I did not receive my verification code on my mobile no. I have been trying to register for it, and neither it is sending me the OTP nor it is allowing me to register from another mobile no because the limit has been exceeded.
IRCTC is causing many problems with its faulty site. Though so many people are going through the same problem still site managers have no permanent solution for this....

My user ID Mdshirazg... I had booked tickets and after payment I was asked for email and mobile verification. However email OTP recieved but till jow haven't received mobile OTP also I they have not shared ticket details. Please help....

While booking ticket via IRCTC, i had selected online payment via PAYTMIRCTCECATERING.
amount has been deducted from my account but ticket not booked.

so i expect money to be returned back to my account.

I have booked my ticket through IRCTC Website and made a payment through Gpay. Amount has been deducted from my bank account but not received by IRCTC. Hence I am unable to get my ticket confirmation.
Kindly look into this matter....

Now how can I get my 6000 back.

This is with reference to my SBI Card no 4656 XXXX XXXX 6575 and IRCTC LOYALTI ACCOUNT NO [protected] I wish to share that due to non-completion of commitment of SBI Card department I was blocked the said card in few month ago and he has assured that your earned loyalty reward point will be open for future use for the amount of Rs-2186/- in which some points buoyed from other cards and added to IRCTC loyalty wallet but now I am great surprise...

I booked a train ticket on 24 sept 2021 for 13 oct 2021 from jaipur to delhi. The amount got deducted but there is no confirmation of the ticket.

With due regards it is to inform you that since one hour 2100 to 2248 (9.00 PM to 10.48 PM) today 24/09/2021, I am trying my best to book one double or dormitory retiring .room, for my family of three, in bhubneswar railway station for one day (9/10/2021 to 10/10/2021).
moreover i have contacted the toll free no [protected] for any help but they also said that they are unable to cooperate me.

Requested for TDR Refund request for 3 passengers but refund amount received is very low. The reason of TDR was that the train was not touching the destination point .

Transaction Amount - 7163.6 for 4 persons.
1 ticket was cancelled before itself.
Refund Amount Received - 1590 for 3 person.
If the train is not going to the destination that isn't our fault. It is your responsibility to either have informed...

In DLF/SLF Ankur vihar road conditions are pathetic, there is no road not even walking not even drive anything, work is Pending since many years. Here's construction work is very poor. They are using third quality
construction materials.
They are also not taking care of here's environment.
Because of patetic road conditions, .many accidents happen almost everyday.

My old registered mobile number with irctc is lost but my e mail is same I am able to login with my user ID and password but they did verification for mobile number and e mail so I have tried so many times to sent otp on my same e mail but otp not received and I also tried by edit mobile number section and will get recieve otp by new number but otp is not received please solve my problem immediately and filed complaint against irctc...

My ticket was canceled by the IRCTC and they refund my ticket amount but I didn't get the amount in my bank account. Do process on it because it's already too late....

I had file TDR against PNR no [protected], as train was diverted and did not touch the boarding point and passenger not travelled, it is been repudiated and there is no positive response from railways I am getting....
