Hi, I had booked my train ticket with PNR No.[protected] Dated: 21st Dec 2013; Train no. 22405..Garib Rath from Vindhyachal (BDL) to Anand Vihar (ANVT). The train was delayed for more than 10 hrs and i cancelled the ticket. The entire amount was deducted even when the clause is that if train is delayed by more than 3 hrs, entire amount would be refunded. I approached irctc and they said pls send the screen shots mentioning the details of delayed train. I sent them the details and was assigned ticket id:3320584. Later was told that it was not tagged so no refund.ticket id:3327151 The fault is with Indian Railways, if they delayed in tagging then why dd they show train late. Finally the train was late by more than 20 hrs. Request you to pls help in getting the refund of Rs.1850/- Regards Ranjeet Singh Makkar [protected]; [protected]@yahoo.com

    Train No - 12226 PNR No -[protected] Journey Date -30/11/2013 Dear Sir, No any pre inforamtion about train cancelled by Indian railway up to dated 30/11/2013, when i reached at station then & conform to railway inquiry booth they said train has cancelled by railway autority after that i call 139 for that matter they said me your money will be refund in your account (IRCTC- pkt_1982) automaticaly.But when i conform after some days no any response by IRCTC about money refund.

      Respected All, With all due respect i want to state that I have Cancelled the Ticket With PNR Number: [protected] (Reference No: ekt[protected]) Booked on 28 Oct 2013 and filed the TDR thereafter but it is now 20 Dec 2013 and more than 1 month has passed but amount has not been refunded till date. Kindly please provide the necessary information regarding this and process the Refund amount ASAP. Also, i have been writing to IRCTC customer care from last 10 days regarding the non receipt of refund money but customer care unit is only saying that it is just a platform of ticket booking and it has no jurisdiction over the refund/claims, I hereby sincerely request that please do the needful so that i could get my refund amount as early as possible.         With reference to PNR No:[protected], I filed TDR on 1.7.2013 (as directed by IRCTC customer care). But the Railway has rejected the claim that "Not Claimed by party" but this is wrong, I have filed TDR on 1.7.2013 (as the train late about 44 hours and later on it was cancelled) then how railway has said that not claimed by party. The railway has given wrong reason as I filed TDR on 1.7.2013 through IRCTC login.

        I am writing from July 2013 to till now (about 7 times) but IRCTC have not taken any action in this regard. It is again requested kindly refund the amount immediately.

        It is, therefore, requested that kindly reopen the case and refund the amount of PNR No:[protected] at an early date as about 5 months has already been passed and no refund amount has been credited to my account so far. Kindly do needful.

            dear sir or madam, i Dev chand jain of new Delhi and a senior citizen of India. i always travel with Indian railways for all my travel need and on 16 December 2013 i realized that forgetting a card at home means that u have to listen lot of rude worlds and lot of rubbish language including u have to pay for your ticket one more time in train. My story start here when my son booked ticket in tatakal for me and my wife ticket to Ajmer from Delhi shahrdra (dsa) on 16 December 2013. i went to station and then i went inside and sat on my allotted seat and then the checker asked me to present my pan card which no. was given at the time of booking, then i realized i forget that at home and then i showed my driver licence and my passport to the ticket checker, he asked me to present give him pan card i told him all the story, then he asked me to pay him for the ticket i already paid for and i did the same then all of sudden he said he going to put me behind the bar as i dont have my pan card and he starting talking rubbish way and in rubbish manner. please help me in all this matter. thanking you, dev chand jain pnr no.- [protected] train no.- 19106 train name.- haridwar mail birth no.- b3- 005, 006

              Dear Sir, My Transaction ID: [protected] & PNR Number: [protected] Booked On:[protected] Date Of Journey:[protected] Nellore to Yeswanthpura but this ticket is partly confirmed (1 confirmed and 1 is W/L) after preparation of final chart. 1 member was not travelled in this ticket because as per railway rules W/L E ticket is not valid for travel and when trying to file the TDR today[protected] it is saying with in 7 days and not allowing me to raise the compliant.I haven't received any confirmation on cancellation or refund till date.So i am requested to you please look into the matter & please refund the W/L cancellation amount.
              Irctc customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

              I haven't received any resolution for this issue... Customer care guys simply discarded it saying they cant do anything... It would be simply for them, but i am loosing my hard earned money, ..

              Even they havent given any alternative solution as well.. which is very bad. I want my money back, let me know how to go ahead.

So i am requested to you please look into the matter & please refund the W/L cancellation amount.

                    IRCTC is doing fraud in reservation system. I booked a ticket in tatkal from BNC to MAS and it was in WL27, I got a SMS confirming the same . Now when i checked the status, the current status was W/L10 but it showed the booking status was WL/42, Now i am shocked how is this possible coz i booked with the status WL/27 and i have a proof for the same. These IRCTC employes took bribe from agency and played well with the Que and Stack system . I want to file a case against them as i have proof now.whom should i approch.                       Two times my ticket was not booked after payment mode confermation through sbi debit card in online irctc reservation dated 10/12/2013 and11/12/2013. My booking was from santaldid to howrah for the day of 12/12/2013. My irctc id is sukmadhu and emaul id is [protected]@gmail.com. My Sbi bank txn. Railway issue free passes to candidates .Both date candidate travel reservation coach & sitting our sit .I have complained TT but not response received from TT. I have disturbed during travel & family also .Pls revert my reservation charge all above mention tickets.

At my ticket seat number 51 mentions as window seat but on train it mentioned as middle seat so some time it creat confusion and arguments with other.                             I M UR CUSTOMER SINCE MANY YEARS AS REGULAR/FREQUENT TRAVELLER, THROUGH UR RAILWAY.
                            I HV GOT EXCELLENT SERVICES FROM HS18, SNAPDEAL SO MANY TIMES.

                              I booked one ticket from Kalka to new Delhi (Shatabdi) on 30/11/2013 ON THE INTERNET but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. The amount of money amounting to Rs. 1802/- was, however, debited to my PNB account no. [protected] . My irctc ID is AADITI2004. So please do the refund to my respective account .

                                I m travelling by 12133 Mangalore express from CSM to Maed ngalore by Coac B2 Seat No 15.

                                There was no attendent were there to provide sheets and pillow till thane crossed when i had aske one of the attendetn he misbeaved and didnt bother about the complaint also.The attendent of our coach was sleeping in the toilet more than an hour who didn come out.The other attendent had provided the sheets with very arrongance behaviour, Even AC of the coach was not on till thane station even the middle light and the charging points are not on ...with repeted follow up n complits lights was n charging points were on..but very poor cooling of AC.No attendent is bother about the complaint as I warned then about the the complaint of there missbehaviour they even didnt ccare about then welomed the complaint.
                                It is very shameful to inform that these people are not bother about there job responsiblities.Next day anothe attendent visitied my birth to collect the blanket by 12 noon..i asked him let it remain again he missbahaved trying to teach me the rules.
                                I relly be greatful if you people can take serious action on this matter.Still B2 coach attendent is not avalable in the coach other guys perfomed his duties.

                                  I had booked my e-ticket PNR No [protected] on 17 nov13 from muzaffarpur to lucknow on 05 Dec 13. When I reached to station to catch my train Raiway authorities informed me that my train 12203/Garib rath Exp cancelled. They also informed me that my ticket will be cancelled automatically and the refund will go to your account. But there was message I received from IRCTC about cancellation or refund of my money. Now what should I do? It is more than 72 hours now and as per instructions of IRCTC after train cancellation within 72 hours I should cancelled my ticket at any computerised counter. Please do the needful or guide me. Thanking you

                                        I was trying to book a ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad the ticket is not confirmed but the amount is deducted from my account .
