i have my ticket reserved which is of 30-apr-2014. I am not travelling so i wanted to cancel the ticket. The website is down and i am unable to cancel my ticket and when i will cancel on my ticket on 30-apr-2014 i will get less refund amount which i would have got 1 day before. This is the fault of irctc since they are unable to keep the website running/up. The extra money which i will have to lose is the fault of irctc....

Poor performance of IRCTC website

Please improve site response time

Irctc not opening in the early hours
