the same. Today is 7th of October and the money is still not credited in my account/UPI. This way railway is making money from our blocked money. I request you to take action against them and make them accountable. They cannot make old rules and keep our money for so long. That’s cheating and illegal.

            Sir, I have filed TDR for train number 02359 (KOAA PNBE SPCL) pNR NUMBER[protected] because the train was more than 4 hours late on 21 sept-2021 and same time I quickly booked another ticket from Howrah to Patna 02351 ( hwh Rajendra Nagar spcl) PNR NUMBER - [protected] which departed at 2035 from Howrah on 21 Sep 2021. how can the same person travel on both trains same time? it is complete ignorance of irctc they just absurdly put status for TDR repudiated reason is that I have traveled in the train number 02359 on 21 Sep 2021 and they don't bother to check the ticket status also. I need a full refund of my money with interest. hope judgment will be served. i am attaching both tickets as proof.

              I'm a regular customer of your site IRCTC. It was very unfortunate that today while I was booking an e-ticket a notification informing "PAYMENT REJECTED BY BANK, but the amount is debited from my bank account. When will i get my money back.

                I created a new IRCTC user id today using my wife's mobile no. After completing the registration process successfully, I tried to login but the system said that my user id is invalid, but how is that possible I had just created it.

                Please help me with the issue, I have to book train ticket every now and then.

                      I did not receive my verification code on my mobile no. I have been trying to register for it, and neither it is sending me the OTP nor it is allowing me to register from another mobile no because the limit has been exceeded.
                      IRCTC is causing many problems with its faulty site. Though so many people are going through the same problem still site managers have no permanent solution for this.

                        My user ID Mdshirazg... I had booked tickets and after payment I was asked for email and mobile verification. However email OTP recieved but till jow haven't received mobile OTP also I they have not shared ticket details. Please help.

                            Not able to receive my ticket confirmation

                            I have booked my ticket through IRCTC Website and made a payment through Gpay. Amount has been deducted from my bank account but not received by IRCTC. Hence I am unable to get my ticket confirmation.

                            I have booked a railway ticket last year from a cyber cafe before start of lockdown .And as lockdown happened all tickets got cancelled so got mine.
                            Now when I try to check my refund status of my PNR NUMBER. It shows your PNR NUMBER HAS BEEN FLUSHED .And am not able to get my refund back. How can such a highly reputative govt company have such a bug.
                            Now how can I get my 6000 back.

                                This is with reference to my SBI Card no 4656 XXXX XXXX 6575 and IRCTC LOYALTI ACCOUNT NO [protected] I wish to share that due to non-completion of commitment of SBI Card department I was blocked the said card in few month ago and he has assured that your earned loyalty reward point will be open for future use for the amount of Rs-2186/- in which some points buoyed from other cards and added to IRCTC loyalty wallet but now I am great surprise the total said amounts have been blocked by IRCTC Loyalty account after that I was complained to IRCTC and they are informed me via email it has been blocked by SBI Card team instructed to them I have already informed to SBI Card team and his nodal officer but I am not getting any positive response from his side therefore request you to please take necessary action for either unblock my loyalty account or by reverse my balance rs-2186/- to my account so I could recover my losses.

                                    With due regards it is to inform you that since one hour 2100 to 2248 (9.00 PM to 10.48 PM) today 24/09/2021, I am trying my best to book one double or dormitory retiring .room, for my family of three, in bhubneswar railway station for one day (9/10/2021 to 10/10/2021).
                                    moreover i have contacted the toll free no [protected] for any help but they also said that they are unable to cooperate me.
                                    I have called on bhubneswar retiring room managers office several times, but the phone is either not working or concerned manager is not interested to fulfill my request, the reason not known to me.
                                    I therefore request look into the mattter and let me to book a suitable room for my stay at Bhubneswar.
