What kind of a service you people provide... I am highly disappointed. My query is not yet solved and its been 2 days. Plus your customer care number is not working... Is this the way an online site works... I will make sure that i don't place an order with this site from next time. I need to talk or else i will have to file a compliant. I want you people to contact me within 24 hours or else i will have to take some action against your company.

        I have ordered anarkali suit by liking the image but I got completely different cheap material which not even look same.i asked for refund to my payment account but they refunded as credits in India Rush.the customer care is such a waste they will never pickup calls and they won't respond to mails if they do they will say we will refund back, but again no response.i want my money back.

          What indiarush show never gave the same product. Still i asked for the credits for that product again i ordered two products one i got fine other one instead of top they sent stall. When i was asking for replacement they gave me credits that too if i shop for 1000 and above then only credits can use else not. I already spent 100 rupees unnecessarily on shipping charges again the order price was 699 now credit credits i have to shop for 1000 and shipping charges to pay extra which these guys are not refunding. Such a bull and pathetic service they are giving and spending money in this is like to make your life hell in online shopping. I suggest not to shop with indiarush.

          i have ordered two dress from indiarush for Rs 3000 but the quality was very worst so i gave return request. they asked me to to do selfshipment. i have again spent 250 Rs for courier charge it will be reach on friday. They will send only credits i dont want to purchase again from india rush. So please return my amount once the product is delivered.

            This is ekta here...
            With reference to my order placed on indiarush.com having order i. D. As[protected] and dated 13/4/16;i have been continuously following up asking for refund for the returns made by me... But to no revert...

            I checked thrice with the executives/customer care people... But they all promised that they understand and they would call back; after raising a request for exception...

            The problem is that :-
            I had placed an order for the 1st time with india rush
            I m on a heavier side and hence inspite of checking the size on the website, my tailor clearly said tht these dresses wont fit me.
            Hence i placed a return request and the product got picked up...


            Am sure you guys have links with other e-commerce platforms, which will clearly indicate, that i have shop more than 2 lacs stuff from online medium (Be it firstcry, babyoye, flipkart, amazon.In, amazon.com, jabong, myntra, e bay, bigbasket, fabfurnish); leaving electronics and mobiles and tablets etc etc... Which is over and above this amount...

            None of the reputed e-commerce companies have this system of not giving customer refund back...

            But it seems, with indiarush, u cant get refund back...

            I typically dont opt for cod and pay always and always through debit card or netbanking (99.9% of the time)... But this time, being a new site, i was skeptical and hence opted for cod...

            But now all the products are returned, but i cant get refund of rs. 6061/-

            From last 2 weeks, i am calling on this customer care number and its always not reachable...

            Need your help in procuring refund and connecting to the senior team...

              Hello,
              Over a month ago i have ordered a saree from indiarush (www.indiarush.com) worth rs. 1499 on 4th may 2016 (Order no[protected]. Due to quality and color i have requested for return and refund the amount to my bank account.
              Please note, while placing the order it has not mentioned that based on the return product company will replace with the same product or refund money will credit to the customer's indiarush account. From the beginning they have assured me to transfer the amount to my bank.
              After 13 days of return file the product has been picked up (17th may 2016) and till 24th may 2016 indiarush was denying that they didn't receive the product. After chasing the courier company i have submitted with all the details about the product status and informed them that the product has already received on 23rd may 2016.

              In between indiarush has blocked me from the social networking site and also stopped responding of my calls.

              It's my earnest request to help me to get my money back at the earliest.

                I have returned the product & I am unable to purchase another product using my available store credit.It requires me to pay again when I do have the store credit option. Phone number is unreachable & no replies to my emails & I have demanded a refund and nothing received. Emails have been sent to them constantly and it is being ignored. I want my money back!

                  I returned a product to the site in order to get the product exchanged with smaller size. They received my product but not responding to give the smaller one. It has been 20 days and there is no response from the site. Poor site, worst service "india rush" i raised many request but all in vain.                       I ordered a sunny leone bhagalpuri silk suit. They sent me a different dupatta than displayed on the website. Pfa. I created a return ticket. They kept fooling me for a week then cancelled the return request themselves and sent me a thank you email. This is ridiculous! Nobody called me even once. Their number is never reachable. I am so sick and tired of them. Please help me

This company sucks! Frauds, robbery to its fullest. Not bothered to call or even reply on the emails. Haven't recreated the return request yet. I'm so stuck. Nobody seems to be listening.                         Mostly i do online shopping and incase the product is not as per quality i made return and the online company also make the cash refund. But on 4may i shopped on indiarush.com without reading its return policy. The product i got was a cheap quality and i made the request for return at that time came to know that they are not going to give me cash back. I mail them many time for cash refund but they said i have to buy another product from their site they will not pay me my money. Today 20 may when i am shopping again to release my stuck amount with them their new rule came out. Which is totally trapping the customer money. My credit with them is 1599 and today i am ordering for ₹ 1499 and they want ₹40 for shipping charges. I just don't understand what type of policy they made. I called on customer care also but no one solving the problem

                          Dear arti,
                          This is to inform you that i have experienced worst customer service ever..
                          I bought shradha kapoor bhagalpuri semi stiched dress however i am afraid to tell you the response...
                          Packing was of voonik, skirt can not be called as semi stiched one.. Poor blouse quality stuff of just rs 40 per mtr, dupatta had a stain, above all whenever i have called the customer care number they never pick the call, from facebook page of indiarush somebody deleted my post and puctures which i shared
                          Nobody replied on the mails i sent and on top if it.. When cust cr exe picked the call then he was not even ready to empathasize, no apology and made me waited for 38minutes to speak to am senior, post disconnection i called up again but he did not pick the call, after 6pm a guy from senior heldesk called me and straight away denied for anything and clearly mentioned that its more than 15days so we can not help you and when i asked him that i called you so many times within 15days only then he did bot respond.
                          I my self work in an e commerce company but we so not behave this way to our clients.. This way you will never be able to sustain in market at all
                          About you there are horrible comments on google but still i trusted u

                              I paced an order on[protected] and they delivered me wrong product on[protected]Order no. Is[protected] & when i requested for return, they didn't refund my money. They said to me that we will give you credit amount and you have to buy another one. But they take one month for giving me credit amount... When i placed another products (I. E, 3 cloths) on[protected] they didn't deliver me total 3,, they deliver only 2 at 16 may 2016 and one of them is damaged.. And now when i called & asked them then they didn't listen to me. They told me that we will see... And instruct me to follow their long procedure... Today[protected] they delivered me third one which is wrong product. The product name is correct on slip (That is white color suit but they delivered me blue) but product is wrong right now i called them but he was abusing me.. & told me that why are you purchasing from our website... And abused me.. Janb maine kaha ki mai consumer care me complain karungi to bol raha hai ki jo karna hai kar le jake...

                                I had placed an order few days back from this site and this is one of the horrible company with worst policies ever.
                                First, they don't send the products on time and the quality is so cheap.
                                Second, they don't have cash refund policy, they will refund credits in your account which is valid only for 3 months, so they are forcing the customer to pay them for something nonsense.
                                Third, what they show in picture is totally different from what we receive.
                                Fourth, they are not prompt in attending calls and responding to them in a satisfactory manner. Rather, they just put you on hold for 15-20 minutes and then say they will give you a call back which you never get.
                                Fifth, their return process is so bad that we need to upload the pictures of their return receipt and then after 10-15 days, they will respond with the credit points. Don't know what the hell they do with such a long period of time.
                                I once got my credits and then when i again ordered something and didn't like that too, i have clearly no interest in buying anything from their site and go through such a long procedure. When i know what they send is completely different from what they show in picture.
                                I want my cash refund as i can't keep on ordering things which i don't want now and that too from your site, i've already spent many days in browsing if i want anything from this site but sadly, i didn't like anything. Please refund. My order number is[protected].

                                I had placed an order few days back from this site and this is one of the horrible company with worst policies ever.
                                First, they don't send the products on time and the quality is so cheap.
                                Second, they don't have cash refund policy, they will refund credits in your account which is valid only for 3 months, so they are forcing the customer to pay them for something nonsense.
                                Third, what they show in picture is totally different from what we receive.
                                Fourth, they are not prompt in attending calls and responding to them in a satisfactory manner. Rather, they just put you on hold for 15-20 minutes and then say they will give you a call back which you never get.
                                Fifth, their return process is so bad that we need to upload the pictures of their return receipt and then after 10-15 days, they will respond with the credit points. Don't know what the hell they do with such a long period of time.

                                  They took my items andgave me only 3 months to buy new items.In these 3 months i dint likne ahny products.
                                  They took away my credit points too.
                                  They dont have cash refund policy.
                                  Online purchase shall unconditionally have cash refund policy.

                                  Don't trust this site they will not refund your money. Like beggars we need to call them every time for update. They will always respond that the request is "in process" even u cal them for 1000 times.

                                    I am kavita verma and have purchased an online dress for 2200 approx on 20.04.2016. After receiving the delivery and realising the product is not as per shown on the site i requested for return which is under the policy. I have been trying to reach them over phone but the mobile no mentioned only answered my phone once. Now they don't answer my call from last 15 days almost and also after sending continuous mails, no pick up is done and no call back is arranged for my complain. I am stuck with this product which is not as per my order and the company is not responding for my emails or phone calls.

                                    I don't believe in the company and this seems some fraud, kindly help in sorting this issue.

                                        Recently i have placed one dress material of rs. 1849.00 dated april 2, 2016. According to requirement i have uploaded the courier receipt and other details. Till now no refunds or no communication about refunds from company side. And to return this complain. How could I give my card details to one unknown person in phone call? I told him to refund it to my bank account but he denied. This would be risky to give card details to someone unknown. Please suggest.

                                        It is high time now, you must refund the money as soon as possible.
                                        Please refund it back to my bank account. Providing you card details would not be an appropriate way for refund. So confirm me to provide you bank details.
                                        I had a problem with the quality of the product. I returned the item. 2 days over no refund happened.

A mail has come some days before that indiarush has returned my money as credits in my account so that I can buy by using that. Till now I have not placed any order.                                         No it has not been resolved yet. Please check and then confirm me. There is only Rs. 46 as credits in the account.
                                        Resolve this as soon as possible.
                                        I am writing this to Indian consumer complaints forum to please take some necessary action against this fake company ( indiarush.com) or please suggest me to take any legal action to get back my money. These people are playing tricks with their customers. I beg you to help me for this.
