The experience which i had with india rush people is such that i'll never ever place any order neither will i recommend india rush to any of my friends. Like other renowned online shopping websites like jabong, snapdeal, flipkart etc. I assumed dealing with you people will be that professional. But i am thoroughly dissatisfied with the quality of the products & services offered by you.

Even after writing so many mails, they are not refunding my money for order #[protected]. My money is blocked and there is a guy named raj tripathi who called and denied of giving my money back. Its such a cheap organization with cheap service.

I don't want to stretch this further. I just want my money back. The account to which the money has to be transferred is in my name, so there shouldn't be any problem with that regards.

    I have ordered bhagalpuri silk thread work maroon silk semi stitched lehenga from india india rush and it got delivered to me on 28 february 2016 and because of the poor quality of the lehenga i draft a mail to indiarush about the return procedure and on 3rd of march they picked the product and till now i didn't get the refund.

      Got a mail confirmation mail that my complaint has been forwarded to Arnit Retail Pvt. Ltd. customer service. And it has been mentioned that, i would be receiving a reply from company representative within "SEVERAL DAYS". Can i know how many days does this "SEVERAL DAYS" Mean. I have got the order on Monday (14-Mar-2016) and have to return it within 15 days(28-Mar-2015).

      Actually, I would like to give rating as WORST. but could not find that option here...

        I ordered on watch worth Rs 7, 786 on 14th Feb 2015 from indiarush.com which was delivered to me on time. I wasn't happy with the packing but still I accepted the order. After opening the package I found one feature of the product which was a chronograph watch was not working. I raised a return request. They took the watch back from me. I was happy till this time.

        When I asked for refund they said they can't refund it in my account. It is their policy. They can give a coupon instead but can't refund the money. I objected several times as amount was high 7786 which was my money you can't restrict me over it's use. After several useless and unprofessional communication I agreed to take a coupon instead.

        They gave me a coupon worth of same amount as my product. when I try to use the coupon websites gives error that coupon is invalid.
        I contacted customer care several times at least 20 to 25 times. All I heard was "Your coupon has been refreshed, you will be able to use it after 24 hours". Same thing happened for several more times every customer care guy assured that this time it would definitely work. but it didn't work at all.

        Now here comes the twist. Not sure what happened or they actually blocked my number I couldn't even call to their customer care. I dropped hundreds of email but never got any response. I am completely exhausted now.

        I am very very very disappointed and regretting my decision of visiting indiarush that day.

        Please somebody help me. they had my Rs. 7786 since 2015 and not even bother to receive my call.

        This is really pathetic and ridiculous, no one contacted me after your email on 16th March. I don't understand how your company work. Do you do all work verbally? I mean seriously do you even have a tracking mechanism of problems, complaints? Do you really have such things we call SLA, OLA?

        I can surely call them fraud now. They didn't even bother to contact me even after more than a year.

        If you can't solve this problem. can't give me refund. then at least have a courtesy to call me back, talk about another possible solutions? At least let me place a cash on delivery order and allow me not to pay to delivery guys.

          On 12th December 2015, i had ordered Saree from Indirush order No.[protected]. They used celebrity photos to promote and when i received the actual saree it was completely different and defective as well.

          I had put a return request and they said they do not collect the return. I had self couriered it on 11.01.2016. for just one month i was doing followup to get confirmation from their end that they received saree on . They didnt accept it that they recieved saree. Then after following up with the courier service and constant follow up with India rush they confirmed that they recieved it on 28.01.2016.

          On 17th Feb 2016 they asked for my bank account details, Everytime they told me that refund is initiated and i will get it within 3-4 days. I have spoken to their executives namely, Divya, Deepika, Piyush, Nirmal, etc, they all bluffed the same thing that it will be done.Deepika said on 17th February 2016 i will get my refund.But all fake promises.

          I have been calling them everyday after which i complained about them to consumer forum, later Indiarush people asked for my cancelled cheque, I gave them on 8th March 2015 (same day itself after speaking to their executive Mr. Nirmal)

          From 8th March till date again I started my follow up on phone call. but all their executives are just bluffing that it is in process and will be done in 3-4 days.

          I had found out The co founder of indiarush (Mr. Rahi Jain) and messaged him on social networking site but again all efforts in vain.

          I just need my refund from Indiarush on immediate basis.

            I ordered a semi stitched suit worth 1650+200 courier charges (order no.[protected] in dec and due to quality issue returned it on 6, january 2016 ie. After 3-4 days of delivery but haven't got any refund till now.According to their refund policy they are supposed to refund in 5-21 days but more than 2 months are spent and their is no refund of my product till now.whenevr customer care is called they make fake statements of providing refund in 2-3 days but no action is taken.
            Fake company..worst shopping experience..will advice all not to buy anything from this website coz u r simply putting money on stake...

              I purchase a Semi Stitched Lehenga Style Suit worth 2699 from IndiaRush.com on 20/02/2016.I paid Rs. 2749 on the time of delivery (COD) with COD charge of Rs. 50. When I open the parcel I seen that product quality was very cheap and not price worthy so I decided to return the product and inform them via email. After that their pick boy picked up the product from my address on 03/01/2016. After that I claim for refund the amount via email which provided by them and trying to call many time but the customer care number which was given by them is not connecting and found that number is not in service. I sent many mails regarding my refund but they continuously ignoring and saying that “we does not provide account or case refund, we initiate IndiaRush credit. Whereas all other shopping portals refunding amount in case of return but they are not refunding my amount. As their first product was not price worthy, why should I porches other product from this portal. Kindly help me to get my money back.

                I have already, complaint to you last week but not come any solution till date.

                I have purchase the saree from indiarush on 31.12.15 but saree came defective and different . I had return immediately. but India rush person not accept the received the saree after that, i have also sent courier receipt.


                After that I have cont. followup but not came refund till date.

                India rush person every time give the one reply refund is under process with one week come in your accounts.


                I have complaint to you also last week but not came any respondent from yours side also.

                  I have created Order#[protected] for a Lehenga on 28-Jan and paid Rs.2499 in advance. I was expecting the product to be delivered on 1-Feb. I was shocked to see the status as delivered. But it is not delivered to me.
                  I have raised this concern on +91-[protected], but could not get at least an email from them. I clearly said that I need the product my Feb-15, otherwise it is of no use to me, but it is also in Vain.

                  I was promised that I'll get the product by Feb-15, but not delivered untill Feb-19. In the meanwhile i have created many requests in http://support.indiarush.com/requests but no use as usual.

                  and finally when i got the product it is a disaster. It doesn't even worth 500 for the quality of the lehenga, blouse and length of the dupatta they gave.
                  It is definetely worth of 2499.

                  And talking about the team, they do not know how to talk to other human trying to express her grief.

                      I ordered a saree.. Before placing I talked to them they said order can be returned and money will be refunded.. First thing product was so cheap as compared to shown in the picture on website.. Then they took order back and didnt refund.. Aftr 100calls dey refunded my money in indiarush account which is ridiculous because they promised to return money in my own account.. Theri stuff is so poor that I cant buy anything else.. Dey dnt reply to any calls. Their number is always switched off.. I bet this site is a fraud.. I want my money back..

                        I am frustrated. I have couriered back the dress, still company is not replying to my mails, when I call they say it's in process.                               I have ordered Saree from this website firstly but received it with defects so returned it, then I received credit Points again ordered a Saree for high Value with the use of Credit Points and debit card payment but again received with a defect.
                              I asked for my Cash refund which they did not but again gave Credit points worth Rs 1299.
                              Now when I am ordering another product of lesser value they are asking for shipping although have enough credit points.
                              They do not reply to the emails nor take my calls.

                                Its really very disappointing thing for INDIARUSH that its a customer service company with zero service, zero coordination. From the day (1st Oct'15) when i ordered from your site, I am regretting. Will suggest others as well not to buy anything from your company atleast. Sometime your executive says that refund process will take time i.e 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours n bla bla bla I am not understanding which kind of service you guys are providing.

                                Please refund my orders and update me on my orders.

                                  The product[protected] I received from them is not the same as the embroidery work was shown. The quality is also not upto the mark.                                     I purchased 2 sarres(order no[protected] from indiarush, but the quality was not good as it shown in picture, i raised request for return, they called me and said for do courier and they told that we will credit 100 rs. extra in your bank account for courier charges, it's already 25 days crossed, they not even refund my amount, saree cost was 1729and courier charges was 300. after so many mails and calls they are not giving any response, they use to put their customer care number between 10-7 pm, and after 7 ring will go, but no one will be there to pick your calls,

                                      I have ordered product from India Rush, Order[protected]. I raised return and refund request after 2 days from the product delivery. but no response from their customer care service. repeated reminders sent. finally I told customer care that I am going to consumer court and will sue them. interstingly. these ppl responded saying they dont process any return after 15 days. what nonsense. where should I return. when there is no response from their team itself? funny they closed ticket by saying this.

                                      pthatic product quality and poor customer service.

                                      PLEASE DON't BUY ANY THING FROM INDIARUSH. they are cheater even they should not be allowed to use our country name . Worse ever service.

                                      Still service is very poor. I asked for refund they credited amount in IndiaRush account. which forced me to perform shopping again. I attempted to shop twice and it failed as their system is unable to connect through netbanking system. This is mental harrasment and no one in IndiaRush team bothered to call back. requested multiple time for call as their call center number is busy most of the time or no one pick that number. Let me know if there is any way to get my money back or should i fire a complaint against IndiaRush?

                                        More than a month have passed since I have returned an item and lodged a complaint for not refunding the amount. They are not refunding money. They have stopped picking calls. Most probably this company is closing, they have only few items to sell. Never buy from Indiarush. You'll be cheated.
