I booked the below ticket through IRCTC app PNR [protected]
After few days I got the below message on 28th December from Railways at
1641pm that
Train No. 01029 of 29/12/2020 has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
This clearly indicates that the ticket booked train was cancelled. Now as I had to go we booked bus ticket because train was not running.
After booking bus ticket I got the message that
Train No.01029 of 29/12/2020 cancelled earlier has been restored now.
Is there my fault. After IRCTC sent message then only I cancelled the ticket.
I wanted to go in train only but what to do.
In evening I cancelled my ticket to my shock I saw only rs. 160 will be refunded but why. Is this how railways are making fool of customers.
I want my all money back. It's not my fault it's railways fault. They should have not sent the messages in 3 hours train was again ready to move. How?
I would request you to check your whole system and let me know.
I want my money back all money.
