Dear Sir/Madam,

The website is not sending mobile verification code on my mobile. And, therefore I am not able to log-in into the IRCTC website.

Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as I have to take printouts of my booked tickets and make another online booking.

Flushed PNR on just a few seconds ago booked ticket.

I just booked a ticket from Itarsi to Visakhapattnam and got a conformed ticket, but when i checked PNR status of the ticket, it says "flushed PNR/PNR not yet generated". How is it possible to get a flushed PNR in just booked ticket??...

Captcha not loading

After logging to my id. i tried booking ticket to vanarasi but after adding passenger details i was forwarded to review booking page but after that i was not able to go for payment as captcha was not loading properly. whenever i click on "continue" button it display message "please enter valid captcha". my browser is updated to latest version and i cleared cookies and cache files but still it showing same problem...

I booked a confirmed ticket. Pnr is [protected]. But on checking it is showing that pnr is flushed or not generated....

On 15 december 2020 I booked a ticket from bhopal to jammu. My ticket is not booked it shows pending from bank end but my amount of 1545 is deducted from my account....

Regarding Refund of Failed transaction of ticket booking of INR 488.35

I, Sidharath Varma spent in booking a ticket from LKO to SPJ of INR 488.35 from my axis bank credit card on 19 dec 2020 which was failed, but I did not get refund of my failed transaction. Kindly refund the deducted amount as soon as possible. My Registered mobile no. is [protected]....

Could not complete mobile verification

Sir/Madam,

Recently irctc website is asking to verify mobile number and Email id by sending OTP to the respective places. i had done my E mail verification by submitting the OTP received whereas i could not do my mobile verification as i am not getting OTP to the mobile. Whichever way i try i could not get it. without completing the verifications i couldnot login and book the tickets. please help....

Amount debited from my account but didn't get ticket

My name is Jesto johny. I booked a train ticket by using IRCTC official app.And I pay my fare through google pay, UPI. They debited 398/- rupees from my account, but the actual fare is 146/- rupees. So I need my money 254/- back. Its something scam happened to me.so I am kindly requested to take this matter seriously....

Irctc refund not credited in account

Respected sir,
The amount 312.7 rupees was debited from my account on date 28.11.2020 for the purpose of railway ticked booking. The mode of payment used was paytm.
After failure in booking a refund has been initiated by irctc

Not refunded cancelled and failed ticket amount

Not receiving OTP for mobile verification process

For mobile verification process, the website is asking for OTP. I have entered my mobile number correctly and have been trying for a few days now. I have not received the OTP till now. How can I resolve this? I need to book ticket with urgent priority....

A sum of 7493.6 was deducted twice while booking ticket.

I was booking ticket from Ghaziabad(GZB) to Gorakhpur(GKP) for 25 Dec 2020. While making payment a sum of 7493.6 was deducted twice from my account. I am attaching the pic of transaction detail.
Therefore, I request you to return the money....

OTP not received to the registered mobile

Please note that IRCTC OTP numbers are not receiving in my registered mobile. Hence, I could not update my mobile number and book the tickets. My user ID is - Ammeni2011. Please do the needful, since I have to book some urgent tickets....
