Indian Railway — Refund of ticket Fare

I had booked e ticket bearing PNR No.[protected] for the journey from Nasik Road to Nagpur for the date 04.11.2010 & status of the reservation was wait listed 14 & 15. Before a day of the journey, it was not confirmed but it was just came down to W/L 12 & 13. In the peak season, it was not possible to confirm the same. So, I have tried to cancel eticket online. But, due to some technical problem occured during the cancellation process, I could not cancel it. Then I have cancelled it by offline on 03.11.2010.
On the return of the journey from Nagpur, it is come to know that the proceeds of the cancelled ticket was not credited into my account with Bank of India, Junnar Branch. On the inquiry over the telephone to IRCTC, New Delhi, it is know to know that the said ticket was confirmed on the journey date i.e. on 04.11.2010. However, I have not performed the journey as it has already been cancelled by me offiline. They have suggested me to file TDR to get refund. On 18.11.2010, I have filed TDR. As per rule of the Railway, it is to be refunded within 90 days. Till date, I could not get it.
My humble request to Railway Authority to process the same as early as possible.

Train no. 12825 Ranchi Delhi sampark Kranti express is standing at Mirzapur since 11.00 A.M. dt 21/01/2011 causing great inconvenience to the passengers.
Please intervene for its quick departure.

Indian Railways — Non receipt of Hero Honda motor bike till date which was booked on 04-01-2011 at Ambala cantt to Dadar Terminus

My name is AM Nair Serving in Indian Air Force, I had Booked my Motor Bike Hero Honda Splendor against parcel booking at Ambala Cantt to Dadar Terminus on[protected].I had taken leave for recieving the bike at my home town i.e Dadar Terminus so as to Re-register my bike at home town, thats why I had booked my bike personally at Ambala before proceeding on leave.I had been regularly enquiring about the reciept of my bike at Dadar Parcel Office since[protected],but they are telling that they are not in reciept of the bike, On further query by them at Parcel Office Ambala they stated that they have loaded my bike in a train to Hazrat Nizamuddin ,which is highly irregular becuase my booking was for Dadar and there is direct train Dadar Amritsar Express from ambala cantt to dadar terminus,On enquiring by Parcel Office dadar on hot line at Delhi Rly station they are not giving any right picture of where my bike is right now and they are not responding even,In this case how do I get my bike and how do I track my bike when railways staff is not able to track it.Right now my leave is going to be completed by[protected], if I get my bike after that I will not be able to collect at the destination.Kindly help me to get my bike at the earlist,Please accord priority. My Parcel Way bill No H 848429 dated[protected],Bike Registration No is CH 03Q 6790 colour black.At present the further intimation recieved from Delhi is that my bike is at Delhi but it is not confirmed whether it is at New Delhi or Old Delhi,It is a great concern for me so do help me to get my bike at the earliest.Thanking You.

I have booked motorcycle CT 100 Registration no. UP 85 N4831 from mathura city railway station on 2/3/2011 to Ambala Cantt.against receipt D337646. According to officials at mathura they have loaded it in Jhelum express same day for Ambala cantt. So it has to reach Ambala (UMB) on 3/3/2011. I have visited ambala station 4 times from then and have received no satisfactory response from them as to where the bike is. I have to travel from chandigarh to ambala just to check whether they have traced the bike or not. neither they are giving any of their contact nos. Pl help to trace the bike

Personnel — non receipt of my motorcycle till date

Sir,
i booked my motor cycle through railways vide RR no 067983 in jaisalmer railway station dated 25/05/12. The destination is ramanathapuram (rmd). Still date. i didnt received my motor cycle. The registrarion no of the motor cycle is CH01AJ 1811. i personnally confirmed by friends that the motor cycle despatched in in the same date in train no 14809 jsm- ju exp. And from jodhpur the bike despatched to ahamedabad in local train in front slr on 29/05/2012. The runs from ju- adi at 0800am. Further i am unable to confirm or trce out the same . P lease sir look into my matter and help me to get my bike earlier as possible.

i agree because i have also lost my 4800 rs and kangan weighing 60-70gms in sealdah rajdhani on 28th dec 11 early morning at around 4.50am when i found that my hand bag ismissing . 15minutes prior to kanpur station, i tried to lodge fir on kanpur station but they denied. after half an hour we've come to know that few more bags had been stolen from different boggy's . bag s were found near toilets, after a thorough search my bag was ffound under some other passenger berth with the above said contents missing . we've lodged the complaint (new delhi staion)but we know inside from our heart that we've lost our belongings, because we are not safe on our own motherland not beacuse of this incident but so many reason and everybody can feel this .

Indian Railway — Train demand

Sir,
I am residing at Berhampore (W.B.). Here if if want to go south bengal we can afford 10 to 15 trains per day, if we want to go north bengal such as siliguri, NJP, Alipur Dooar we can go from KGLE (Khagra Ghat Road), but if we want to go Balurghat (Dakshin Dinajpur) We have no way rather than to bus, some of the trains are there but these train go through Malda at Midnight, so it is impossible if we go with family.I am not asking a new train in this line. I am just saying a train which travel from Nabadweep to Farakka regularly, just extend it from Howrah to Balurghat, in this way this train can give maximum profitibility & also fulfil our demand from KGLE (Khagra Ghat Station Road ) to Balurghat(Dakshin Dinajpur),

Please if you do the needful action we will be thankful to you.

Sir, Mine elder brother is totally handicaped and for railway reservation he has to go to reservation office which is very uncomfortable for him to do reservation as i do mine rest of mine family members ticket by online booking but for his own ticket mine brother has to go to reservation office which is very painful and uncomfortable for him and for us also.we can't see him in tht condision and railway reservation is 15 kms far away from our residence i am requesting you to plz take necessary action on this topic and asure me tht ur department will take strong action on this and help me in solving mine problum.

Only I used to get many letters and many phone calls which all seem to me needs to be thrown in the trash, as it all are valueless, toothless and only simply a solace to the poor. What an undone boy I am! Woe is to me! My wife and her family, Sandip Samanta and his family harassment to me and my family, they are torcher me physically and mentally.

We got Married 05/03/2002, and have a daughter who took birth on 09/07/2005. My wife and her family lodged a case 498A/34 IPC, FIR NO.276, date 31/08/2009, P.S.: BAGUIATI, against me and some of my family members it’s a fabricated, baseless, legless, toothless and doesn’t have any commensurate to the fact. When my wife left form my house taking many vory gold and cash 1.20 lack Indian rupees. What a demon she is! She didn’t take our only daughter (only four years old) who is now in my house having severe asthma supported by inhaler. My wife filed the 498A case dated 31/08/2009 and I was arrested on 06/09/2009,The Learn" ed court granted me on bail on 19/09/2009. After coming form the DumDum Central Jail, I mat with the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and asked him politely: “ SIR I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND THAT I MADE SO MANY ENTIRIES INTO YOUR G.D.E. BUT YET NO ACTION SO FAR HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN FORM YOURSELF” then BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, went through all my papers (20 pcs. Adult S.M.S., Adult picture with the boy, G.D.E, MANY MANY OTHER PAPERS RELATED TO MY CASE and TWO c.d.). After seeing all my papers he told me that I cannot take any action until and unless you lodge a case against all of them.



Then I Prayed to the Ld. C.J.M at Barasat court to lodge the case, against the alleged person. (The payer to the Ld. C.J.M. is enclosed which is self-explanatory) after filing the case (The case is starting At Baguiati Police Station Case No-168 Date: 24.04.2010. CHARGE 323, 379, 406, 497, 498, 500, 504, 506 READ WITH 34/120B OF INDIAN PENAL CODE) the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, in stead of taking not any take proper investigation/ not take any action/ not take any type of query to recover my Cash and Gold form the house of Shankar Kumar Samanta, The BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, took my case as a Golden Goose, and how much money BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, has taken is well known to them. Neither he took any take proper investigation/ not take any action/not take any type of query nor he did roundup them against my case.



When I saw that already near by 120-150 days went by “I went to the BAGUIATI P.S. to know the status of the case then BAGUIATI POLICE I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, became outraged me and my mother that if you ask about Shankar Kumar Samanta and his family I will sentence you and your family in the Jail, all their languages is so much filthy dirty which I cannot express front of you.

A new proverb is going to take birth very soon that “Justice for the rich and Injustice is for the poor” A rich reserves the right to indulge in any kind of heinous business but the poor is restricted to involve in any type of excellent deeds” To see all these my heart is about to come in the mouth and the ground under my feet gets shook. In a word all types of Law are for the poorest and the richest will enjoy the richest judgments from all quarters.
After coming form the DumDum Central Jail, I mat with the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and asked him politely: “ SIR I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND THAT I MADE SO MANY ENTIRIES INTO YOUR G.D.E. BUT YET NO ACTION SO FAR HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN FORM YOURSELF” then BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, went through all my papers (20 pcs. Adult S.M.S., Mr. Samanta’s Mobile Phone, Mr. Samanta’s SIM Card, Adult picture with the boy, G.D.E, MANY MANY OTHER PAPERS RELATED TO MY CASE and TWO c.d.). After seeing all my papers he told me that I cannot take any action until and unless you lodge a case against all of them.
Then I Prayed to the Ld. C.J.M at Barasat court to lodge the case, against the alleged person. (The payer to the Ld. C.J.M. is enclosed which is self-explanatory) after filing the case (The case is starting At Baguiati Police Station Case No-168 Date: 24.04.2010. CHARGE 323, 379, 406, 497, 498, 500, 504, 506 READ WITH 34/120B OF INDIAN PENAL CODE) the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, in stead of taking not any take investigation/ not take any action/ not take any type of query to recover my Cash and Gold form the house of Shankar Kumar Samanta, The BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, took my case as a Golden Goose, and how much money BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, has taken is well known to them. Neither he took any take investigation/ not take any action/not take any type of query nor he did roundup them against my case.
When I saw that already near by 90-100 days went by “ I went to the BAGUIATI P.S. to know the status of the case then BAGUIATI POLICE I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, became outraged me and my mother that if you ask about Shankar Kumar Samanta and his family I will sentence you and your family in the Jail, all their languages is so much filthy dirty which I cannot express front of you.
As I’m 100 percent innocent so I screw up my courage to place my grievances to every body in order to get redress. So I want to let my matter informed all the Indian and others. I wrote my matter to our local P.S., Local Councilor, all M.P., M.L.A., Minister in W.B. and Other States, C.M. in W.B., CBI Department, CID Department, S.P. and Dy.S.P.(N.) 24 Parganas, DGP Bhupindar Singh, All the I.P.S. AND I.A.S. OFFICERS, All DGPs/IGPs . Election Commission of India, All Indian Union Minister, UPA Chairperson. Sonia Gandhi, Governor in W.B, and President in India 22th times write ((My Request/Grievance Registration Number is: PRSEC/E/2009/12581, PRSEC/E/2010/01100, PRSEC/E/2010/03797, PRSEC/E/2010/08720, PRSEC/E/2010/06692, PRSEC/E/2010/12464, PRSEC/E/2010/17088, PRSEC/E/2011/00423, PRSEC/E/2011/02405, PRSEC/E/2011/03705, PRSEC/E/2011/04474, PRSEC/E/2011/05314, ……AND OTHER NUMBER I MISPLACE). P.M. in India, National/International Human rights department, AAP KI KACHEHRI – KIRAN KE SAATH, Kolkata Police, and all police officers in W.B. informed Kolkata Commissioner of Police, Manager S.B.I.-Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph. No.[protected]. My nation, all of the news channels, and all press, The Central Vigilance Commission, Talking with some NGO’s: 1. Universal Right and Duty for Human to Abide URDHA, 2. Human Right Commission’s Mr. Ujjal Paul and Mr. Shibaji Dasgupta. 3. Bhatat Bachao Sangathan BBS. 4. Forum for Social Justice and Development FSJD. 5. Ajjtak News Channel’s Miss Menogya. and many more, (anybody can’t help me/ fight for truth /don’t take investigation/do not take any action/don’t take any type of query/ Still Now, many department told does not comes under the purview of our department. Then my question is where I go now? I see they all are in sound asleep. The reason is best known to them. I think not taken any action because many Police Officer including IPS Officer, and many Government employee are lose there service and go to jail. So not take any action. Am I right?
