This complaint is in continuation of my previous complaint.
On 14th July, I wanted to book a ticket from my account Anjani443, email id- [protected]@gmail.com from Amritsar to Rajpura ASR NDLS SPL(04666), 15th July, fare - INR 455/-
While booking, I submitted by bank OTP and then proceeded to verify my email id and mobile number. I got OTP on the email address and verified it but NO OTP WAS SENT on my mobile even after repeated attempts. And I wasn't able to access my account as it was showing I EXCEEDED the OTP limit. And charges got deducted from my bank and I COULD'NT BOOK IT. And posted the previous complaint to issue me a refund.
So I created another IRCTC account sharma_sur443 to book a ticket again and got it booked. Name - Surinder Sharma, PNR-[protected], 10 Trn:04666
Dt:15-07-21 Frm ASR to RPJ Cls:CC P1-C1
However, later at night after 14 hours, I got the seat confirmation of the previous ticket whose mobile number wasn't getting verified.Name - Surinder Sharma, PNR-[protected] Trn:04666 Dt:15-07-21 From ASR to RPJ Cls: CC P1-C2, 78
I wouldn't even have booked the ticket again if I had received the mobile verification and ticket confirmation earlier.
All this is really frustrating.
Please process the refund of INR 455/- to my bank account for the ticket PNR-[protected] Trn:04666 Dt:15-07-21
