What the [censored] is irctc.co.in site. So much angry on it. what about the middle/lower class people if they want to go urgently some places in india. We can not afford flight ticket. So only option left is indian railways. But what a bluddy [censored]ing site u people made. Can not book a single tatkal ticket. Better to increase the railways government will earn more rather than making us trouble. Strongly disappointed.

    COMPLAINT DESCRIPTION

    i was travelling on[protected] by narayanadri exp from tirupathi to secunderabad in sleeper class coach no s1 seat no 60, 61, 62, 64 and got down at secunderabad station and while coming out from platfrom one of the TTE have asked me to show the ID card i had sown to him then he was arguing with me that this is not original, i had sown him my PAN CARD, Voter Card then he started telling me give Rs 500/- i told him that i W, ont give you any bribe then he forcefully wrote challan of Rs 1560/- by challan no SC/A R 861266 and R 0654548 and he wrote train no MMTS

      I had booked a train ticket under ID No. [protected] with PNR No. [protected] on 24.12.2013 for travel to Jammu Tawi from New Delhi in Train No. 12425 (Jammu Rajdhani Express) with boarding at New Delhi on 25.12.2013 at 20.40 hrs. The ticket was booked for three passengers with status as (Passenger 1-WL-78, Passenger 2-WL-79, and Passenger 3-WL-80) and an amount of Rs. 3202.47 was deducted from my account as per SMS received from LM-IRCTCi . However a SMS from LM-IRCTCi was received on 25.12.2013 wherein it was confirmed that only first two tickets were confirmed i.e Passenger 1-B1-15, Passenger 2-B1- 16. The status of the Passenger 3 after the preparation of Chart was WL-34. Keeping the status of the ticket in view only first two passengers travelled in the said train as can be got confirmed from the TTE of the Coach BI of the said train on the said date. The third passenger had to travel by Bus to Jammu. The refund amount due on account of one passenger who did not travelled with the other passengers due to his unconfirmed berth has not yet been credited to my account till date The same may please be refunded to my account at the earliest.

      I received a call from the IRCTC representative from Mob. No.[protected] requesting me to provide ATM card details besides registering my mob. No at any ATM counter which was complied with, though the mob. no. is already registered with the bank. No further response shown by the representative. Please look into the matter.

      I was not provided any complaint registration No. Though a representative of IRCTC called me on 2.01.2013 assuring that the amount will be refunded to my account but till date no amount as such been refunded. .The particulars of my card details as sought by him however was provided. SMS alert facility is already provided to my phone as enquired by the representative. The status of the refund amount due to me may please be communicated.

        I have an account in irctc kkannan198.
        It was deactivated, IRCTC is claiming that i have made unusual pattern of clicks..
        But in nowhere in IRCTC website it was mentioned, if you make unusual pattern of clicks your account will be deactivated. So i would like to get the clarification/answer from irctc... did IRCTC has this in their terms and conditions.. if so please point to me...

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          Please check the below given train details. I'm traveling now on Chennai mail exp in the train but the fan is not working in our choch. TTR also not there in our choch from my station starts onwards. So we can't able to say this problem to anyone. We are paying Rs.345 for each person we are travelled 4 members on journey. Why we are paying this much money for fan not working compartment. I'm not satisfied with this journey. Kindly please take any action. Please do the as soon as possible.

            My name is krati shrivastava i have booked a ticket for 4 persons on 12th december from bhopal to pune in train no. 01478 whose PNR no. is "[protected]", the train was more than 4 hours late, and 2 of the passengers didn't travel because their intent of going pune could not be fulfilled as they might be reaching pune very late, which was not acceptable. So, I have filed TDR on 12th december itself, whose reference no. is "ekt[protected]", but till date no refund is obtained as well as the refund status is also not updated. Kindly look after the matter and provide refund as soon as possible.

              Hi, Please activate my irctc account viveksthak. It was deactivated by IRCTC. I assure you that I've been using this account past six and a half years approx and I hav never used this account for any Fradulent activities.               My IRCTC account ID is nikhil7838 and email id is nikhil.[protected]@gmail.com with registered phone number as [protected].

              When i try to login to my account, It shows User ID doesnot exist while the same was working fine when i tried to login last time.

                  I had traveled from mumbai to ahmedabad on 19th Nov in gujarat mail in sleeper class in S1 boggie. ticket checker of that boggie is taking Rs 5 from each pessanger. why he is taking money from pessanger. ye saalon ne desh ko barbad kar rakha hai or koi inpe steps nhi uthatha hai..saale niche se lekar uper tak sab chor bhare hue hai..sab apni jeb bharne maine lage hue hai..koi to kadam uthao mere bhaiyo..koi mard hai ya nhi is desh maine jo inke khilaf kadam uthaye.

                    Hi, I am very embrassed whenever I book a ticket in irctc, from past few bookings, i observed that seat allocation is provided on the choice we choose, and even its not at all reflecting the best seat allotment depending on age. My mother is of 59 years from last thre bookings made on irctc, she only got Upper berth, and thre are times she hasnt travelled because of this seat allocation. Regards Sudhakar

                      I got my train ticker booked in train 12954, AG KRANTI RAJDHANI dt. 25/12/2013. My PNR No. was[protected]. I was continuously checking the status of my ticket by SMS to 139. At about 2.10 p.m., I received a reply from 139 showing status as W/L 1 & 2. At 2.45 p.m. it was RAC 29 & 30 but again at 3.18 p.m. the status got changed to W/L 4 & 5. It was shocking, how a RAC ticket be converted to W/L again. It was very urgent for us to reach Mumbai on 26/12/2013 as we have to attend a training programme. If something happens at the time chart preparation, as i have been told that at the time chart preparation people get their tickets confirmed by giving bribes & using quotas, why we should suffer because of negligence or greed of others. Please let me know how & why my ticket status changed from RAC to again W/L. Jagriti Sharma mob. no. [protected]

                        I filed a TDR on 3rd Sept under "Train Running Late for more than 3 hours and passengers not travelled" and till date I haven't received any communication or refund on this. When I checked the status online, the TDR status has been changed to Regreted. When I try to get the reason I always receive the "Communication Failure Error".                           Hi, I had booked my train ticket with PNR No.[protected] Dated: 21st Dec 2013; Train no. 22405..Garib Rath from Vindhyachal (BDL) to Anand Vihar (ANVT). The train was delayed for more than 10 hrs and i cancelled the ticket. The entire amount was deducted even when the clause is that if train is delayed by more than 3 hrs, entire amount would be refunded. I approached irctc and they said pls send the screen shots mentioning the details of delayed train. I sent them the details and was assigned ticket id:3320584. Later was told that it was not tagged so no refund.ticket id:3327151 The fault is with Indian Railways, if they delayed in tagging then why dd they show train late.                               Respected All, With all due respect i want to state that I have Cancelled the Ticket With PNR Number: [protected] (Reference No: ekt[protected]) Booked on 28 Oct 2013 and filed the TDR thereafter but it is now 20 Dec 2013 and more than 1 month has passed but amount has not been refunded till date. Kindly please provide the necessary information regarding this and process the Refund amount ASAP. Also, i have been writing to IRCTC customer care from last 10 days regarding the non receipt of refund money but customer care unit is only saying that it is just a platform of ticket booking and it has no jurisdiction over the refund/claims, I hereby sincerely request that please do the needful so that i could get my refund amount as early as possible.                                 With reference to PNR No:[protected], I filed TDR on 1.7.2013 (as directed by IRCTC customer care). But the Railway has rejected the claim that "Not Claimed by party" but this is wrong, I have filed TDR on 1.7.2013 (as the train late about 44 hours and later on it was cancelled) then how railway has said that not claimed by party. The railway has given wrong reason as I filed TDR on 1.7.2013 through IRCTC login.

                                I am writing from July 2013 to till now (about 7 times) but IRCTC have not taken any action in this regard. It is again requested kindly refund the amount immediately.

                                It is, therefore, requested that kindly reopen the case and refund the amount of PNR No:[protected] at an early date as about 5 months has already been passed and no refund amount has been credited to my account so far. Kindly do needful.

                                    dear sir or madam, i Dev chand jain of new Delhi and a senior citizen of India. i always travel with Indian railways for all my travel need and on 16 December 2013 i realized that forgetting a card at home means that u have to listen lot of rude worlds and lot of rubbish language including u have to pay for your ticket one more time in train. My story start here when my son booked ticket in tatakal for me and my wife ticket to Ajmer from Delhi shahrdra (dsa) on 16 December 2013. i went to station and then i went inside and sat on my allotted seat and then the checker asked me to present my pan card which no. was given at the time of booking, then i realized i forget that at home and then i showed my driver licence and my passport to the ticket checker, he asked me to present give him pan card i told him all the story, then he asked me to pay him for the ticket i already paid for and i did the same then all of sudden he said he going to put me behind the bar as i dont have my pan card and he starting talking rubbish way and in rubbish manner. please help me in all this matter. thanking you, dev chand jain pnr no.- [protected] train no.- 19106 train name.- haridwar mail birth no.- b3- 005, 006

                                      Dear Sir, My Transaction ID: [protected] & PNR Number: [protected] Booked On:[protected] Date Of Journey:[protected] Nellore to Yeswanthpura but this ticket is partly confirmed (1 confirmed and 1 is W/L) after preparation of final chart. 1 member was not travelled in this ticket because as per railway rules W/L E ticket is not valid for travel and when trying to file the TDR today[protected] it is saying with in 7 days and not allowing me to raise the compliant.I haven't received any confirmation on cancellation or refund till date.So i am requested to you please look into the matter & please refund the W/L cancellation amount.
                                      Irctc customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I haven't received any resolution for this issue... Customer care guys simply discarded it saying they cant do anything... It would be simply for them, but i am loosing my hard earned money, ..

                                      Even they havent given any alternative solution as well.. which is very bad. I want my money back, let me know how to go ahead.
