There is no such rules for the TDR if train is cancelled by INDIAN RAILWAY. .when I filing my TDR today for the journey of 13th after 10 days they are not agree to accept my file cause it dues after 7 days. My PNR is [protected] So how can a customer get know about such thing when he was outstation. file my complain and rever tback

    I tried to book Tatkal tickets online from Ligampally to Malkhaid road on 22 February 2014, after giving all the due details, money of Rs.472/- got debited from my account but ticket was booked. Irctc website was showing " settlement requested, payment not received from bank" Plz refund the money back in my account as the ticket is not booked asap.

      I (ankit sisodia)cancelled my railway cc e ticket pnr no [protected] from kanpur (cnb) to new delhi(ndls) on 09.02.2014 train no: 12003, date of journey: 09.02.2014, transaction ID: [protected]. In irctc website it is showing that your ticket was cancelled and money was refunded to your account, But I didnt receive any refund from irctc.         As per my experience IRCTC takes 3-4 days to reverse the amount (failed transaction). I have never come across or heard of any incident of failed transaction amount not being reversed... I don't think you need to worry much. Transaction failure is very common with IRCTC portal.

          My name is Rajat Jain. This is with ref to PNR [protected] and PNR [protected] with transaction ID [protected] and [protected] respectively. The tickets were cancelled on[protected]. Even after cancelling it, the refund amount is not credited to my State Bank of India account.no. [protected], IIT Kanpur branch.
          Please expedite to solve this problem.

            Your problem is not clear to me.

            What I understand, someone asked you to pay for IRCTC registration of your Axis Bank A/c and charged you for some other unwanted service (Easy Bill India Service) also. Who approached you to for these services? - Axis Bank staff?

            If Bank staff has done this cheating, lodge complaint with the Bank Manager in writing and asking him to reverse the amount.

            PLEASE IN FUTURE DO NOT FALL PREY TO BANK STAFF WHO FORCIBLY SELL UNWANTED SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS.

            Piece of advice- DO NOT post your details like Bank A/c number, mobile number etc on sites like this.

              TDR filed, but not showing in history

              Dear Team,

              I have filed TDR from my IRCTC account for this ticket. PNR number:[protected]. I have also seen at that time that is has assigned to north Zone railway. But now in my history it has not showing.

              I have selected in the reason as "train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled".
              This train has been delayed by more than 12 hours.

              Kindly raise a complaint...

              I was booked two 3ac tickets on date 21/01/2014, bearing pnr no: [protected], unfortunatly i was missed that train, so i file tdr refund request. And i didn't get that amount, now i am searched tdr history in irctc site, they show the status is "regretted", but the reason is not explained.Hence i want justice.

              Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from DLI to CNB journey date 22-Oct-2014 at 23:55 departure, but the train got late from more than 6 hours. i was waiting on railway station from 7 hours and finally went to home and I had filed the TDR Filing Date: 23-Oct-2014 08:57:52 HRS.The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR little late. Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.                   I have submit TDR for the ticket through which passengers are not travelled.But IRCTC reply that passengers travelled. One ticket o[censored]dhyog nagari from bhopal to mumbai for which i have filed TDR because passengers not travelled because Tckt was in RAC. Second ticket of Habibganj from habibganj(bhopal) to Mumbai from which the same passengers travelled.i have given the proof of ticket of the passengers..and mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in but they are not replying
                  Irctc customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                    I booked a general sleeper ticket on 12/12/2014 from Bellary to Bangalore(Travel Date on 25/02/2014) in irctc website. Money got deducted from my Kotak Bank Account but ticket was not booked.                           I have parked my two wheeler and Bangalore city station at 8th platform back side on last saturday 5.45am went to janashatabdi and next day when back at 10PM on sunday charged 100 including helmet charge. is this affordable cost 50 rupees per day for two wheeler by railway. This is second time happened to me, simply people over they collecting money showing rowdism and arguing with customers. why railway can't take proper action and print amount on bills for parking hours and put some bill board. remember its a two wheeler and paid 100 rupees for parking even its more or less equal to rail charge. please give solution and replace contract of parking showing rowdism.

                            I cancelled a ticket of 17 january 2014 whose pnr no. Was [protected]. Its scheduled departure was 6:00am but it was late by 11 hours. So i called the customer care no. [protected] twice and asked if i would cancel my ticket what would happen and the person replied that you will get full refund of your ticket and said to choose the option train late by more than 3 hours.
                            I also confirmed the customer care person who was on line when to cancel the ticket and he assured me that you should file tdr within two hours after the actual departure of the train. So i filed the tdr within two hours of actual departure.
                            But this information was provided to me by your care centre and was wrong so there is no mistake of mine.
                            So i request you to kindly listen to the voice recording and confirm that information provided to me was wrong. I provide me my full refund.

                                    I booked an TDR as per 139 Customer care suggestion on 13th Oct 2013 as train was cancelled due to phylin cyclone. PNR Number: [protected] Reference No: ekt[protected] TDR Filing Date: 13-Oct-2013 but, money is still not refunded to my account even it crossed 110 days. I am trying to take follow up, but IRCTC care's reply is like Hide & Seek Game. One department blames another & they give the number of a third party, which one never get answered. There has been 28 conversations with [protected]@irctc.co.in & the result is the below mail "[protected]@irctc.co.in Jan 14 to me Dear Customer, Sorry for the inconvenience.Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No.[protected] has been forwarded to CCM/SER Railway on 13-Oct-2013 As refund is yet to be received from concerned railway, we have sent a reminder on 14-January-2014 with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway.                                       Sir, I have booked 6 tikets PNR NO [protected] on08/09/2013 in waiting. On journey day one ticket in the name of Yogesh was confirmed as RAC and rest 5 tickets are not confirmed and automatically cancelled and I have file TDR against one confirmed ticket because journey was not performed. Sir, till date I have not received any amount of refund. total fare is Rs 2370/-. Kindly look into the matter and refund the above amount at the earliest and credited in my A/C. Thanks.
