I tried many time but ewallet renewal OTP not recieve my registered mobile number. Many time colling customer care and send email but not solve my metter and close my complaint.

    Requested for TDR Refund request for 3 passengers but refund amount received is very low. The reason of TDR was that the train was not touching the destination point .

    Transaction Amount - 7163.6 for 4 persons.
    1 ticket was cancelled before itself.
    Refund Amount Received - 1590 for 3 person.
    If the train is not going to the destination that isn't our fault. It is your responsibility to either have informed passengers way before or have an alternate solution.
    Please refund our full amount.

      Sir,
      In DLF/SLF Ankur vihar road conditions are pathetic, there is no road not even walking not even drive anything, work is Pending since many years. Here's construction work is very poor. They are using third quality
      construction materials.
      They are also not taking care of here's environment.
      Because of patetic road conditions, .many accidents happen almost everyday.
      Please take a look and come and visit this place to understand the condition of people problem in ankur vihar lots of patients and school children are facing day day accidents.
      I will be writing a letter to CMO about the condition of road of DLF ankur vihar and complain against you guys to not take care the area which is come under the BJP goverment.
      MLA of dlf ankur vihar loni never take any action . Janta will be see BJP in upcoming election due to only bad MLA and Muncipal corporations. I will make a muhim here in ankur vihar against BJP and boycot such bad administration who never provide the road to walk for the people of loni gaziyabad ...shame on you guys ...all brhust neta live in loni and ankur vihar.
      Would requested you to please inspect the road of DLF ankur vihar and make the road for people to walk at least.

        My old registered mobile number with irctc is lost but my e mail is same I am able to login with my user ID and password but they did verification for mobile number and e mail so I have tried so many times to sent otp on my same e mail but otp not received and I also tried by edit mobile number section and will get recieve otp by new number but otp is not received please solve my problem immediately and filed complaint against irctc

          My ticket was canceled by the IRCTC and they refund my ticket amount but I didn't get the amount in my bank account. Do process on it because it's already too late.

            I have booked a air ticket from IRCTC website on 20th October 2020 for Patna to Abu dhabi. However as a time of booking my name was entred wrong spell and i have cancelled the ticket and also inform to IRCTC about the incident and they told me no worry your ticket has been cancelled and now you can booked another ticket and your privious ticket amount will be refunded with in a week in your original account. However after one month i drop a email to IRCTC to know about my refund status but they reply we are working on this and your amount will be funded shortly but unfortunatly i did't found my amount and i countiniouly followups but not this incident has been over a year but my mount not been refunded neither they resond properly on call and email so i have deciced to register here. I hope my conceren will be solved in this platorm. Some details are given below.

                    I had file TDR against PNR no [protected], as train was diverted and did not touch the boarding point and passenger not travelled, it is been repudiated and there is no positive response from railways I am getting.

                          I travelled from Bangalore to Delhi in Rajdhani Express - 02691 SBC NZM AC EXP 2AC coach on 9th September 2021 - 11th September 2021.

                          During the travel, from the first night itself there were multiple cockroaches in the coach and on the seats. The cockroaches were also climbing the walls and were also on the top seats of the coach. This is a very disappointing and disgusting experience.

                          I paid good amount of money to travel in a clean and hygienic 2AC coach and what I got is a cockroach Invested coach. Not to forget the leaking and stinking toilets in the coach.

                          To add to the above complaint, there has been strong jerks in the coach I'm travelling in since yesterday night and it has been constantly occuring after every 10-15min and kept happening even during the night which disturbed everyone's sleep continuously. This also caused spilling of Tea on our seats and shoes. Extremely disappointed in IRCTC's Railway service.

                          I'm traveling in 02691 SBC NZM AC EXP A1/25.

                          These jerks are not just during starting or stopping, it is during the normal movement of the train which is very concerning.

                                I was travelling from Chandigarh to jaipur and was in train number 09684 coach G9 seat number 2 and 4 as 4 was a lower berth the TT came to me at twelve am at night and asked me to shift to another seat as another seat on upper birth was vacant, for my safety reasons I didn't want to argue with him as he wanted to give that seat to a man with him, but I requested him to give him any other seat, to this he replied that this man has long legs so he needed this seat itself, realizing that he was trying to fool me, at the middle of night sensing unsafe environment I quickly vacated my lower berth. I would request the authorities to take serious action against it, is this the kind of safety Indian women go through while travelling in trains!!!

                                  I booked a ticket pnr no is [protected] from lucknow to banaras in HWH festival spl(02332) on 23rd august 2021. but the train was late more than 3 hours so i did not travelled and filed TDR on the same day. the authority reject my TDR and answered that NO EDR HAS BEEN FED AGAINST THE PARTICULAR PNR AS PARTY HAS TRAVELLED. in case i want my refund thats why i am filing this complain.

                                        I am trying since morning to print a ticket for my relatives. What a nonsense website, leave apart ticket print, even not able to log in. After getting public money, it only concentrate on advertising revenue.

                                        What a facility for poor users!!!

                                        This is not isolated experience, since long website use has issues. God bless polluted mind of this company.
