Dear sir,
With reference to the above details, this is to inform you that my train was canceled for my boarding station and rerouted the train, on the date of journey. Hence, I was unable to travel with the corresponding ticket and we were informed at the station that we shall get a full refund automatically. I waited for some days but did not get any refund. When I tried to file TDR, they wanted a guard certificate no. which I never received.
Hence, I would request you to please look into the matter and resolve the issue and initiate the refund as soon as possible.
Attached herewith relevant documents for your reference.
Your prompt action will be highly appreciated.

Updated by prashantjsr0 it is since more than a week time but didn't receive any revert from IRCTC, I don't know how much more time they will take to resolve this issue as its already been delayed by 4 months.
I would be waiting for their reply at an early date.
I hope, IRCTC is a concern of repute to help people.
