I cancelled a train ticket which was booked through IRCTC app via SCB netbanking (paytm payment gateway) on 21/10/2020 of 6723.67 rupees. So a refund of rupees 6105/- was to be refunded by IRCTC, which not got refunded. So I enquired n also mailed to IRCTC customer care regarding the issue and first they said it is refunded n will take 6-7 days to credit in A/C. And after some days they reverted with this 👇

Now after contacting bank they said that the money is been not received n pls contact to paytm.
No I am unable to contact paytm as it's was a payment gateway n this has been 1 month .
So want my money to be refunded to my account not to paytm payment gateway.
