1. I am trying to book the ticket during tatkal and normal timings, many times my money got was transferred to IRCTC but booking failed due to the IRCTC web site very slow response, it get time out.
2. Again so am wasting my time again logging into the website, they charge so much for tatkal tickets and online booking, why cannot they maintain the website properly.
3. There are many technologies available now a days they can use that example cloud they can use that infrastructure during peak hours say morning 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
4. An legal case has to be filed against the railway department and minister regarding the same.,
5. May people say around 18 - 20 lakh people are affected per day think how many per year.
6. Who will pay for our time which we are wasting in booking tickets.
Please take this has a serious issue, one more think they have to pay interest for the money what ever is getting detected from account for one week or what ever it is till the repayment with bank interest.

Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Today I booked a E-ticket from BHUBANESWAR (BBS) to BANGALORE CY JN (SBC) through IRCTC. After finishing booking of ticket with my HDFC CREDIT CARD account there an error occurred.Then after 5 minute I tried again but the same error occurred again Finally I found that the money is deducted from my account for both the transactions but ticket is not booked.
Details mentioned below which appears in IRCTC .
