    On 22 October three attempts were made for two passanger for journey fro NJP station to Bandel Jn Station.
    1st attempt - at 11:02 am paid rs 842.78 to IRCTC for booking tatkal tickets for two passanger, money was deducted but the ticket was not booked due to server problem from IRCTC side.
    2nd attempt - at 11:10 am again paid rs 842.78 and again money deducted but due to server problem from IRCTC side again the ticket was not booked as I had logged in and checked booking history and last transaction details but nothing was being displayed.
    3rd attempt - arround 11:18 am again tried booking and this time money was deducted as well as tickets were booked. It was a relief.
    When I checked booking history there was one tickets showing at arround 11:20am.
    But at 11:37 I received a message confirming two tickets. And I was shocked when I checked booking history, there two tatkal tickets were shown instead of one.
    I contacted irctc care but they said it was my fault so they won't refund for duplicate ticket.
    It was the fault of IRCTC app server or app bugs. Now I have to suffer. And for tatkal confirmed tickets there is no refund.
    On repeated request for cancellation of duplicate ticket due to IRCTC server error was denied from IRCTC customer care.
    As other time when we try to book tatkal ticket from IRCTC app only one ticket is allowed per day per user, but in my case two tickets were booked strange.
    Moreover no refunds or any message for any refund for all the attempt has not been received at my end till now.
    Please help me out for the refund of two attempts.

        I cancelled my ticket on 04/10/2021, but my refund amount was not received till now.
        Kindly do something on my transaction regarding to refund. My zaakpay reference id is ZP5ccb9f1c6ee00. I didn't receive any refund it will stuck with zaakpay.

            Respected sir/ mam
            I want to inform you that on 22 September 2021 at 12:55 A.M I had done my reservation for travelling from BALRAMPUR TO BADSHAHNAGAR (BLP TO BNZ) reservation had been done but I didn't get any seat confirmation message from IRCTC and my money of Rs .294.09 is also deducted my from Gpay.
            I had done my reservation with the name of ( BHARTI TIWARI) on that day but the seat confirmation message I didn't get from IRCTC and money of Rs 294.09 is also deducted and not Refunded with in 2-3 working days in my bank account .
            This is my second time complaints which I made
            Kindly request you to please resolve my complaints as soon as possible!

                    Amount deducted while booking a train ticket but PNR not generated I called IRCTC complaint section they told amount will be refunded in 3-4 days but till now I did not get a refund amount.

                        Hi my name is himanshu bharti i tried booking railway ticket from bareilly to allahabad on 7th of october for 22nd october 2021 and my ticket was not booked and money was debited. I tried again and the same thing happend again my money was debited and ticket was not booked.

                                I tried to book a ticket on 2nd of October 2021. The booking failed twice after payment. There is a bug from iOS app and they are not fixing the same. Today is 7th of October and the money is still not credited in my account/UPI. This way railway is making money from our blocked money. I request you to take action against them and make them accountable. They cannot make old rules and keep our money for so long. That’s cheating and illegal.

                                  Sir, I have filed TDR for train number 02359 (KOAA PNBE SPCL) pNR NUMBER[protected] because the train was more than 4 hours late on 21 sept-2021 and same time I quickly booked another ticket from Howrah to Patna 02351 ( hwh Rajendra Nagar spcl) PNR NUMBER - [protected] which departed at 2035 from Howrah on 21 Sep 2021. how can the same person travel on both trains same time? it is complete ignorance of irctc they just absurdly put status for TDR repudiated reason is that I have traveled in the train number 02359 on 21 Sep 2021 and they don't bother to check the ticket status also. I need a full refund of my money with interest. hope judgment will be served. i am attaching both tickets as proof.

                                    I'm a regular customer of your site IRCTC. It was very unfortunate that today while I was booking an e-ticket a notification informing "PAYMENT REJECTED BY BANK, but the amount is debited from my bank account. When will i get my money back.

                                      I created a new IRCTC user id today using my wife's mobile no. After completing the registration process successfully, I tried to login but the system said that my user id is invalid, but how is that possible I had just created it.
