Hi,
I booked a ticket from IRCTC mobile app on March 8th with date of journey March 18th. But the PNR status shows "" FLUSHED PNR / PNR NOT YET GENERATED" even after boarding the train. Now the TT says that seat is given to someone else and PNR is not generated and hence I had to buy another ticket from him. Please look into this and initiate a refund for the booked ticket. I am attaching the ticket details in screenshots.
