Erratic Seat Allotment

I had booked e-ticket through irctc. PNR no.[protected], on Ispat Express (HWH to TATA) for travel on 06.1.2011 There were more than 250 seats available. I had booked for 3 persons and had given the option of at least one window seat. Our seats alloted were diagonally apart across the passage!!! Bike booked thru parcel service not delivered even after 8 days
