Respected Sir.
I had ordered two unstitched material one is red and the other is navy blue with embroidery. I had ordered it on the 10th of August 2016. I had paid Rs 1398 towards both the materials through State bank masetro debit card. Each is Rs. 699. I received one red today what happened to the navy blue ? This is the first time I have ordered from Indiarush. I ordered it for a special occassion but of no use. Kindly let me know about the 2nd order. The Order No.[protected]. I thought you would send both together but only one was sent. Please do the needful. . Eagerly waiting for the order.

    which I have cancelled and there is no response till now for my calls or mails.worst service is provided by indiarush and there is no point in customer service if they avoid my calls.fake website providing cheap materials the things which are shown in website is completely different from which they are providing.If not responded properly I will file a case against this.I am totally frustrated to make calls even after knowing that they dont pick up the calls.worst service and fake website.If the customer is not satisfied with the product it should be returned by reverse pickup and amount should be given back to account.If they dont value customer satisfaction then there is no point in running this website.After few days no one will purchase in this site.Even I dont recommend my friends to purchase anything in this website.Because of their behaviour to the customers like not responding properly to calls or emails no one is ready to purchase anything on this site next time.They will be losing lot more customers.There are lot more people like me who are facing problem with this customer support.One should respond back to the mails and the customer should be provided with tracking of their cancellation request as well.worst customer service.

      I had placed an order with indiarush.Com in dec 2015. I had to return the product as it did not match the picture shown on website.
      They returned the value in credit points and i ordered another dress to consume the credit points with rs 40 as delivery charges (Which they charge in case of return order). I followed up for months to track my package but it was never delivered. After a few weeks, they cancelled my order and never returned the money not the shipping charges they had taken extra.
      I was bound to place another order to consume my money by again paying rs 40 extra for the order which was again cancelled by them after following up with them for weeks. They have already taken more than rs 2000 from me and are even bothered to respond to my request positively. I tried to call them several times but their number is either busy or no one picks up (Contact no: +91 [protected])
      More than the money, their dealing have tortured me.
      I have so far paid rs 1929 and more than that have lost my piece of mind for month. Request you to help me get my money back.

        This site is very bad, i called them 100 times but they are not picking my call, and on email they say that they will refund my money back, but from last 15 days they are not giving any response, even 1 order already cancel within 15 min after placing that is of amount rs 5, 147, they are still not refunding my cancelled order amount, and for the returned order amount rs 4, 048 for the same they are not refunding my money back in my bank account. They block my profile on fb page now i am not able to send any request to them on fb. Indiarush please request u to refund my money back in my bank acct, i already shared the bank details with you. Please let me know when will i get my money back of both orders.

        I am trying to contact customer support center but no one repl to my emails nor they recieves calls..i just wanted to know my order status..i provided my address email phone numbers but no response from your side..i got an email that my product remained undelivered and it will get return within 3days if i donot make any reponse..i tried calling more than 100times..emailed more than 20 messages but no reply...its a request please donot return my product and contact me.
        Color shows in catalog different in actual and round of lehenga is short so please return and refund the money at earliest

          I want to return the same for knowing how to return the product if anyone is not registered on indiarush i am mailing continously but no one is replying infact the coustomer care number which is provided is not raechable at all (Always saying line is busy).             Hi,

            Iam really upset with you indiarush.com. I have ordered two set of bangles against the order #[protected]. They were too small for me. it was mentioned 2.8 but it seems like 2.4
            I want to return the items, but your team directly refused saying it non returnable item. If you can not take it back, i would have to write on social media. Trust me i will not leave any single platform to wite. Its your fault that u have given me this product which is not 2.8
            Either start sharing corect size with the customers or stop harrassing them doing all these.

            Hi Team,

            I am suffering a lot. Its been now almost a month am waiting for my refund. Its about order #[protected], which i have refused to take. In your website status showing, RTO closed refund processed from last 10 days. But i have not recieve a single penny from indiarush. Seriously this is heights o[censored]nprofessionalism. Do you think i will shop again. Iam waiting for my refund, and its yet not processed. Fake status is showing on your website.
            Please note against order #[protected], still the issue is pending and refund as well. You can see i have raised the request for the orders at beginning of this month and now i have covered the entire month waiting for resolution. Seriously this is harrassment. I feel like crying. I cant keep on emailing you, calling you, AND OFCOURSE THE BEST PART OF THIS STORY IS THAT NOW YOU GUYS HAVE STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY EMAIL S AND CALLS. I was calling Raj tripathy from last 2 days but he is not picking up my call. I am so sure now that i lost my 5000/- busck. The RTO order was of Rs.2899/- and the otrher order[protected] was of Rs.1348/-
            How long would i have to wait for my money.
            I want my money back within 24 hours. Do not force me to drag it further and to take some serious actions against this. Iam simply tired of writing emails to you guys. Its my money, and i want it back. You can not keep my money for so long period. Iam really feeling helpless because of you guys, coz no one is bothered to listen to me.
            Iam pretty sure now that its a fraud shopping portal.

              I bought two dresses for India Rush. My order no is[protected]. The product quality is really bad. I wanted to return the product however it was just giving me option to replace the product or credit in India rush account, however I paid via credit card & I want my money back either in credit card through which I have paid or cash/or in my bank account.
              When I raised my complaint your customer care asked to return the product & my bank details which I did however still waiting for the refund. I am working with Airtel & handle 2 crores customer in Rajasthan only but we also serve customer.
              Your customer service is worst & trust me no one is going to use your site second time after getting this worst treatment. I keep writing email for my concern regularly & I will always receive stupid with an apology email . Thank god you guys atleast have curtosy to write back to the customer however its with no result.
              I do lot of online shopping but the customer service of this site is worst. The customer care no updated online are not working. Mobile no – [protected] – not a valid no, [protected]- always busy, in case ring no one picked up the phone. You really care in a very bad way. Firstly you sell with worst quality & secondly customer can’t even contact & speak, updated all fake contact details online.
              I am regularly trying to contact from 10th of July & 8th august but still unable to speak. I am feeling really pathetic after spending 2650 Rs . I want my money back. When these numbers & email doesn’t help why these are updated online. If you will keep doing like this don’t know what happen with this site.
              I was really tired of dialing the number & contacting you.. Please contact me to resolve the issue. I keep following up just to know how pathetic can it be.
              I can only hope that someone will call me & revert with my query when & how I will get my refund…

                Is been returned more than a week back.I was asked to upload the return courier receipt on the India rush portal.
                When m trying to do so, i am not getting any submit option on the site.

                I have written many mails to customer care, but it seems no one is bothered to take care of problems faced by customers. A single customer care no is there which is always busy no matter how many times the customer call.

                My money is with you and you don't even care to return them back.

                The indiarush website has a problem that i m not able to upload the return courier receipt.

                What kind of customer satifaction is this?

                I ordered saree. I did not like it due to quality of it . i HAD India rush money in account, for forcefully had to buy something, I finally selected saree. I returned but no one came to pick up . They come when we are not at home.

                  Hi team,

                  I have purchased one product on Cash on Delivery from IndiaRush.com but since i did not like the quality of the cloth I have returned it. The reverse pick is done and item is collected but the India rush team is not updating about the refund of the amount. The is highly disappointing to a customer. They are not giving my Money back and not even updating the the process.
                  I am trying to call them but none of the number is reachable.
                  They are not replying to my mails also. I have send them my bank account details.

                      India rush is totally a fake site. First of all their costumer care executive never attened ur calls. Dey gv only one mob no as costumer care no, which nvr been rcvd.. I ordered a dress, order id[protected], bt the material n embroidery is very very cheap, i want to refund my money back, i droped many e _mails bt none of dem were replied... Den i again order a dress n their executive call me to confirm de order, i told her abt my prob, she said from ur area no pickups available, u have to courier it at our address... I did de same n upload my receipt bt still nt get any call from them... Guyz pls pls pls dnt buy anything from this site... Dey r totally fake n de quality of products r very cheap...

                        I am ankita chouksey. I have purchased a dress if worth 1750 rs around from indiarush. My shoping id is[protected]. The dress material is not upto cost. I am not satisfied with product quality. So i reutrn the product. They told me upload the return recipte wia indiaindiarush account. I have purchased the dress by site without any account. While purchasing i used mail id chouksey. [protected]@gmail.Com but my exsited account in indiarush is [protected]@rediffmail.Com. They told me to upload the recipte on [protected]@indiarush.Com, i did the same several times but i didnt got the proper response from their side.                           They sent me fake product and i asked for refund. First they taken a month to sent accept my return, i asked them to send money to my bank account or cheque, but they are not responding my messages. 2 weeks back i see they added as credit in my account.. But i not able to use that credit.. So i want refund in my bank account.. They are cheaters.. I need my money back..

                                My name is Shashwat Luhadia, I have placed an order on www.indiarush.com on 6th May 2016 My order number is:[protected] Product delivered was different than the images shown on the website also the quality was very low and bad. I placed a return request and the product was returned successfully but no refund has been processed till yet.

                                I have all the screen captures of emails exchanged with some AJAY TOMAR from Indiarush. They promised me on 20th June to refund the money back and asked me to provide them with my bank account details but no refund has been processed yet.

                                [protected] this number is mentioned on their site which is always busy and when its not busy, no body picks up the call. I have sent them several emails but they never respond back.

                                I really dont understand, how someone running such enterprise can do like this with their customers??

                                I need help in making them learn a lesson.

                                  Indiarush is a most dispicible company i have ever dealt with.
                                  In august 2015, i ordered six sarees from indiarush. Only one was worth keeping so i returned five of them to the vendor they came from. While returning item #1016 i could not complete the return request on line as they were having problems with their website so i was told to request the return via an email. So i did just that. I returned item #1016 along with #1014 which had come from the same vendor (Tiana creation) in the same pkg.Indiarush staff : dipika, pankaj, mr. Raj, yogesh, piyush, mr. Tomar all kept telling me that i will be getting my refund. I have been fighting to be compensated for my returned items for nine months. I still haven't received a refund for the saree #1016 for which the return was requested by email. Now they are just denying the fact i returned that item, yet they received item #1014!
                                  Have you tried calling indiarush? I have made upto 50 calls a day and still not gotten through to them. The customer service staff keep apologising and promise you action but nothing gets done. There is never a supervisor or manager or anyone with authority to speak to. Just look at there reviews on consumer complaint...
                                  Let us see what arnit retail do.

                                        They are not even responding to mobile.
                                        The worst service ever provided.
                                        Payments are pending for more than 90 days.
                                        Usually all e-commerce site provides payments within 20 days while indiarush is not providing even after 100 days. please take legal action. as well as in their website there is no any tab/option for payments where we can see outstandings. you can also call us on [protected] for more info.
