complaint against railways/ IRCTC

PNR no [protected] complaint no 50074 dated 15.12.2010 travelled in train number 2955 from mumbai - jaipur in 2nd AC coach. Catering services run by IRTC is pathetic, Hawkers selling tea, cold drinks breakfast etc keep shouting in every 2 miniutes. Atleast 6 tea hawkers in a row keep calling and followed by breakfast, cold drinks, confectionary items keep calling shouting. Till 10 pm breakfast items and tea were sold. Such diturbance in AC...

Plenty of bed bugs / Unable to sleep

Regarding the unruly behaviour of pantry car people

I am Govindraj from Mangalore, Karnataka. I have been traveling quite often between Mangalore-Bangalore-Mangalore by Train No.6518 & Train No.6517 of SWR. Harassment by Passholders & Updown Passengers

It has become difficult to get in to Lokshakti Express (Train No: 19144) from Borivali station because of passholders & updown passengers. Due to their groupism they threaten actual reserved ticket holders. They do not vacate seat till Boisar. Due to rush of these people pick pocketers take advantages.

Request to railway to take immediate action against these people and don't allow them to travel in reserved coaches....
