Dear sir,
I have one IRCTC Account in the name of myself Abhimanyu Padhi user name kkpl2010 for booking of on line train tickets. I have booked one ticket with journey date12.01.2014 from BAM to BLS in Train No 02551 in 2 Tire AC with PNR No [protected] in the name of S K Padhi. my brother and his wife Kalyani Padhi and one ticket with journey date on 14.01.2014 from SHM to BAM in Train No 22853 in 2 Tire AC with PNR No [protected] in the name of S K Padhi. my brother. Now due to certain change of his programme I wanted to cancel both the tickets on 10.01.2014 and while I found the IRCTC account is deactivated without notice to me and hence I could not cancel the tickets. Previously the same type of situation happened with the account of my brother S K Padhi with Account user name kkpl 2009 and there also we immediately intimated to IRCTC officials by mail and phone which they ignored and we lost the amount. The account is also not activated till date. Please act suitably to cancel the tickets and get the full amount as per rule credited back to my nominated Bank Account. Also advice how to get my account reactivated to book my further journey tickets.
Request your good self to act fast as the ticket cancellation period is remains very less.
