Please note that IRCTC OTP numbers are not receiving in my registered mobile. Hence, I could not update my mobile number and book the tickets. My user ID is - Ammeni2011. Please do the needful, since I have to book some urgent tickets.

    I cancelled a train ticket which was booked through IRCTC app via SCB netbanking (paytm payment gateway) on 21/10/2020 of 6723.67 rupees. So a refund of rupees 6105/- was to be refunded by IRCTC, which not got refunded. So I enquired n also mailed to IRCTC customer care regarding the issue and first they said it is refunded n will take 6-7 days to credit in A/C. And after some days they reverted with this 👇

    Now after contacting bank they said that the money is been not received n pls contact to paytm.

    No I am unable to contact paytm as it's was a payment gateway n this has been 1 month .

    So want my money to be refunded to my account not to paytm payment gateway.

      I have Tried to book ticket from Bangalore to Agra cantt but 3 times amount is debited from my account and ticket is not Booked and transcation is FAILED and my account also not credited still

        I booked a train ticket in 08184 (DNR TATA EXP) on 04/12/2020.
        However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I used ICICI online banking option to pay and the payment was successful (as I received a message from my bank stating that the amount was deducted). The status is still not clear, so I can not book another ticket.

        - Desirable resolution: Either a confirmation that the booking was complete or a full refund.

          Few minutes ago I book a ticket from Chennai egmore to coimbatore ( 15/12/2020) A has debited from bank..but while checking my bookings in IRCTC app it's showing NO BOOKINGS...then I didn't get any message from IRCTC still now..But a amount as debited..please check my problem and then slove it as soon as possible ..please refund my amount as soon as

              The website is not sending mobile verification code on my mobile. And, therefore I am not able to log-in into the IRCTC website.

                I booked a ticket on 19/10/2020 for 22/10/2020 from Lucknow NR (LKO) To Jammu Tawi (JAT). The ticket was confirmed with PNR No- [protected] and Train name/no- JAT FESTIVAL SPL/ 02237.

                on the 22nd I got a message that due to a technical reason train is not coming to Jammu. so, I tried to cancel my ticket but on the irctc website, it was showing no booking to cancel. then I thought that it was some technical issue so I wait but it was showing the same thing. Then I tried to file TDR but it was showing the same thing no transaction is available.
                It's been a month and I tried everything calling the irctc helpline and mailing but no reply has come so far. I need reimbursement of Rs. 1308.68

                  Train no-12811 LTT to Hatia, will approximately reach nagpur junction at 12:00pm, dated 29th Nov, the whole boggy S4's charging point is not working we are facing problem in charging our gadgets, it's a request to irctc to look after it and get it resolved.

                      I have booked the train ticket in tatkaal from delhi to Bangalore in 3rd ac and by mistakenly i have canceled the ticket during the status checkings .

                              I tried booking train ticket via IRCTC main website. I chose credit card for payment. The amount was deducted from bank and received a message for the same. However, IRCTC screen showed there was some issue. again i logged in to IRCTC to see the status, it showed status - payment pending from Bank.

                              I called up in the customer care of IRCTC, and told them the above scenario. They replied the amount would be refunded in 3 days.

                              Here is my appeal to IRCTC -
                              You cannot keep my hard earned money for 3 days. If there is any problem between your server and bank server, get it sorted asap. I as a customer/passenger, can't wait for 3 days to book another set of tickets as I don't have that much extra money. Our Prime minister talks about digital India, and here you see, you are unable to revert the transaction in seconds rather you would do it in days. And you feel proud in displaying this alert in your website. Why should I bother about your petty issues of server or your incapacity to handle technology? I want my money back asap.

                              No benefit of complaining here. IRCTC took 5 days to process the refund. i wrote this complaint on 15 nov, and i received the refund initiation email on 20 nov. I dont know if this is the delay we expect in digital era, and still boast off digital india. IRCTC has evolved big on corruption. but nothing to do by a common man like me. we elect ministers and create ministry, administration to look after it. but alas, the pain still remains the same.

                                Dear Sir/Mam

                                I am lodging this complaint on account of charging 50% above the MRP price of Potato chips packet by an IRCTC Food track canteen in Vijayawada railway station.

                                While I am travelling from Chennai to Vijayawada on MS NDLS Special train on 15th November 2020, at 2.30 Am I felt hungry and visited one of your IRCTC Food track canteen which is there on the Platform number : 1.

                                There I have asked the seller (one of the IRCTC staff) for a Haldiram's potato chips packet they said that the price for it is Rs 15 but the actual MRP is Rs 10 means they are charging more that 50% on the MRP, when I asked the reason for such huge extra charge he said that "given it is 2.30 AM and no other shops were open given the ongoing Carona virus pandemic going on it is price if you want you take it or leave" in such a rude and impolite tone. Further they haven't provided any bill copy for the same, as i am hungry they left me with no choice and i had to purchase it for Rs 15.

                                For me it is only Rs 5, but imagine how much they are collecting extra charge from rest of all the passengers. Literally they are looting the passengers who has no other option to purchase food. If this continues to happen this spoil the reputation of not only the entire IRCTC brand but also the Indian railways brand name.

                                I really had an unpleasant experience in the Vijayawada railway station platform no 1 IRCTC food track canteen, I hope you will take a serious action on the vendor and prevent this situation in future.

                                I just want to conclude this complaint by asking a question to you : Imagine in place of me if a foreigner have experienced the same thing what he would have thought about our Country, Indian railways and about our system in place ???

                                  Hi,

                                  There is bug in ticket confirm page, which is displayed at the end when user completes payment.
                                  User get to see PNR and Transaction details on screen below these details, train details for which user booked tickets for. In this section "Source station arriving time shows destination stations arriving time and destination station won't show up any arriving time". User get confused because of this please fix.

                                    I had booked the flight booked on 08/10/2020 from Bangalore to Kochi and the amount is deducted of Rs. 9446.80. After deducting the amount got a mail that reservation failed with the transaction ID : [protected].
                                    After that many i times i contacted the irctc customer care executives and they said its already refunded on 13/10/2020, but in my bank account it is not refunded. I contacted my SBI branch they said no refund received and they are asking evidence for refund from IRCTC. But from IRCTC not received any mail or message for refund.

                                        I've booked tickets on following PNR number on Train number 02918 for journey on 3rd of Nov for Mathura to Chhayapuri Junction.

                                        But train didn't touch Mathura Junction (had diverted route due to Gurjar Andolan) and within time limits given by Indian Railway or IRCTC it was not possible for me to go Kota or H Nizamuddin station to catch train.

                                        Also it was not confirmed whether they'll allow us to enter at H Nizamuddin station because we had no authority to travel from H. Nizamuddin to Mathura due to our ticket from Mathura.

                                        They provided some details like:

                                        But train didn't touch Mathura Junction and it was not possible for me to reach other stations.

                                        By the way I got mail from IRCTC after filing TDR.

                                        Following are the main parts of mail received by me for two different PNRs with same problem from IRCTC:
