i had booked 2 ticket on 16 august 2013 from delhi to belgum( ghataprabha, karnataka) for the journey on 14 October 2013.. while booking there were vacancy of 56 seats .. after booking two seats it reduced to 54 .. instead of getting fixed seats i got 11 and 12 waiting list (till now) .. last week my friend also booked for the same train but he got 1 waiting list .. i am tensed pls help me out .. i want to know ma exact pnr status ..       Its' really surprising that the food supplied by the service provider is of below standard in a train like Rajdhani Express to Guwahati and New Delhi. Earlier Menu was there in the serving tray which is now replaced by the some other pictures. Above all no jam with bread, sometimes no ice-creams . On the other hand, soan papdi is replaced by mere cheapest biscuits costing mot more than Rs.2-3/-per packet. Above all, the rotis served were stale in most of the cases and the no bread-stick & butter with soup. The quality of the butter is deteriorated. Amul butter is replaced by Bimal butter. Whereas the food charges are not less, rather the fare is going higher day by day. If the complaint is given to the catering manager, it's of no use. I request the concerned authority to look into the matter very seriously just because everybody welcomes a good standardisation in a train like Rajdhani Express to Guwahati with a tedious 27 hours journey.

            Hi,

            Yesterday I went to drop my wife & my Mother to Yeswantpur railway station (they are travelling to Bijapur). We left our home at 6 PM train time was 7-30 PM (from my home railway station is 20 mins journey) because of traffic we reached railway station at around 7-20 as Platform ticket counter was very crowded & only 10 mins left i have not taken platform ticket. I went inside & searched TC or any Railway employee to ask which platform train will come no one is present either in platform or in office. I have searched all platform for my train no clue then again i came back to 1st platform then i asked one TC he told he don't know ask in office, I went inside office no one is there. then i asked one passenger he told it will come on 5th platform i went there train came. When i am coming out of the station a person who is civil dress stopped me & asked me platform ticket, I told him my story why i not took ticket. he told its not our problem you have to pay 255 rupees. he caught 2 more person from them he took 300 rupees for two person.

            The person who spent 700 rupees to book ticket will not purchase 5 rupees platform ticket ???????

I recieved the user id and password through email id i.e [protected]@gmail.com and mobile veification code through my phone number.my user id is roufbashir after login my user id and password i am getting the result of invalid user id or password.               I assure you that I have never used this account for any Fraudulent activities.

              I need to get the printout of my ticket because i have not received massage yet, which I will not be able to do in case of deactivated account.

              I called up the IRCTC Customer care number and also logged my ticket using [protected]@irctc.co.in, but haven't got any response yet.

              Please help.

                    1. I am working with Railways and was traveling on train no. 18507, Hirakud Express on 27.08.2014. Following is my complaint. 2. I had placed order for three vegetarian meal. The meal was served in one aluminium plate type casserole with three compartments. There was boiled rice, simple mixed vegetable, dal and two parathas. One glass of packed water was also given. It is clarified that nothing else was given like salad, curd, any dish of paneer and also the meal was not served in plastic tray with separate aluminium container for individual items like rice, dal, vegetable etc. 3. The waiter had asked for Rs.83/- per meal. When bill was demanded he produced bills for mutter paneer, rice, dal, parathas each with qty as three nos. totaling Rs.249/- i.e Rs.83/- per meal. This bill was not honoured by me and then another bill of Rs.249/- @ Rs.83/- for veg meal was given. The caterer is Roop Caterer and from one leaflet of caterer lying on the floor which I got from the TTE I called at [protected] to register my complaint. The Pantry manager was called to bring the complaint book which he did not bring. 4. Scanned copy of the bill may be given if required. Photo is enclosed. Sumeet Kumar Sinha Sr.Div.                       Transaction id's- [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] for which amount was deducted including transaction charges.But on 28th of Aug, they have again deducted transaction charges for 4 of the tickets i.e, 44 Rs extra.Same is the case for the 2 tickets booked on 12th of Aug.whose transaction id's are [protected], [protected].For these two tickets again extra transaction charges were deducted on 14 th Aug i.e;22 rs extra.Kindly refund my money as early as possible.

                      Hi,

                      I had booked a ticket with the PNR No: [protected] on 20 Jan, 2014, from SBC to RNR.
                      In the IRCTC web site, it had been shown that Ticket Charge: Rs 200.0 & internet Charge: Rs 11.24 & Total: Rs 211.24 as shown in the Image 1.

                      But when I opened my internet account and found that there had been two transactions happened from INDIAN RAILWAYS on 20 Jan, 2014 with one of Rs 211.24 & another of Rs 11.23.

                      I request you to provide justification for the same or revert back the Rs 11.23 which was debited from my account.

                        Sir just i tried to book a seat in from Anand to Mumbai through e-ticketing for 05/09/2013.while processing option for PAY appeared but at the end reservation not done informing that system failure but amount of rs 1282/= was deducted from my SBI acct. Message recived in my mobile is Thank you for using your SBI Debit card 622XX6450 for a purchase worth Rs1282 on POS SBIRCTC at IRCTC txn#[protected]. pl look in to the matter and i request to give a feed back on email : [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                          My PNR NO [protected] date of journey 26/07/20013 train number 12262 on which I was filed TDR on 26/07/2013 due to train running late for more than 17 hours and I was not traveled. After about one month of filling of TDR I have not received my amount back till today. I would like to request you to kindly forward my complain to concern authorities.

                            i was trying 4 time to book the e ticket from saugor to jalgaon jn on 24th aug 2013 & 25 th Aug 2013 due to networking problem, my processing stop after clicking pay, therefore i haven't get any message from irctc, but the charges Rs 211.24 have been deducted 4 times from my account in favour of rail ticket. therefore my total wrong deduction Rs Rs 844.96 paise should be credited in my account.

                              Sir, I wished to book a ticket from CSTM to PUNE by 12123 Deccan Queen for 21/8/2013 at around 1330hrs on 21/08/2013. The payment was made through debit card and the amount of INR, 81/= debited from the account (ATM ID 330001) but ticket is not issued stating transaction could not be completed due to reason specifically not mentioned.                                     IRCTC — regarding refund from IRCTC

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    sir i'm sorry to write here but indian railway customre care service is one of the most pethetic services i have come across. since yesterday i have been trying all numbers either they are busy or people are not respondning..i have wirtten mails as well..for reference attached beloww..but their was no response on any mail sent to the concerned person.

                                    When I tried to book ticket using IRCTC, The Amount of Rs 1012 has been deducted on 29th Aug 2011 as part of Ticket charges has been debited from my Acct. their were three transactions made to book the tickets as the first transaction showed error initialkklly so i thought that was incomplete but later at night i recieved the msg from my bank that the money has been debited into IRCTC account.

                                    So I am expecting a Total Rupees of 1012 which need to be credited to my Acct by this IRCTC. but still now this ppl didnt came back on this..and i have dropped a mail to the mail id provided by them [protected]@irctc.co.in, which is of no use.

                                    When I tried Customer care number..its saying “Lines are busy try after sometime” which is what we can expect from Govt Service Org.

                                    I really wonder how can this ppl lethargic in actioning the things...this is the good example how the Govt org works and they themselve proved they have gone from 'BAD to WORST'.

                                    I hope you ppl will take proper action and help me in getting this amount.

                                    Pls find the follow up mails i droped to their id, but still of no use.

                                      i have canceld train e ticket dated on 30 april transaction id [protected] and[protected] on26 april but till irctc not created back my refund amount from [protected]@hotmail.com

                                      IRCTC — Non Refunding Of Amount

                                      I HAVE BOOKED railway TICKET online through the website IRCTC on 03/02/2010. The price of ticket was Rs. 569/-.
                                      The amount is debited 3 times from my bank account and only credited once instead of 2 times. I have contacted customer cell and complaints and i have mailed the scancopy of my pass book with the payment detail at [protected]@irctc.com but only complaint number is given and yet solved my problem as 5 months are gone.
                                      The complaint no. is IRCTC #1141377
                                      Please do needful as I m in trouble since last 5 months.

                                      Sir I have booked a ticket through INB on 2/2/2011 but the ticket was not booked, the amount Rs-7015 is with the irctc still it's not credited in my bank account where it is to be added on the same day shortly.

Yesterday, I booked a ticket from Secunderabad to Vijayawada for KRISHNA EXPRESS through ANDHRA BANK DEBIT CARD(**** **** 8307) of an amount INR 208/-. But the transaction is uncompleted and amount is debited from my debit card without TICKET has not booked. I had also checked the booked history in my account. There is no confirmation. Kindly refund the amount.

                                      I am Manoranjan mohanty booked a ticket from IRCTC web site . i was booked ticket on 29th Nov'11. Journey from Bhubaneshwar to Mumbai on13th Dec' Departure Time : 07:00AM as per railway rules before 6 hours you can cancel your ticket but, I was try to cancel the same ticket on 12th dec'11 at around 05:30pm, but irctc was not allowed to cancel the ticket.

                                      After all I was asking to railway department , they told me put the ticket on TDR file & mark a mail to irctc team they will help you. & i have already mail a mail to irctc team but i have not getting any response.

                                      I have attached the details of my TDR file & mail copy also . after all they told me it will be take another 60days to refund the amount.

                                      Request you please look the same issue I have facing.

                                        i have booked a e- ticket for Rajakot exp for the date 03.07.2013 from solapur (SUR) to Vadodra (BRC)
                                        the pnr no is [protected] there are Two passenger on this ticket, Ticket not confirmed this PNR Ticket is canceled on 28/07/201 But till date fund is not refund (500 Rs)
