Respected, Sir / Madam I had booked a YAMAHA Rx 135 on 19/10/2013 from Coimbatore (CBE) to Madgao (MAO). The bill number is P905113 Which they said would be delivered to me with in 2 to 3 days. I saw my train loaded in the train 22476/Coimbatore - Bikaner SF AC Express SuperFast Coimbatore, on the same day at 3.40 pm. I to boarded the same train towards the same destination. It has been more then 14 days till now. When my friends visited the Coimbatore railway parcel authority regarding this issue they said the train already sent and when i visited the Madgao railway parcel authority they said the bike is not yet revived. Now i do not know where my bike is and when it will be delivered to me. When inquired to the officials they do not even reply me properly nor they respect me, they simply disrespect me and also get angry when i ask them about my bike. I hope you may pleas help me regarding this issue. Thanking you

    D/Sir, I am Sheikh Reyaj Ahamad, Sir on 06/10/2013 booked E-Ticket from this site (http://www.irctc.com.in) for New Delhi to Howrah from my SBI Debit Card, But I am not getting ticket from this site and my amount Rs. 881.24/- also cut from my A/C, they are only showing me this POS PRCH[protected] IRCTC ON 06/10/2013 within 25 Days laps amount not received back my A/C. Sir, I wan only my money Rs. 881.24/- (Rupees Eight hundred eighty one twenty four paisa ) return my Account, so please help me soon. Thanking Sheikh Reyaj Ahamad New Delhi.

      I have ordered(Order No - IRSP4642131) the following articles in IRCTC Shopping . when i have checked the my status than made a call to customer care Ms Manisha. she said you have mentioned two pin no we got confused so your order will not be deliver . what statement she did ? if my mistaken if i have entered the wrong pin code IRCTC should inform to customer by mail or by call to confirm the correct pin code or you should check in data base .i am not in remote area . Neither by call or by mail they have response i made almost 10 time call to their help desk no but same kind of story, even i asked to them to deliver the same box in my address i will bear the delivery charges they are not ready to listen .today i got commitment from Mr Divye by evening you will get call back but no response . two mail with reminder i have sent them they are no reply from them.

      Now i am going to consumer court & charging 10 time of my shopping amount ..Pl let me know what kind of legal actions i can take .

      Again I am repeating the same kind of story about my first time shopping experience with you guy . to keep in loop with all senior management team of IRCTC owning to irritating & full of arrogance behavior by IRCTC Online shopping team .
      Background of the Issue
      1. On 26 Oct have made a online purchases worth Rs 1985/ through the channel of IRCTC online shopping portal, my transaction process got completed & system generated the ordered no -IRSP4642131 & received sms & mail for order confirmations

      2. On 27 Oct when checked my order status I got confused because my order shipped to Bangalore, @ the same time made a call to irctc help desk Ms manisha said you have entered two pin code so it’s your mistake now your order will cancel, she was not able to listen anything neither transfer to call any of the senior person & held me for mistake.

      3. Since then keep calling to IRCTC had word with Ms Ishali. Ms Neha. Mr Divye & Mr Rahul each one is telling you have done the mistake so your order canceled now, even I asked to them send the same box to me i am ready to bear the delivery charges, I got surprised Mr Rahul said you can do whatever you want this is our company policy .if the company policy is not transparent for customer who are the base of the business what the use of such policy .

      4. Even i don’t know how dual pincode has come in my address, supposed I did the mistake but the person who prepared the box @ delivery center stick the customer address on box that time he should noticed that how two pincode can be possible in one address, neither I got call or nor any mail regarding wrong pin code, at lest you should hold the delivery till the pin code confirmations or build a system such a manner that it can be correct automatically.

      5. There are no such policy in irctc website that if pin code is wrong delivery will get cancel .

      6. Requesting to the senior management to take the issue seriously why customer should suffer .

      7. It seem no one tracking the customer grievances the kind of behavior employee carrying its very harmful in long term run it’s a service industries customer service employee feel the pain of customer then they can be success in their filed.

      8. When my box was in Bangalore that time i put a remarks on columns that I belong to Mumbai why have you sent order in blr.

      9. Hoping to get the my ordered soon before knocking the door of legal consumer court.
      I have purchased material from Shop IRCTC & received consignment of order # IRSP5473265 on 8/5/2014. The consignment consist of Foce Golden Vx 50 & Vx 10 - Couple Watches and Mafatlal Black - Suit Material. When I opened Watch pack, found that male watch is not working. Its time adjustment knob is not working. I have register complaint online and communicated many times to resolve my issue but consumer care saying that go to any company shop and get repair it.
      This is brand new watch and even unused so it must be replaced by IRCTC shop but IRCTC shop says to repair it by own.
      This is the working pattern of a Govt. of India Organization. It is very shameful for Indian organization who cheating their own people.
      Can this online site provide me justice ?? or it is same as IRCTC !!!

        lolxx... we can say that its the shame on us too that we are part of the system that is built by one o[censored]s, which is been these days sold to the hands of the mafias and other big gangs of the brokers... i have no evidence in support of this, but rationally thinking INDIA having all the sources, all the technologies, all the power, all the necessary things in hand, cant even build one good fast website, despite of the fact that these days INDIA manufactures its own supercomputers. This made me come to the decision that railways is doing it intentionally as they for sure making extra money out of it. And even these days they have even started an emart with their irctc website. If they have that much of the spare time to launch an emart for the irctc, cant they make it more faster???..And yeah whats the use of an emart for the booking system n that too of the indian railways.. In short railways is being sold, by itz higher officials... sorry for the harsh words but itz damn truth...

          I booked a ticket last week for Coimbatore from Trivandrum with my user name & password in the irctc website. But today when I am trying to log into the site and take a print of the ticket, it says that my user name or password is invalid. When I went through the forgot password option & gave the answer of the question it again says that the answer is incorrect. I really need to access my account with the same user name & password.(cvk1956 & cif652) The matter is very urgent as the ticket (journey) date is 28.10.2013 and I need the print out as the ticket is to be submitted to my Bank for reimbursement. ( I am a Bank Officer ) I regularly book so many rly tickets since a long time for my trips. Please help me immediately.             I am a senior citizen . I traveled in Sachkhand Express on 28th sept. 2013.on a valid ticket. Early in the morning near Agra a Senior Ticket Checker named S.L.Gaud came to check the ticket. I handed over the ticket and asked me for Photo ID. I gave him my Pan card. He inspected it and asked me to come outside near wash basin of coach.He told me that my pan card is a forge one and a photocopy and that he can hand over me to Police at Agra and asked me for rs.500/-. I told him that it is not legal .he was very upset and got angry and told in a very insulting and humiliating manner that now he is going to teach me what is legal. ( His exact words are reproduced by me in the detailed complaint with Chief Vigilance Officer through E-mail ) the STC seized my pan card and forced me to pay penalty of Rs.2870/- and gave me the receipt stating that the pan-card has been deposited for further action. I have already posted my grievance vide # MORLY/E/2013/08255 but have no response so far. iT SEEMS THAT THE Indian Railway is try to protect the culprit as there has been complete silence from the IRTC till to day. The Chief Vigilance Officer had no time to look in this serious matter, neither the grievance cell. Since my pan card has been illegitimately seized by the STC and I was forced to pay irrelevant, Incompetent and illegitimate charges on my refusal to surrender before corrupt demand. I ask the competent One to refund the amount forcefully collected from me with my pan card. At the same time I request you to please reply with the E-mail address of Hon'ble Railway minister so that I can put my grievance before him. I want you to know that if the Justice is not imparted by IRTC to me I will will be left no alternative other then to sit on HUNGER STRIKE on Aurangabad Ralway Station and send the copies of whole correspondence including the copy of my letter to Chief Vigilance Officer, Copy of my grievance already posted to the media and Hon'ble Railway Minister, H.E.the Prime Minister.

                Hi IRCTC,
                On the Occasion of Dussera festival I traveled to and fro from Bangalore to Hyderabad.
                Below are the travel details...
                PNR : [protected] YPR – KCG DOJ :[protected] YPR-KCG EXP
                PNR : [protected] KCG – SBC DOJ :[protected] BANGALORE EXP

                In the above Journey PNR : [protected] dated[protected] YPR-KCG EXP, the train was started at 15:30 from YPR, TTE was supposed to check the tickets in the train as early as the train starts but unfortunately TTE came at 12:30 – 01:00AM i.e., 8hours after the journey was started in the midnight for ticket checking and he demanded to pay extra Rs.20 from me(2 persons me & my spouse). I was astonished and asked why you are collecting extra fare from the passengers, he replied, as this was towards the Railway fares are increased by 2%, and as I was demanded for a receipt of extra fare he said that the receipt would not be given to each and every PNR but it will receipted for whole train in a single recpit.
                That was not only me from whom he collected the extra fare, but from all the passengers who were travelling in the train.
                I checked the newspaper in the morning and found that the extra fare of 2% will applicable from 17-Oct 2013, if the tickets are already booked before the date specified it would be collected from TTE during journey.

                And proceeding to return Journey from KCG – SBC PNR : [protected] dated[protected] BANGALORE EXP, there were no extra charges collected from TTE during the time of journey.
                As this return journey(PNR [protected]) was 5days after the first journey(PNR [protected]), If the collection of the extra fare was as per the rules, why the return journey(PNR [protected]) TTE was not collected the extra fare.
                This clearly shows the TTE at the first journey (PNR [protected]), was wrongly imposed the extra fare charges on all the passengers in the train and he was looting the whole public in the train as he was representing the government and doing so.

                This is not the matter of Rs.20 which I paid to TTE, but this was regarding the loot in the whole train and was representing government to do this, and I wanted to bring to the notice to the higher officials so that Aam-Admi is being cheated.

                you are a fool person... read newspaper again... fare increased from 07/10/2013... not from 17/10/2013... TTE have to collect pending amount... other wise he should pay from pocket... and in return journey... whether your tickets checked or not...if tickets were not checked how would anyone collect pending amount... shame on you...

                    Dear Sir, I had waitlisted status #7 and 8 at the time of preparation of chart for my journey ticket dated 18.10.2013, pnr no. [protected] for journey between Mangalore and Bangalore (2 tickets). Normally, for waitlisted status at the time of chart preparation, ticket amount is to be refunded automatically. Now, it is more than 24 hours and I have not received any refund. Kindly look into the matter and arrange refund. I also would like to suggest that for waitlisted passengers, there should be an advice regarding chances of getting ticket confirmed or upgrading to RAC position at least one hour before journey. This will help a waitlisted passenger to take a last minute chance of travelling. I trust that this suggestion will be examined. Thank you in advance for quick response. Regards, B.J.Sreepathy

                      Dear service provider in the month of june i cancles the train ticket with followed PNR number :[protected], the cancilation purposr is we have been bookes 5 2AC tickets from vijayawada to shirdi sai nagar. but after chart preparation we found that out of 5 tickets only one ticket booked that also in RAC so, then we filed "TDR" and we travelled by bus from vijayawada to hyderabad and from hyderabad to shirdi. Then i have been receivd mail from IRCTC as per below. With Reference to your PNR No:[protected], we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no : MCR260513V15742 and the reason being : 'As per chart, passenger has travelled' for this mail we have been attached alternative tickets which we travelled from bus. till i didn't received any mail nor any refound amount. kindly do needfull help to get this money. mu name is sivaraj pendurthi. irctc log in : sivapendur my personal mail id : [protected]@yahoo.co.in awaiting for favourable reply. thanks & regards, sivaraj.

                          Sir I have booked two tickets one from coimatore junction to pune junction and other one from pune junction to coimbatore junction :CBE-PUNE PNR: [protected] PUNE-CBE:PNR:[protected] on 14/10/2013 I have cancelled these tickets. when I went to E-TICKET cancellation it has mentioned that the refund amount of rupees 660/= and rupees 670/= has been send to the bank, but when approached the bank autorities they said that the refund amount has not been credited in my account. So I request you to kindly see into it that my E-TICKET CANCELLATION amount has been send to my bank account Thanking you Yours faithfully Tony Gonsalves

                            I have booked ticket and my train number was 16523 journey date 15.10.2013. ( SBC to MRDW) Karwar express. When i was checking platform number for particular train in station there is no such a train number, From 20.15 to 20.40. Actual train departure time is 20.40. After struggling in long enquiry que in station i enquired bout train he said train passed this station, and that train number is 16517, i waited till 9.30 and there is no train naming 16523. Now how to process my refund of ticket fare?? Whom to complaint?? waste of time n energy? there is no communication in change/ update in my train number. Please help.

                              I have booked tatkal ticket for train no.11039, Pnr Number: [protected] Transaction ID: [protected], From kolhapur to nagpur, on 20/07/13. train is canceled due to some problem. And not departed from its origin.. The Station informed me that if the train is canceled the refund will be credited to your a/c. But no refund will be given. And when I go to cancel the ticket it shows train is departed, u can't cancel.. Till the amount of Rs. 1161 is not refunded, so request to provide solution asap..

                                Dear Sir, On 23/9/2013 i had booked online through IRCTC online Reservation System for myself, for the journey from Dadar to Madgaon. for Journey dated 13/10/2013. Recently when i went to update my passbook i noticed i was charged twice for the same ticket whereas i was issued only one ticket. passbook details POS[protected] IRCTC Amount Debited 256=24 POS[protected] IRCTC " " 256=24 I later cancelled the ticket on 12/10/2013, as of date i had no refund.

                                    I have made 6 transactions with on line Reservation Facility Available on the Web Site IRCTC but all the transactions were failed and amount debited from my SBI DEBIT ACCOUNT but I have not received any amount credited in my particular account. my Transaction IDs are as below.                                     Irctc customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Kindly take up the matter with the Railway Authorities and my failed transactions amount may be credited in my account. IRCTC SYSTEM and Railway Authorities are fully responsible for the lapses.My amount has not been credited since one month.
                                    my "Refund Status of Failed Transaction" link shows this from irctc website,

                                    tickets are not booked and money reduced, and i need to know how will i refund that money.

                                      I, the undersigned had taken tatkal ticket having following details.
                                      Out going journey RETURNING Journey
                                      Tiket PNR No. : [protected] [protected]
                                      Date of journey : 07/10/2013 07/10/2013
                                      Train NO. :[protected]
                                      From : Panvel to Sawantwadi Sawantwadi to Panvel
                                      Amount : Rs 370 Rs 375

                                      The train no 10111 was late on 07/10/13 for more than 12 hours. As per my tour plan I had to visit Sawantwadi and return on same day doing my important work. As the out going train was too late for more than 12 hours, I had to cancell my trip and Idid not travelled out going and returing.
                                      It may be noted that I enquired for refund at panvel on same day but I was informed that you go to CST for refund. Nest same day morning I tried to refund from Govandi rly. station but there as well I was informed to get refund from CST only.
                                      As such it is requested to refund the tiket amount for outgoing as well as returning TOTAL AMOUNT Rs 745 at the eairliest.

                                        sir, i am sudhakar rao with email id as www.sudhakar.[protected]@gmail.com and phone no [protected]/[protected]. i have so many times to signup. but i couldn't get. whenever i go for signup with my phone no's, it is showing "your mobile number is already registered". but still i couldn't get any user id or password to my email id.
