On 22 October three attempts were made for two passanger for journey fro NJP station to Bandel Jn Station.
1st attempt - at 11:02 am paid rs 842.78 to IRCTC for booking tatkal tickets for two passanger, money was deducted but the ticket was not booked due to server problem from IRCTC side.
2nd attempt - at 11:10 am again paid rs 842.78 and again money deducted but due to server problem from IRCTC side again the ticket was not booked as I had logged in and checked booking history and last transaction details but nothing was being displayed.
3rd attempt - arround 11:18 am again tried booking and this time money was deducted as well as tickets were booked. It was a relief.
When I checked booking history there was one tickets showing at arround 11:20am.
But at 11:37 I received a message confirming two tickets. And I was shocked when I checked booking history, there two tatkal tickets were shown instead of one.
I contacted irctc care but they said it was my fault so they won't refund for duplicate ticket.
It was the fault of IRCTC app server or app bugs. Now I have to suffer. And for tatkal confirmed tickets there is no refund.
On repeated request for cancellation of duplicate ticket due to IRCTC server error was denied from IRCTC customer care.
As other time when we try to book tatkal ticket from IRCTC app only one ticket is allowed per day per user, but in my case two tickets were booked strange.
Moreover no refunds or any message for any refund for all the attempt has not been received at my end till now.
Please help me out for the refund of two attempts.

Moreover IRCTC should stop their app at play store as it has lots of bugs.
