Cancelled by mistake

I cancelled by tickets by mistake in the irctc rail connect android app (By accidently clicking on cancel button). The app did not mention about the cancellation charge when i clicked on cancel. I was charged rs.420 for cancellation. I do not want to cancel the ticket....

Tdr refund not received

Sir i had filled tdr of pnr [protected]
Because my train is not stopped in my boarding station gmo of train no 02823 on 12 august 2020 i also received message from irctc that your is not stopped on your boarding station due to covid 19 isl deleted but tdr is repudiate so i request you verify the details and reopen my tdr and refund my fare as soon possible

Flight cancellation Refund

Hello,

PNR: DWS32R.
Cancellation date: 28th July 2020.

Refund process started on 28th Aug 2020 as per IRCTC, however i have no confirmation if refund has been initiated feom IRCTC. I requested for ARN number OR transaction number which was also not provided by IRCTC for refund transaction.

They requested bank statement which was provided, but no response after that and all my email followups...

Cannot receive OTP

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am not able to log-in into the IRCTC website. The website is not sending mobile verification code on my mobile. I tried many times by clicking on resend OTP but now it says that i have exceeded today's OTP limit. Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as I have to make an online booking. I book a ticket[protected] and[protected] but in corona virus i cancel my ticket on[protected]. But refund date is[protected] but amont not recive stil now till date.
Irctc say i sent your money to your bank account but money not show in my bank account no.
Bank manger say if irctc sent money then show in your account no.....

I tried to reserve the ticket on the irctc site yesterday but i didn't got the pnr no. But money got deducted from my wallet and it isn't coming back and since i have to book my tickets urgently i want my money back as soon as possible....

Failed transaction refund

Today I booked 3 tickets for Kota to Hindaun through IRCTC app. And the transaction failed and deducted money from the bank account and the ticket was not even booked....

No OTP received

Dear IRCTC

Few days ago i have booked couple of rail tickets from your app and now i am not being able to the cancellation, because there are chance in my plan so I want to reschedule my trip dates. My registered ID is vicky7366

However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used rupay debit card to pay and payment was successful. Status is not still clear, so i can not book another ticket.

Not getting refund from 4 months

I have booked a ticket on 21 february 2020 pnr-[protected] and filed a tdr because i didn't travel on that day because my ticket is in rac. After that they reject my tdr and the reason that they give me is that you have travelled on the ticket but i am not so i again mail irctc and attach a different date ticket from the same month as a proof that i didn't travel on that day and told them to reopen my case and the case is reopened and cr registered...

New System of OTP of an IRCTC

Let me inform you that I want to know clearly about a new system of OTP whether it is for an agent or in favor of common people. Whenever I try to book my Tatkal ticket, I do not get OTP at once. I get it 1 or 2 minutes late and I did not get my confirmed berth. Please direct relevant officials related to these on my current issues....
