    Today I have cancel two ticket among three pnr number is [protected]. But after that no refund processed till now behalf of irctc. Kindly guide me.

      Hello team,

      I want to update my permanent number and email id which i am using regularly to my IRCTC account. But it is getting failed with error "Already exist"

      Login user : Dharmendra2487

      Mobile number want to update : [protected]
      Email ID want to update : [protected]@gmail.com

      Existing Mobile number : [protected] (Not in use now)
      Existing mail id : [protected]@gmail.com (Not working)

      FYI : the above mail id and number is mine and want to update with my IRCTC account with user id "Dharmendra2487" ..

      when i created new account, at that time i have resistered the above mail id and Mobile number . But due to some technical issue from IRCTC side, my account didnt work . So i have created new account with new mail ID and Number which i am not using now.

      Can i request IRCTC to delete all churn data because this is a common issue from IRCTC that most of the users are facing.

      Just want to notify you that I have not received any update from IRCTC and attached the screenshot that is having the proof of the existing issue.
      I am not sure what is the use of this consumer complaints? On what basis the ticket got resolved.

        Excess fare ticket for traveling over waiting list

        I was traveling from nizamudin railway station to nashik road.
        Dated: 03:10:2020
        Train number: 02618
        PNR: [protected]

        I was charged excess fare for traveling over waited ticket..
        I paid 625/- Rupees for the ticket..
        While traveling TT took 300 rupees to allow me to travel without giving me my receipt for fine..
        And I paid 1100/- Rupees for the excess fare ticket..

        I have booked a ticket on 20 sept 2020 via IRCTC mobile app using ICICI payment gateway using Central bank of India Debit Card. Due to Some reasons, I cancelled the ticket on 21 Sept 2020. As stated by IRCTC refund amount is processed on 22 Sept 2020 . But I have not get my refund yet.
        Please Help. Whenever I call to irctc they say Consult with Payment Gateway and Payment Gateway Says I cant help Consult to Irctc.

          I am col tummala amarnath aged 65 retired army officer. I had booked one train ticket vide irctc next gen and paid by my sbi credit card no - [protected] on 06/12/19. However the ticket was cancelled because of non availability of two lower berths and the refund for this ticket (6420.40) till date has not been credited to me. The details are given below:-

          However, the refund has not been credited to my sbi card or banker, because irctc is not ready to accept their mistake in crediting the wrong credit card ending with 7104, whereas my sbi credit card end with 4311. Hence the amount is not credited to my card or bank. Request amount of rs 6420.40 be refunded at the earliest.

            Transaction id [protected] has 2 pnr's against booking amount of 12068 including irctc charges of 472

            Pnr - n6fsrn - refund amount -3868
            Pnr - bs5dfl - refund amount - 2532

            Airasia has confirmed a full refund of
            Basic fare - 5120
            Tax - 6476
            However irctc has only refunded back 6400 and balance 5196 is still pending since 2 month and am yet to get the refund of the remaining balance amount.

              I booked below mentioned confirmed ticket on 17th august 2020 on irctc website.
              1. From: gorakhpur railway station to: lokmanya tilak terminus.
              2. Coach/seat number: coach number a2/ seat no. 42.
              3. Pnr: [protected].
              4. Total amount paid: rs 2669.09/-.
              5. Scheduled departure date: 18th sep 2020.
              6. Name of passenger: nathuni sharma.
              7. Age: 50.

              Under availability status, this ticket was booked and i got the confirmation with confirmed seat and coach number.

              My father mr. Nathuni sharma was forced out of train by train ticket examiner in a rudely and abusive manner, even though he was having a valid ticket.
              Now at around 11:30 pm midnight at basti railway station, he has no where to go.

              Just because of irctc's misleading ticket confirmation, misconduct, no transparency of chart preparation and irresponsibility of irctc and railway. My father doesn't have any other option to comeback to mumbai.
              Now we have only with one option left of air ticket of rs. 8, 107.00/-. Which i have booked just right now.

              Indian railways should equally be responsible for no proper synchronization with irctc for ticket confirmation.

              As a common man and citizen of india, this is how my father was treated.
              I demand full compensation for this travelling including air-ticket i booked for my father's rescue at this time.

              Due to this ineffectiveness of irctc and indian railways, my father has to suffer mental torture and embarrassment in front of whole passengers.

                I cancelled by tickets by mistake in the irctc rail connect android app (By accidently clicking on cancel button). The app did not mention about the cancellation charge when i clicked on cancel. I was charged rs.420 for cancellation. I do not want to cancel the ticket.

                  Sir i had filled tdr of pnr [protected]
                  Because my train is not stopped in my boarding station gmo of train no 02823 on 12 august 2020 i also received message from irctc that your is not stopped on your boarding station due to covid 19 isl deleted but tdr is repudiate so i request you verify the details and reopen my tdr and refund my fare as soon possible

                        Hello,

                        PNR: DWS32R.
                        Cancellation date: 28th July 2020.

                        Refund process started on 28th Aug 2020 as per IRCTC, however i have no confirmation if refund has been initiated feom IRCTC. I requested for ARN number OR transaction number which was also not provided by IRCTC for refund transaction.

                        They requested bank statement which was provided, but no response after that and all my email followups are not replied in past 2 weeks including no confirmation of ARN. Also i get standard response on call center refund is in process you have to wait few more days. But it is more than 30 days and also 7 working days from 28th August(assuming refund was initiated on 28th August)

                        Please have issue escalated and confirm if the refund is truely initiated and if so, is it stuck at payment gateway?

                          Cannot receive OTP

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I am not able to log-in into the IRCTC website. The website is not sending mobile verification code on my mobile. I tried many times by clicking on resend OTP but now it says that i have exceeded today's OTP limit. Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as I have to make an online booking.                           I book a ticket[protected] and[protected] but in corona virus i cancel my ticket on[protected]. But refund date is[protected] but amont not recive stil now till date.
                          Irctc say i sent your money to your bank account but money not show in my bank account no.
                          Bank manger say if irctc sent money then show in your account no..

                                    Dear IRCTC

                                    Few days ago i have booked couple of rail tickets from your app and now i am not being able to the cancellation, because there are chance in my plan so I want to reschedule my trip dates. My registered ID is vicky7366
                                    and my registered mobile number is [protected]. And i am not receiving OTP when i am trying to cancel it on my ID. When i am try to call the customer care on [protected]/[protected]
                                    these numbers, no one is responding.
