    i know that i filled TDR after 2 hours but you people why not understand what is the reason behind that.its got delayed because your system was not working and you are blaming on me.i have booked a e ticket which DOJ 09/07/2013 that departure
    was 22:20, i missed this train due to heavy rainfall in delhi,
    when i try to file TDR refund at 11:30 your system tell login after
    12:30, when i logged after 12:30 and file TDR my refund was 0.
    The system give reason, you have to fill TDR within 2 Hrs of departure.
    in this 2 hrs 1 hr your system is not working.
    So, kindly let me know why i suffer if your system is not working.
    So, Kindly view of above matter please refund my 50% amount of ticket

    Dear customer,

    Kindly note that the TDR filing time limit is revised
    w.e.f.1/7/2013
    upto 2 hours of the actual departure of the train in case of confirmed
    etickets
    & within 3 hours of the actual departure of the train in case
    of RAC/WL
    e-tickets or Train Late More Than Three Hours and upto 72 hours from
    the
    scheduled departure time in case of Train cancelled.
    As you have filed TDR after the prescribed time
    limit, your case is regretted by Railways.

    Dear TDR Team,
    Reference to trail mail i i accept that i filled TDR after 2 hr
    because in this 2hrs, 1hr your system is not working.

    Dear Customer,


    Kindly note
    that your refund is in process through TDR
    (Ticket Deposit Receipt). Refund
    under this category is processed by the railways under the present
    commercial
    rules .
    Once the refund is received from the railways the same will be credited
    to your
    account.

    referred.

    tell you so many time due to irctc system i was not able to file TRD
    on time because my train depart at 22:20 on 09/07/13 and your IRCTC
    portal was closed services from 23:30 to 00:30, due to only i was

    i know very well the process
    my concern is that as per new policy TDR filled with in 2 hrs
    from from departure
    and i tried within 2 hrs of train departure in which 1 hr from 11:30 PM
    to 12:30 AM in which your irctc portal is not providing services that
    is the reason of delay to file TDR when i file TDR after 12:30 AM the
    refund amount was 0 (ZERO).

      I tried to book e-ticket train no. 12149 from Pune to Patna on[protected]. I used debit card of SBI. While doing payment, it took long time and session expired. I could not book e-ticket but amount Rs 6392.00 was debited from my account debit card no. 622xxx6878 vide IRCTC txn no.[protected] on POS SBIRCTC.

      I therefore request you to refund my money back as I have not booked e-ticket on line using SBI debit card and PNR was not allotted to me.

        Hello All, I have to book a ticket from HOSUR(HSRA) to Thane(TNA) in Train 11014 (LTT Coimbatore Express) However, my boarding station is GOOTY(GY) . I am unable to find this station alone in the list of Boarding points. All other stations are available.. This is happening for other trains as well.. I need to book this way, as the tickets are available from the source/originating station.. Could you please resolve this issue at the earliest ! Tried reaching customer care numbers, but no use. They do not even pick up the phone. On talking to customer care at 139, they asked to contact IRCTC only as they find any issue at their end.
        Irctc customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          There is no such rules for the TDR if train is cancelled by INDIAN RAILWAY. .when I filing my TDR today for the journey of 13th after 10 days they are not agree to accept my file cause it dues after 7 days.                 As per my experience IRCTC takes 3-4 days to reverse the amount (failed transaction). I have never come across or heard of any incident of failed transaction amount not being reversed... I don't think you need to worry much. Transaction failure is very common with IRCTC portal.

                    Your problem is not clear to me.

                    What I understand, someone asked you to pay for IRCTC registration of your Axis Bank A/c and charged you for some other unwanted service (Easy Bill India Service) also. Who approached you to for these services? - Axis Bank staff?

                    If Bank staff has done this cheating, lodge complaint with the Bank Manager in writing and asking him to reverse the amount.

                    PLEASE IN FUTURE DO NOT FALL PREY TO BANK STAFF WHO FORCIBLY SELL UNWANTED SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS.

                    Piece of advice- DO NOT post your details like Bank A/c number, mobile number etc on sites like this.

                      TDR filed, but not showing in history

                      Dear Team,

                      I have filed TDR from my IRCTC account for this ticket. PNR number:[protected]. I have also seen at that time that is has assigned to north Zone railway. But now in my history it has not showing.

                      I have selected in the reason as "train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled".
                      This train has been delayed by more than 12 hours.

                      Kindly raise a complaint...

                      I was booked two 3ac tickets on date 21/01/2014, bearing pnr no: [protected], unfortunatly i was missed that train, so i file tdr refund request. And i didn't get that amount, now i am searched tdr history in irctc site, they show the status is "regretted", but the reason is not explained.Hence i want justice.

                                  I have parked my two wheeler and Bangalore city station at 8th platform back side on last saturday 5.45am went to janashatabdi and next day when back at 10PM on sunday charged 100 including helmet charge. is this affordable cost 50 rupees per day for two wheeler by railway. This is second time happened to me, simply people over they collecting money showing rowdism and arguing with customers. why railway can't take proper action and print amount on bills for parking hours and put some bill board. remember its a two wheeler and paid 100 rupees for parking even its more or less equal to rail charge. please give solution and replace contract of parking showing rowdism.

                                    I cancelled a ticket of 17 january 2014 whose pnr no. Was [protected]. Its scheduled departure was 6:00am but it was late by 11 hours. So i called the customer care no. [protected] twice and asked if i would cancel my ticket what would happen and the person replied that you will get full refund of your ticket and said to choose the option train late by more than 3 hours.
                                    I also confirmed the customer care person who was on line when to cancel the ticket and he assured me that you should file tdr within two hours after the actual departure of the train. So i filed the tdr within two hours of actual departure.
                                    But this information was provided to me by your care centre and was wrong so there is no mistake of mine.
                                    So i request you to kindly listen to the voice recording and confirm that information provided to me was wrong. I provide me my full refund.
