I tried to book 2 tickets on irctc air on May 17th 2021 via paytm wallet, Money deducted but ticket didn't get booked.
After checking with IRCTC air they told it could be the issue at PayTM end but they have raised refund from their end. Then I checked with PayTM they gave me an order id saying the issue was at irctc end.
Now problem is whoever has the issue I'm not getting the refund amount. Even I checked with my bank they said they haven't received any refund request from said merchants.
Below are the details :
Amount deducted : 4720.18 Rs.
Travel date : July 2nd
From Kolkata to Agartala (flight ticket)
Status : Not booked.

Kindly check and refund asap.

    I haved booked Air tickets AIR INDIA to travel from New Delhi to Rajkot on 18th June 2021. Due to prevailing situations, we do not want to travel. I have cancelled ticket through IRCTC portal on 3rd May 2021 but refund is not deposited in my bank account.

      PNR - [protected]
      My date of journey was 17th May, 2021. The departure time of the train was 22:05 hours. I tried to file a TDR before the schedule departure of train but was unable to do because of internet problem, also I was unable to call customer care as I was not having their number. From the very next day I continuously mailed them to file the TDR and also called them but they are telling TDR is to be filled before schedule departure and are not understanding my problem of internet issue. The ticket price was Rs 6805, which is very expensive. I request IRCTC to please consider this case and refund the amount, if not full they can deduct cancellation charges.

          Hi i have booked my bike from Secunderabad Jn to Srikakulam Road on my PNR and having parcel booking no: [protected].
          but my bike did not delivered as per scheduled time and they delivered after 4 days. i requested customer care and concerned railway staff for the same but no response and denied my calls and rejected my complaint. when i called to Secunderabad parcel office staff are very rude and not updated reasons for holding my bike in the different location instead of destination. after i requested railway staff at they loaded my bike after two days and it got delivered after 4 days from date of booking. i waited nearly two days at destination railway for my bike and it spoiled my tour schedule and unnecessary expenses are happened due to your carelessness. because your mistake and negligence my plans are spoiled and got stuck due to covid pandemic.
          and one more final twist is at delivery parcel station demanded money for handing over my bike to me. even corresponding railway pracel clerk encouraged this kind of activities.

                I intiated ticket booking at 11.25 AM, May 2 from chennai egmore to Thirichirappali. The ticket not booked but amount debited from my account. Till yet, I didn't get the refund. Kindly check the details and refund my money. I also attached the payment details.

                    I did not receive my refund amount, but irctc says the amount has been refunded, but no amount has been returned to my account, please resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                    Note: *The harshest penalty should be imposed on them, a penalty for delay in returning the amount.*

                    *IRCTC will have to return the refund along with the penalty.*

                          1. I have applied for a refund amount in irctc on April 11 th - rs 1256.80, due to network issues, the amount will be not credited yet.

                          2. I have applied for a refund amount in irctc on April 12 th - rs 743.60 and due to network issues, the amount will be not credited yet.
                          Also, i have checked with irctc customer care, they said that the amount has been initiated last week and also refunded.
                          Another side, we have checked with the bank also, they registered a complaint regarding this.

                          Kindly check and refund the amount
