I booked below mentioned confirmed ticket on 17th august 2020 on irctc website.
1. From: gorakhpur railway station to: lokmanya tilak terminus.
2. Coach/seat number: coach number a2/ seat no. 42.
3. Pnr: [protected].
4. Total amount paid: rs 2669.09/-.
5. Scheduled departure date: 18th sep 2020.
6. Name of passenger: nathuni sharma.
7. Age: 50.
Under availability status, this ticket was booked and i got the confirmation with confirmed seat and coach number.
My father mr. Nathuni sharma was forced out of train by train ticket examiner in a rudely and abusive manner, even though he was having a valid ticket.
Now at around 11:30 pm midnight at basti railway station, he has no where to go.
Just because of irctc's misleading ticket confirmation, misconduct, no transparency of chart preparation and irresponsibility of irctc and railway. My father doesn't have any other option to comeback to mumbai.
Now we have only with one option left of air ticket of rs. 8, 107.00/-. Which i have booked just right now.
Indian railways should equally be responsible for no proper synchronization with irctc for ticket confirmation.
As a common man and citizen of india, this is how my father was treated.
I demand full compensation for this travelling including air-ticket i booked for my father's rescue at this time.
Due to this ineffectiveness of irctc and indian railways, my father has to suffer mental torture and embarrassment in front of whole passengers.

Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am not sure what is the use of this consumer complaints? On what basis the ticket got resolved.
