I am having Pension Account bearing No. [protected] in State Bank of India, Bazar branch, Eluru, W.G. Dist.
I am not receiving Family Pension for the last 3 months ie; for the months of December 2010,January2011&February2011for the reasons not known. I have submitted live certificate to the Bank Manager.
I have been requesting the Manager of the Branch for payment of my Family pension since December, 2010. But, the Manager is stating that the amount was not credited from Hyderabad.
Sir, I am 66 years old and unable to approach Bank Manager frequently and I am feeling very much difficulty for my lively hood as the market rates are day by day increasing.
In the light of the above, I request you sir, to kindly look into my case and arrange to pay regularly my family pension due to me with arrears for three months . for which act of kindness I shall ever remain grateful to you sir.

in evening also the ticket counters were too crowded so after waiting for 2 hours i finaly reached counter'there the person at counter informed me that the train was at 7 am in morning n now time was 9 pm.so i need to meet station master and file tdr.which i did.
the ticket amount was 6000 rs.now i wana know when and how will i receive my amount due!also with which office or authority should i follow up for the matter, can i have some email or contact number?
any help or guidence in the matter would be really helpful
