Dear Sir/madam,

This is to bring to your attention that a train departing from Howrah (source station) to Yesvantpur (Destination ends) was scheduled to leave Howrah today at 10:50 AM (scheduled time).

Unfortunately the passengers were informed Via text message on phone (a day prior @17:08 PM and 18:02 PM) that the train was cancelled (Attached screenshot).

Monday, (next day) morning at 8:35 AM, passengers received a text message that the train will depart but 2 hours delay from the standard scheduled time (screenshot attached). All tickets attached.

Please explain how a passenger staying in Raniganj can board a train if they receive a message on Monday morning that the train will depart with 2 hours delay. Is it practically possible for Raniganj passengers to travel all the way from Raniganj to Howrah and then be able to board the train? We had connecting appointments with the doctor in Bangalore, son to join the office from Wednesday, etc. and all of this was jeopardized because of indiscipline behavior of railway. Now that we had a hospital visit and other important things to address we booked flight tickets immediately on Sunday and now see that the train will also depart. This is such a disrespectful service to the railway towards their passengers.

I would ask the railway officials to return my ticket money paid in full since the train was cancelled. It’s the unscheduled and negligence of the railway for not managing things well, and due to their poor and weak weather and other source foresight that they failed to take right action at the right time leading to confusion and now asking passengers to take the burn. I at least want my money back citing the reason for the lead time of travel from Raniganj to Howrah which is impossible (with the state of mind railway has put in a day prior, cancelling the train) and request to refund my money. I am not asking for any compensation for the damage done but just the money paid in Actuals for the ticket.

    Dear Sir,
    In 12716 SACHKAND EXPRES Six o[censored]s were travelling from Chandigarh to manmad PNR : [protected]
    A TC called him self Boxer and he was wearing yellow turben in between Chandigarh to Panipat. We asked him about our tickets confirmation and he told us that ticket was cancelled. So he asked us weather we want sleeper tickets. We told him and asked him about fare and penalty. He demanded for 6k rupees for 6 seats which includes fare plus panelty. At that moment we were having hard cash of 3k which we gave it to him and remaining we were going to give him by taking cash from nearby ATM . Then he moved to next 3AC coach. We were not able to withdraw any cash from station as train was not stopping for more than 2 mins so we again went back and asked him to return the money or give us receipt for the money ( 3 thousand) which we gave him earlier after that he started abusing us and also hitted us by throwing punch on face and stomach. One of our friend got seriously injured and we ran away from there we also have video footage for the same. Please take necessary action on him and give us justice.

      I am harsh and i am not recieving OTP for mobile verification thus i am not able to use any of the irctc services. I am having this problem for 20 days now but irctc has not yes resolved it. I wrote them emails regarding this but its not yet solved.

        Aaharam restaurant, Tirupathi railway station. Most worst food I have ever ate in my life. Worst food quality, no taste, less quantity, double charge. What can be more pathetic. The rates are very very high for this low quality food. This is nothing less than cheating public and playing with public health. Unhealthy quality food served in this restaurant is a threat to public health. Railway ministry should take serious action on this restaurant.

        Please take immediate action and save our lives

          We have boarded our train from Howrah at 14.05 on train Geetanjali express train no. 12860, coach S1 and there are non of the charging points which are working. The whole afternoon time has been passed still it is not working. The travel is for 2days 3nights and it will be difficult for us to travel without charge for such a long distance. Looking forward from you all to resolve the issue at the earliest.

            I had TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] with reason Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled.
            Date of journey 5 oct 2021.

            I was travelled By bus From Vishakapatnam to Ichhapuram on 6th oct 2021 9.45am
            And in 6th oct 2021 evening travelled from ichhapuram to Bhubaneshwar by train Pnr number [protected]

            But since 2 month saying by irctc it will take 90days whenever I was called on customer number

              I just book an onward and return journey tickets between TATA and BBS. The ticket booking was successful. But I haven't received the SMS with the PNR number, nor can I print my tickets from the website as the booking history column is blank.
              I know my tickets were booked because I can see it in 'last transaction' section.

                  I booked a ticket of Pnr [protected] Of 24 nov and Unfortunately i got Tqwl2 Which is waiting after waiting for about 24hr I checked pnr status And It sas still showing TQWL/2 . So i simply cancelled it And As per rules IRCTC should refund me booking amount-60 Rs. But they simply gave me 0 refund and started arguing With me saying Its a confirmed tatkal Ticket. Although i have proof that i Don't even got any seat and it was in waiting they just Saying it was confirm ticket. When i asked for proof they are not responding

                      Hi, so i was sleeping and TTE came and she turned on the lights at 1 in night. Just not that after that she started talking too loudly to her fellow TTE this seat is vacant this is vacant sleep their. After that she started eating icecream . What about the fellow passages is she allowed to that.                         Sir I packed my bike on 19th November 2021 at KSR Bangalore railway parcel office and the man who write the details over it said that a delay of one day is there, I said okay and he said the bike will parcel on 20th November 2021, but it been 3 days over no updates about my bike [protected] this is my PRR number, please check in to this issue ASAP.

                            Dear sir,
                            With reference to the above details, this is to inform you that my train was canceled for my boarding station and rerouted the train, on the date of journey. Hence, I was unable to travel with the corresponding ticket and we were informed at the station that we shall get a full refund automatically. I waited for some days but did not get any refund. When I tried to file TDR, they wanted a guard certificate no. which I never received.
                            Hence, I would request you to please look into the matter and resolve the issue and initiate the refund as soon as possible.

                            Attached herewith relevant documents for your reference.

                            Your prompt action will be highly appreciated.

                              I have booked ticket with PNR no- [Protected] on 6th NOV and today's date is 20th NOV still I haven't received its refund even after several emails. This was Tatkal waitlisted Ticket (TQWL) which remain in waiting after chart preparation and was cancelled automatically.

                              I have booked again Tatkal ticket which after booking is not confirmed and went in TQWL. So, I cancelled this one but still its Refund will be another challenge for me. And its PNR is [Protected] and I want IRCTC to refund atleast as per it writes "6-8" business days.
                              Please help as soon as possible by refunding my money for boths the tickets "PNRs". And it should be flashed with message as credited automatically at source from where amount is debited.

                                I have tried to book a train ticket, however the payment of Rs. 2683.60 have deducted but ticket was not booked. Payment was done via Google pay, Transaction ID[protected]. Till now the payment have not REFUNDED. I have reached SBI customer care as well IRCTC customer care but there was no response. IRCTC transaction ID-[protected]. Kindly get sort of this. Need an immediate response.

                                  I booked a premium Tatkal ticket in the name of Savitri Devi in the train no. 02834 from Tatanagar to Vyara travel dated 18/11/2021. The price of the 3rd AC ticket was showing INR 1750 in premium Tatkal but amount deducted was INR 6955. Although I understand that it is dynamic fare but how has railway deducted this much amount in the name of dynamic fare as after booking when I checked the price of the same ticket, it was showing INR 1950. It seems to be an unfair practice as it did not show the price and there has to be limit on the max fare in premium also. Also, the Tatkal quota tickets are getting booked within 20-30 seconds but premium quota has availability even after hours of opening. I want a clear explanation regarding this and if possible a partial return on the amount charged.

                                    टिकट पीएनआर [protected] के संदर्भ में, पिता अपने बेटे को टिकट हस्तांतरित करना चाहते हैं। बरेली रिजर्वेशन काउंटर पर पहुंचने पर सुपरवाइजर ने बताया कि यहां कोई कानून नहीं है और सीधे तौर पर इनकार करते हैं और मानने को तैयार नहीं हैं. दूसरी बार हमने नोएडा रेलवे आरक्षण केंद्र सेक्टर 33 से 19 नवंबर 03:00 बजे प्रयास किया। आश्चर्यजनक रूप से स्वीकृत कानून मौजूद है लेकिन दिखावा, कोई अधिकार नहीं।
                                    पिता ko सारे दस्तावेज लेकर दिल्ली पहाड़गंज जाने की सलाह दे रहे हैं.
                                    यह डेस्क पर बैठे लोगों का शर्मनाक व्यवहार है। कृपया मामले पर गौर करें।

                                        I booked online ticket from New Jalpaiguri to Sealdah on 20.09.2021 and followings are the references:
                                        PNR No.[protected]
                                        Transaction ID: [protected]
                                        Date of journey: 29.12.2021
                                        Train no. 03142/NOQ-SDAH SPECIAL
                                        Amount paid. Rs.1309.17.
                                        IRCTC suddenly by a message cancelled the above train on 05.11.2021.
                                        I was in great trouble as confirmed journey was disturbed.
                                        Since I am a helpless Indian Citizen, I have nothing to do but to expect the refund money.
                                        After lapse of 13 days, I have not yet been refunded the paid amount of Rs.1309.17..
                                        Please help.

                                        The matter is still unresolved till datefor unknown reason. Why the refundis not made by IRCTC since the train was cancelled by The Railways.
                                        I would be waiting for their reply at an early date.
