Dear Sir/Madam, We (Neelam Ghai, 67 & Manish Kr Ghai, 37) had booked ticket from AGC to NDLS journey date 14-Feb-2022 (PNR-[protected]), but the train was showing late from more than 4 hours. I got 8 messages from TM-IRSMSa (Indian Railways) from 12:44 to 19:26 about the status of my train. Based on this information shared by Indian Railways, I tried to cancel that ticket on the same day but unable to cancel it. Then, I had filed the TDR on the 17-Feb-2022. The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate. We was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so we had decided to book ticket for another train so that we can reach our destination on time. I request you to help us on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.

    On 24/02/2022 at 10:55 hrs I have booked a flight ticket in Air Asia flight 15-423 from Mumbai (BOM) to Kochi (COK) for travel on 04/03/2022. But even after deducting an amount of Rs. 5068.26 from my bank account vide transaction id[protected], I have not issued valid ticket. On inquiry with customer care it was informed that my name was not included in the list and instrcted me to register a complaint through whatsapp. Accordingly, i registered a complaint on 24/02/2022 itself. But, as of now no response has been received from the concerned.
    Now, it is requested that, any ticket issued/generated against me may be cancelled and the amount deducted may be refunded to me at the earliest.

      Extremely disappointed in the train. I took Rajdhani express to and from Delhi to Ernakulam. The train was 3 hours late and was extremely unhygienic. Toilets were a nightmare. For such a high fare, I expected better service. The food was not even enough for a child. Very disappointing.

          Mobile charging point of coach number s7 birth number 21, train number 19665 is not working. My pnr number is [protected]. Date of journey is February 22. We crossed Bharatpur station nearly. We are facing problems to charge our mobile. For this we are wondering here and there. Please send the maintenance team as soon as it is possible.

            I tried to book railway ticket in IRCTC site today on 21-02-22 around 8 pm. Amount of Rs 2567.20 debited from my axis bank account but payment failed & ticket not booked.

              Hi team, I recharged my R-wallet on 19th December at around 5:15pm for 100Rs. The amount was debited from my bank account, however it was not credited to the R-wallet. I request IRCTC to please look into this

                    Dear Sir I have filed TDR on date 10th February 2022 because the train was late for more than 3 hours so I travelled by bus. But TDR was rejected with the reason As per chart passenger has travelled however we have not travelled on that ticket I am not sure how come TT mark us as travelled.

                      I am Saurabh Gupta, having irctc id saurabh1804 which was logged in successfully on 16/02/2022 but unable to login for return ticket on 17/02/2022. Please resolve this issue immediately. I am using it as personal user id and not commercial, also there is no misuse of it.

                        The cancellation/refund ID is: [protected]
                        Kindly process it fast. I have made two payments on the same day and received refund of only one so far. It's been more than 12 days now. The status of refund in irctc is shown as 'credited to your account' but I didn't receive in my bank account so far.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          I tried 1st time to register my IRCTC website profile on 5th Feb 2022, but One Time Password (OTP) not received by my phone.

                          Care service ([protected]@irctc.co.in) couldn't help me. After several tries they answer that my issue 'forwarded to the concerned department. You will receive a reply in this regard shortly.' It was on 6th Feb, the same they answered on 10th Feb. And for today 16th Feb IRCTC website still don't send OTP to verify my mobile phone number.

                          Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as I want to travel.

                            My mom and elderly relatives were travelling from thane to sangameshwar through 10103 Mandovi express which was expected at 7.51am. We had reach the station well in advance at about 7.20am and stood as per the coach announced but when the train arrived that we realised, the coach position is wrong and everyone started running and most of them were elderly people travelling and while running my aunt who's 70, fell. Now I want to know who's responsible. Also I want compensation as you have put my entire family at risk.

                                  I have booked a ticket for trivandrum express (train no 16348) with a PNR no [protected]. Date of jouney 27/01/22. I have filed a TDR (transaction Id [protected]) as train got delayed for more than 3hrs at my boarding station (ernakulam north) and I didn’t travel. I would like to know why TDR is cancelled and how to get the refund?

                                      Money deducted from bank account but not credited in irctc e-wallet.

                                      Today i did a topup of ₹100 into my irctc e-wallet by using UPI payment option, the transaction was successful from bank side and money deducted as normal but not credited in irctc e-wallet and also not showing in my irctc e-wallet transaction history. So i did again a ₹100 topup and this time it was successfully occurred and showing in the wallet status also.so please help me get out of it as quick as you can, i will attach...

                                      With due respect I want to grab the attention of ministry of railways for illogical berth allotments. I booked my tickets almost 3 weeks ago nd still the senior citizens of my family have to travel with very much difficulty coz of the illogical online booking berth allotment system. I booked tickets for two senior citizens (both of them got upper berth alloted) amongst those 4 tickets (NOT MENTIONING other two WHO were also 50+ 🙂but they are young according our dear IRCTC ). I just wanna know how on an earth could any system allot a 5 feet high berth to any senior citizen? Has the humanity been limited to news only ? I'm mentioning my PNR details below in hope of some mercy from our dear IRCTC to our dearest old citizens .If someone can come up for help through this platform then please allocate lower berths for.my old guardians
