PNR: DWS32R.
Cancellation date: 28th July 2020.
Refund process started on 28th Aug 2020 as per IRCTC, however i have no confirmation if refund has been initiated feom IRCTC. I requested for ARN number OR transaction number which was also not provided by IRCTC for refund transaction.
They requested bank statement which was provided, but no response after that and all my email followups are not replied in past 2 weeks including no confirmation of ARN. Also i get standard response on call center refund is in process you have to wait few more days. But it is more than 30 days and also 7 working days from 28th August(assuming refund was initiated on 28th August)
Please have issue escalated and confirm if the refund is truely initiated and if so, is it stuck at payment gateway?
