My irctc id is scpoddar69. I had cancelled my fe-ticket two way from ndls to khagaria. The status is showing refunded but the amount has not return to my canara bank account. Total amount is 3572. Hoping for favourable and qquiquick reply.

    The u/s along with other two family members were travelling by 12425/ Jammu Rajdhani Express on 23rd May, 2014 vide PNR NO:[protected] in coach No:B-5, seat No; 1, 7, & 8 in 3T AC. During travelling we requested ur IRCTC staff for Continental food which they refused to serve & I asked them either to supply me the complaint book or call the catring Manager. They did not supply the complaint book inspite of intervention of TT but Mr. U.V.Singh, Catring Manager started misbehaving with us along with RPF inspector Mr. Tomer and did not either supply food to us nor complaint book .Nence u r requested to take approprate action the concerned staf[censored]nder intimation to u/s And ferund the momey of the food items paid by us in the ticket, other wise I am compelled to seak the justics fron the concumers court.

        I booked a ticket in online tatkal on 8th june 2014. My payment was done but i did not get any ticket. So i want my money to be refunded back Rs 686. And ticket was booked online in goa kranti express. So if ticket is not bookes then hoe money can be deducted. Hope to have an early reply.

          The Sub-urban electric train which is departing from chengalpattu to Chennai beach is unpunctual in its timing randomly in every days and saying irresponsible reasons for their mistakes every-time the complaint is received from the customer. Passengers are very much disappointed with the railway service. So kindly inform this to the cocerned authority and take necessary actions.

            i booked a ticket from MAS TO NDLS in rajdhani..train time is 6.10 but untill 4.40 the chart is not prepared.. i called customer care they said the chart may prepare before 15 to 30 minutes also...how it can be tolerable..? in case the ticket is not confirmed, Those who are traveling with ladies, kids, and old person after reaching station ..how they will manage?..try to make some solution...

              I booked two tickets from Ludhiana to Chandigarh(PNR : [protected], train number :12242 and date of travel :[protected]. Despite advanced online booking (second seating -2S), we got D6 as our coach. Arriving at station we found out that D6 was actually a general coach (they put a sheet of paper on the general coach with writing D6). The 2S compartments in that train are only up to D5. What is the use of booking in advance if we are getting to sit in general compartment. The public there refused to get up saying that it was a general compartment. There was no TC to resolve the issue. Moreover, I got seat number 102 in the booking message by IRCTC, BUT THERE IS NO SEAT NUMBER 102 IN THE TRAIN'S GENERAL COMPARTMENT. As a result we had to travel standing all the way to Chandigarh. I want full refund for my tickets (Rs 172)and compensation for all this hassle.

                Had my tickets booked through irctc website and when in tried to cancel them they were not showing up in my booked history, however i did have the ticket, irctc message and the bank statement for fare debit. I tried to call them but no one picked up the phone. I also wrote them an email but no response.

                    This is very teriffic condition for online ticket booking by website. Now a days Irctc site is not opening at the time of tatkal ticket booking though i have a internet speed is very good. Last i think 7 times i wnt to book the tatkal ticket but site is totally down at the time of tatkal booking. I think online tatkal booking is not helpful to any normal users. kindly take a proper action .

                      Dear sir, i have booked three ticket from yadgir to dadar on date of booking 02/06/2014 transaction id [protected] and PNR Number is [protected] and date of journey is 03/06/2014. the total cost of three ticket was 1146.24+11.25 commision. and status was waiting list under tatkal quta on booking. after chart preparation its remains same means waiting list 12, 13, 14. and they refunded me the amount 1045, they deduct rs 112.59 E-ticket under waiting list is not acceptable in the train then why they charged me that amount i.e 112.59. the ticket was waiting list plz check and do the needful thankyou sir my mail id is Faa.[protected]@gmail.com

                        on 18.05.2014, i have tried for Tatkal Train ticket through online booking, in IRCTC ticket not booked due to failed transaction, but payment deducted from my bank account.
                        Till date (06.06.2014) i have not received my payment as credit in my bank.
                        I have logged compliant through [protected]@irctc.co.in email, but till date solutions happened.
                        They have provided the selltement reference details but while checking with bank, they have clearly informed that amount not received in account by IRCTC. I have also submitted statement of account to IRCTC also.
                        i requesting you to please take necessary action on this and please help customers like me.

                            I had booked an eticket for Dhanbad to Ranchi for 7/06/14. My Transaction ID: [protected] PNR : [protected] Trying to cancel my Ticket since 5/06/14 but it is not showing on my booked ticket history.(I have a printout of the ticket) My Transaction page keeps on showing "No History found". All the other previous and later tickets can be seen on the booked history list except for this particular ticket Urgent response required as I am trying to get my ticket cancelled and the money refunded.

                              THE WORST IRCTC Site its damn slow and there is no guarantee for Ticket booking in tatkal service.

                              Irresponsible the customer care numbers displayed never rings they dont respond for the registration problems they transfer the call and keep it on hold for several minutes and the problem is never solved

I bought new sim card just 5 or 6 days back and this is the first time I am trying to register myself on IRCTC with this number.                                 My complaint ref no in Indian Railways :W/SR/MAS/[protected] Please look into this complaint and take immediate steps to take suitable action against Rajdhani 12433 catering staff and Manager of A2 coach of my PNR[protected], not providing breakfast for all o[censored]s 4 people and selling our b/f parcels to other passengers on next cabin who took the train at previous station, in spite of complaint to TTR and Pantry Manager. This caused more mental tension and agony and moreover my children suffered missing of their breakfast till 10.00 AM at Agra Contt and we were forced to get down due to 2 hours delay by train at Agra as well as non providing breakfast to us. Your Management is ultimately responsible for the same and would appreciate if you could confirm the actions against your service catering personnel of A2 coach on that day and confirm your actions asap.                                     We have booked train for 6 the June 2014 and chart is not prepared until 2 hrs for travel. How r they expecting people to travel from different part of city to station in 2 hrs with kids and families. Our tickets r in waiting list and no other go to wait till chart is prepared. pal's answer us on [protected]. Zero customer care.

When i logged in the irctc website on 05-06-14 for the cancellation of the ticket, i found that my booked history is empty. How can I cancel my ticket now.
