            This is to inform you that
            I ordered a dress material with order no[protected] cost of Rs 1749/- on the 20th september 2015.
            I did not like the color of the dress So I returned the dress by seding the return request.They had done the reverse pick up on 13th oct 2015.So according to the policy of India rush they should return the money to the Indiarush wallet within 5 to 6 business days.But today is 26th of november 2015, still I did not receive the money from there end.I called them so many times, mailed them also, but there is no response from there side.Would you please help to get back my money.Please do the needful.I am attaching the order status & the screen shot of received item from their end.Please find the attachment below.

              Hi I ordered a saree from IndaiRush but it was completely different as shown online and when I tried calling there number to return it that number was not contactable and when I mailed them regarding this there was no proper response from them.                 I had ordered a watch from Indiarush on 14 Aug which was not working when delivered. I had returned it and after so much discussions they had agreed to give me my money back on 10 Oct (i have this in written.. they sent an email for the same). However, after that they had not sent me money back yet and I had already given my bank details. Everytime when i call the customer care they say that this case is being handled by senior management and I will receive a call back from them. But no one ever calls me back. Now they have sent me the watch back out of the blue without any intimation when I was expecting my money. I am not sure if that is a new watch or a repaired one as they had earlier suggested that they will repair the watch and send me. I do not want the watch but my money. Can you suggest if I can go for a case in consumer court for this?

                They have also blocked me from writing anything on their Facebook page and when I wrote using other account, they deleted those posts and blocked that account as well. Please help and suggest some options.

                Hi Team, This is regarding my order#[protected], wherein I have returned an item in September. I had talked to customer support executives several times during his time and ultimately on Oct 10, 2015, Indiarush had acknowledged that I had been sent a defective/damanged product and I received an email from Indiarush that the refund is being processed. Also I had sent my bank account details to Indiarush to initiate the refund. However, no refund is initiated till date. The so called management had called later on sometime to say that they can not give the refund. I have no clue that when the case had been concluded with the decision of refunding the amount and an email had been sent to customer about the same, how can you revert to the committment made. I had called Indiarush N number of times always to talk to a new executive saying that your case is being handled by our senior management and they will call you back. I have not received any call back from your senior management from 20th Oct 2015. And I have called more than 5-6 times since 20th Oct and have talked to every executive ( be it Vishal, Varun, Deepali, Keerthipradan, Deepak) but no one could have arranged a call back from the so called seniors ( Rajender, Poonam). The customer care executives keep making false promising of arranging a call back in 24 hours but all proved futile. They even had sent me emails with a specified time by when I will get a call back, but no action on the email as well. The email system within Indiarush does not seem to be of any use. No one replies to the emails other than the auto-generated replies.
                I am highly disappointed by such kind of treatment by your website. It seems yours is a fraud organization who cheat people by sending them defective products and on top of it not refunding the money even after sending it in a written communication.
                And yes, another thing you do block people from posting on your Facebook page when they bring the truth in public (happened with a fb account holder for this same case). So please be professional and ethical enough to not to delete this post and respond appropriately.
                Please let me know when can I get the money refunded to my bank account. (I understand from your fb page that you reply back within few hours, hoping the same in this case)

                Ppl don't buy anything from IndiaRush.. worst customer care department. They also block ppl from facebook to post anything after few negative posts. Dont know till when I can post here. They sent me an email saying the i will get my money back in my account. But haven't received and its been a month already. IndiaRushh If you have any ethics, send me my money back. Order #[protected]

When we had agreed on refunding my money and you also have sent me an email for same and have taken my bank details, how can you sent me a product that i do not need any longer. I do not want to buy anything from www.indiarush.com. The next step would be an official complaint as you do not reply to emails, do not call back and also have blocked me from writing on your facebook page.

                Please reply to my concerns and refund my money. Also please justify why you have sent me the watch when it was not discussed. Also, initiate the money refund and confirm and i will return your product then. I am not using it till then as the one i have received is not a new one. It does not have any lock or slip at the back which your executive had told me that are there for any new watch.

                        Through order no[protected], I had ordered 3 sarees on 6th Sept 2015 One of the sarees that delivered was not the one that I had ordered. After repeated reminders they agreed to sent the replacement but they didn't do so .Instead after again repeated reminders they credited the amount .                           Indiarush is not refunding my store credit of inr 696 from six months .. i have tried to contact them by mail and other numbers but there is no action against it . other thing is there customer care number is chargeble . i think there is no site in which there toll free customer care number charge rupees. this is the worst site i have ever visited. if once i am given a chance to talk to this compan ymanager or ceo i will definitely want to talk to him..and want to inform him about this serious burning iissues. there are lots of customers like me who wants there refund from store credit . this site is just a thief ...very bad people...

                            I have ordered for Kareena Kapoor net off white Bollywood saree.the amount of the saree is Rs.3835.the purchase was done through credit card but the saree is not the same as shown in the photo and the work given is entirely different. So I want to return the product and get my money back

                              As i have purchased the product from india rush.com for about 2, 299 but the product what dey have been showed is totally different and the material of the saree is worst ...i returned the product on 8 /10/2015 but still i dd`` not get my money as they have said they will return with in 15 days ...15 days have been passed i have been calling to the customer care number they are just delaying the time by telling that your amount wil be recevid shortly but i dont get ay of the amount and they dont pick the calls if we call

When I consulted gojavas service they informed that they didn't receive the product from the consignor. But now i want to return those iteams which is possible according to your rules.                                     I ordered a saree of worth around 2500/-, after i received the quality of saree was not good as it was seen in website and i returned the product through courier paying 250/- rupees .but its been more than 2 months over still i have not received my money yet.when i call customer care every time they will say you will get your money in 2 working days.now i have finally decided to file a consumer complaint.                                       Your are doing fraud with the customer I booked one suit from your side order no[protected] red anarkali [protected]@899/- but the quality of product is very bad after that I return the same and requested for my money return but no one want to listen my problem in customer care after multiple calling and mails nd after two months follow your return the money in India Rush account then I order one more product order[protected] sari @ 1350/- after 7 days I got this product and the quality of sari agin very bad which is looking online the same was superp but actually product is very low quality I confine with my colleague they is saying as per the quality cost of quality should be 300 to 400/- only and not I got totally frustrated from IndiaRush site. After humble request aal people denied when no one picking my call and after multiple mails no one replied me the I request to transfer money in IndiaRush account and again I order a new product yellow suit order no[protected]@ 1325/- even after IndiaRush asking for 40/- more then same I made the payment by credit card and due some how payment declined nd I called in customer care talk with mr suresh( executive) he said wait fir next 48 hour after that the same order would be cancel then u try to order a new product nd should made 40/- extra payment via credit card then request then kindly cancel my order nd refund my money in my bank account hr denied and align the same call to her Sr execute ms Poonam the she said we can't do any think this is our policy and you have to wait 48 hour then may you get you money back in ur IndiaRush account after tht u can book a new order then I request to her kindly transfer my call to ur manage she said my manger would call yogi wait en hour and Ms Vidya ( Manager) called me. I request to Ms Vidya that kindly send this product only address I will pay cash amount rs 40/- she denied then I said kindly refunds money to my bank account she denied then I request that kindly cancel my order now so that I can order again and pay the remaining amount via credit card becoz I don't have too much time so everyday I am try to search a product and book but still she was not ready for any solution. I don't have too much time so I can spend on IndiaRush kindly refund my amount our bank account I don't want to purchase a single product on ur site kindly cooperate either wise I will left my money in IndiaRush and take a serious action against IndiaRush I will complain in consumer court also or will FIR against IndiaRush.                                       Wrong size and material

                                      I want to return my dresses because it was wrong size.material was very low quality . it was not that good quality as in image .the size was different.so kindly request you to return the product and cancel the order.please refund my money...
