In general Base fare from Amalner to Surat is ₹165 and in tatkal there is of ₹275 as of for now we are paying ₹100 for tatkal charges then why there is difference in base fare . I want reply

          The Train was MORE THAN 3 hours LATE at Kanpur and finally reached the destination Delhi more about 5 Hours late. We DID NOT travel by the train as we had a connecting flight from Delhi that we could have definitely missed by this late train.

          The TSR was filed however it is repudiated w/o stating any reason. I want to know why it was repudiated and eventually process my TDR request. Details below -

            Reservation done on 6th Dec 21 and cancelled on 23rd Dec 21. Though successful txn id and bank txn id generated on 26th Dec 21 after cancellation but amount not credited in bank account yet.. Matter parallelly taken up with bank also. Request to search where was the money gone. No positive response from [protected]@irctc.co.in only quoting that problem may be with payment gate way system. Immediate intervention requires in this regard to resolve the issue.

              Hi,
              I cancelled my ticket which was booked on January 4 2022. Didn't get refund yet. I wrote to their customer care twice- thrice. Every time they are making excuses and says they have given credit instructions. And every time a new ticket is creadted. No refund. Last email from them was saying due to some technical issues, the payment is delayed. This happens every time when it is about a refund. Previously also I had bitter experience with IRCTC for my refund. They do lot of timepass making excuses. Mainly the last email will be saying technical issues. Last time also it took more than a week to get the refund. And I got my refund after registering a complaint here.

              I don't understand why there is no strict action against these people!! Every time they delay refund. And the reason, always is technical issue. Using people's money for their needs. And returning it when they feel like...
              Very pathetic service. No strict action against these people is very strange

                  IOn 25 this december I booked a railway ticket by using railyatri app.Though the payment was done but booking failed.I received information from railyatri that the refund will be deposited in my account.Still the money has not been deposited in my account.Please do the needful.

                    I have tried to book a retiring room for[protected] at Madgaon Railway Station for 3hrs. The payment was made through paytm UPI. The money was debited from the bank and the reservation was not successful. As I have contacted IRCTC they told that they haven't received the payment whereas bank confirms the money has been sent to the destination account. I'm attaching the details below.                       Dear IRCTC,

                      The train(19325) IND Amritsar Express got terminated at meerut City on 25th December 2021 by Gov. Of India. Our boarding station was Ghaziabad and Meerut City for two tickets booked.

                      I did not get the refund for my tickets. PNR numbers are mentioned below :

                      Reason for TDR filling I asked from customer care and then only i chose it. But you people rejected it. Please look into the matter and process the refund as soon as possible.

                        I had booked a parcel containing 2 packages from New Delhi to ernakulam (ERN) with reference number :[protected] on the 15th of December 2021. Even after 2 weeks the parcel has not yet arrived at the destination and iam desperately in need of it as it contains some of my books which are needed for an upcoming examination.

                            But see the worse reply to reject from some illiterate official stating passenger travelled.

                                  I made a payment on 6 October 2021 at 5:00 pm for recharging my irctc uts wallet My money is deducted as payment was successful from my side but money didn't reach in my wallet and when i complaint merchant about itthey say they haven't received any money.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I travelled in Rajdhani Express from Ahmedabad to Delhi on 14th Dec 2021. I paid Ticket fare of 2030 plus other taxes. While booking I opted for Veg meal and I believe the above ticket price includes free Food. I was not been offered food during my travel by Rajdhani Express not even Water or any refreshment.
                                    Please let me know if the above price includes Free food as per new guidelines in Nov to resume free Food on India Railways in AC class.
                                    None of the members travelling in my coach on this train was served free food or any rfershment.

                                      Sir, I am from a middle class family, we add every single penny to run our family.Today I booked a tatkal ticket from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus to Jaunpur, for which I had to go to Grand mother death, the ticket was about 4100.But in emergency I had to cancel the ticket and instead of yesterday I had to leave today.After canceling, I got a message from IRCTC that there will be no refund of e-ticket, This is completely wrong and I can not understand at all why I am not getting my money refund when I am not traveling, what is this rule?The cost of 4000 is a lot for the poor, I work for 2 days and then get 1000., I took out the tickets by borrowing money but now you are not doing any refund this is completely wrong, You are requested to kindly refund my money to me, whatever is the charge of your cancellation should be deducted.PNR [protected]

                                        I booked a train ticket prior before 15 days and later cancelled the train ticket via railyatri app and payment was done using googlepay and after i got several messages from my registered mobile number and i got mails that your refund initiated and its been about 1 month until now my money doesnt recieved un my sbi account
