I have cancelled 4 tickets on 8th january 2021
But till now i didn't received refund in my accout
I have called to irctc customer care but they said refund is processed on 11january
But still i didn't got any amount credited in my bank

    I had give n mail they had sent user id that shows invalid user id and reset password they have changed mail i had requested through phone other through email still they are not changing and resetting every representative is asking different questions and escaping pls look to matter and solve problem

      This is to bring to your notice that I booked the Air India ticket on 19.2.2020 through my IRCTC account (Transaction id: [protected]) for four passengers to travel LKO-DEL-LKO on 6.5.2020 and 10.5.2020 respectively. But due to corona pandemic the flights were cancelled.

      As per instructions of Ministry of Aviation and guidelines of GOI, I want full refund of this returnable flight.

      I contacted IRCTC and AirIndia customer service repetitively (several reminders) and requested for refund. However, till date no refund was made.

      As per telephonic conversation with Air India, they are not in receipt of any refund request till today. While IRCTC is claiming (again telephonic conversation) that, the refund application has been generated at their end on 17th Sept'2020.

      With continuous persuasion it came to my knowledge that IRCTC sales/customer service did not yet forwarded/communicated that refund application to AirIndia sales and customer (me) hence, refund could not processed by Air India.

      I therefore request you to look into matter and do the needful for forwarding this refund application to Air India (with a copy to me) so that refund can be processed.

          Hi Sir/Madam,
          I had booked my ticket in Indigo PNR: LKJPVG and Air Asia : VRNIUB through IRCTC. Both tickets were cancelled due to COVID-19 flight cancellation and the airline has refunded the money to IRCTC. But IRCTC is not refunding my money and also disconnecting my calls (may be a technical issue, but my call disconnected more than 6 times). I have contacted IRCTC more than10 times for the same issue in the last two~ three weeks. I had already shared my bank account and details to refund in case they have any issue with UPI transaction. I haven't yet received any response from IRCTC yet. I received these details but not the money in my account.

            Station From: Chennai Egmore station To : Thanjavur station.I had booked one ticket on irctc application by using phonepe Rs.241.8. I went through the process but the tickets are 'not booked' in the system with payment "Pending From Bank End". But why amount not refunded to my account.

                I had booked one ticket on irctc application by using paytm for 76.8 .The booking ticket current status: WL75 . But ticket was still in waiting list. After the the chart was prepared as per rules the waiting list ticket (WL 24) should automatically be cancelled but it was not cancelled. I tried to cancel the ticket but the train has already departed. Since it was in waiting list. since I could not get confirmed ticket, the passenger could not travel. Hence I should get my ticket amount back. The online waiting ticket is equal to no ticket because its not valid if its in waiting state. Hence the ticket amount should be refunded to amount only Rs.5 .But why full amount not refunded to my account.

                    Ticket was cancelled due to transaction failure but amount was debited from my bank account . The refund amount for my transaction id [protected] . Was rupees . 1190.89 /- .. however only Rs. 11.80/- was refunded to me . The portal is showing refund completed. I am enclosing a copy of bank statement stating the credited amount . Please help to get my refund money back .

                        i am a customer of irctc. I have booked tickets transaction number are as follow

                        All of these tickets are canceled because of a lockdown of covid 19 epidemic
                        I just get only one ticket amount. Then I contacted customer care and informed me that the refund failed because of a technical issue.
                        they are asking for transaction again and again at last they told us your transaction in under process their process is not complete

                          Dear sir/ Madam,
                          I am travelling today from Dibrugarh New Delhi Rajdhani Train No 02424, from New Delhi to Dibrugarh (Boarding station Prayagraj), But when today I checked my PNR status, it is showing boarding point New Delhi, while I specially mentioned my boarding point to be Prayagraj.
                          My PNR No is [protected],
                          I am lodging a complain for the clerk who booked my ticked even I spoke to put my boarding station as Prayagraj and I wrote too in my reservation application form.
                          There is a huge chance to allot my seat to someone else because I didn't not occupied my seat as mentioned in reservation chart (which is with TT).
                          And the timing of train arriving is 11.30 PM that is almost midnight.
                          Hope to take immediate action against him after checking my reservation application form.

                              I got message from indian railways that your train is cancelled and will not touch your boarding station #ludhiana jn.
                              My berth was b4 29 and b4 30
                              So I filed tdr with reason that #train diverted and not touching the boarding station#
                              After that 1 day I got an Gmail from railways that your tdr filed was repudiated
                              My tdr filing reason was correct and was based on the message I got from indian railways and I also confirmed it by checking the running status of train no. 02026 amritsar nagpur covid special and saw that train ran from new Delhi for nagpur jn.
                              I don't know why railways had repudiated my filed tdr and I also not got my refund back
                              I request u to keep this matter seriously and work on it fast and give back my refund back
                              I also Gmail a complain at [protected]@irctc.co.in for repudiation of my filed tdr but there is no response so iam complaining about this matter once again so fast my mob no [protected] name rajdeep singh

                              Dear railway I called to your registered no 139 and got information that my filed tdr is and rejected/repudiated .u r treating me wrongly I got the message from railway on based on that the passengers not travelled and filed tdr based on railway's message on my registered mob no. And I am posting the screen shot of that message below . Please see this matter seriously and give my refund as soon as possible

                                    I tried to book tickets via irctc app on jan 02, 2021 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account.

                                      I had booked three tickets on one PNR. Two got confirmed and one was still in waiting list. After the the chart was prepared as per rules the waiting list ticket should automatically be cancelled but it was not cancelled. I tried to cancel the ticket but the train has already departed. Since it was in waiting list, I filed TDR, but it got rejected.

                                      Ideally since I could not get confirmed ticket, the passenger could not travel. Hence I should get my ticket amount back. The online waiting ticket is equal to no ticket because its not valid if its in waiting state. Hence the ticket amount should be refunded back
