But return money jo ki 1499 thi wo abhi tak return nhi hui... Ab jab mai Indiarush ke customer care ko contact karne ki kosis kr rha... To wo mera phone receive nhi kr rahe...

I uploaded the return receipt immediately.

But I keep getting mails to upload the receipt.

Why haven't I still received a refund.

Can someone in the higher authority call me regarding this.

    I purchased two sarees on this shopping website. The items were substandard therefore I returned the items as per the company's instructions. After many long days and many calls the company gave credits to my account.
    I dint want to buy any items and wanted a refund. I found no option of money refund on the website. Their helpline never answers or it is always busy. Days passed. I tired many many times to call them for refund.
    Meanwhile, I also kept trying to look for buying if I like any products but in vain. I had been given 1630 Rs credit and the same suddenly vanished from my account.
    I was told the credits are given only for 3 months. How can they deliver substandard products then force me to buy what i dont like in 3 months. They took the items also.
    Online purchases shall be on refund basis.
    I request refund of my money.
    Pl help.

    I must have called 100 times on ur above customercare number in the last 3-4 months. Either the number is engaged, or constantly ringing and never answered, or answered and disconnected etc.

    Why only 90 Days. I dint like any product in these 90 days. I wanted refund.
    How can u take the items and give a fixed time frame limit with no credit cash refund and cancel my credit points. Firstly when I dont like an online product purchased and it is returned, u shall give us an option of refund of money which all online stores do.
    Firstly you deliver bad items,
    secondly u dont give back cash
    thirdly u force us to buy any product in 90 days. I dint like any product in 90 days.
    Ur temrs are Not acceptable and u r cheating online customers.
    Please refund cash or give 365 days purchase time.
    Else I shall proceed with complaints and Legal action.
    This shall also be widely spread on social media as no company has as many online complaints as India Rush has.

      I have had the worst ever experience on your site. You dont seem to understand the basics of on-line business or if you do, you actually intend to cheat people.
      Even if you plan to keep my 1400/- i would like to leave an advise for you- You dont succeed in business by making a lot of money initially by whatever means you see, but by gaining the trust of your customers- For whatever reason you exist, one thing is sure that you teach us a lesson not to trust on line markets in India.

      Another thing that your credit system is useless- you have it to trap people- you provide credits, we plan to use it, when we order the outstanding amount, you actually charge us for the complete order, my credits unused, i come again to buy- you do the same so in short you keep robbing my money until i realise i should let you keep it!!!

        I ordered the product 1014 Which was disliked by me so i returned back. Now its been more than a week, i havent got back any calls for refund. My numerous calls to them and they are now not picking any up. i need my money back at the earliest. The amount of 2888.
        Also the product shown on the site is completely different from what is sent.
        They said on a call they dont return back the money but give credits.
        What if i no longer wish to make any further purchases from this site.

          However all the orher reputed online markets refund the complete amount .
          The images of the product shown is completely different than what is received.

            I had placed an order with indiarush earlier to the one mentioned, it was super cheap in quality, after a waste of my time and energy. My money was refunded in form of credits,
            This time i purchased a clutch, added a little more money.
            It was supposed to get delivered by today, but no luck yet.
            The courier tracking number provided by indiarush is invalid, still just to confirm i spoke the customer care support of ecomexpress they said they haven't recieved any such product for shipment yet.

            So my second order and this time aswel they screwed my experience. So credit back of money into indiarush account isnt the guarantee of getting it back in any form.

            No one responds to the customer care number provided on the website

                I have ordered a product on April 4th and received it on 7th of april.Product was of very low quality.paid amount 1970 and returned it on 11th of april.its been written in account and mail refund will be done within 5 days of time but my money is not been refunded till 17th of april, when called and questioned they are saying you have asked for replacement, but nowhere i have asked for replacement and oncagain when discussed they replied saying we dont refund money...read so maany reviews i completly feel this s a fraud company, why there is no action taken against this?

                      I am waiting for a refund on returned articles on oder #[protected] since September 2015! First of all it is almost impossible to get through to India Rush as their phones are always busy - if by chance you do get through to their customer service, the staff keep apologizing, some promise to call back and don't, don't answer emails, and seem very incompetent.
                      They supposedly issued me two refund cheques in January 2016 that were dated September (already stale!!) that never arrived! A customer service rep Piyush promised to rectify their error ... I am still waiting!!
                      India Rush is the most incompetent company i have ever done business with. Their product is very substandard.
                      To use up my credit I placed an order[protected] for a top R.580(free shipping for orders over R.500) however, I was still charged shipping since I was using my India Rush credit. Nowhere in their policy can I find where it says you will be charged shipping if you use your credit points! I wrote to them and am still waiting for a reply. That was last month.

                                My order[protected] has been returned a month back to indiarush but my due amount of 1999 has not been given to me!
                                I am shocked to find here that every other complaint on this forum is for the exactly same problem! How can a website be so unprofessional??? I have made countless phone calls but there is no answer! How can a customer care not answer calls?? It has to be a spam no. In that case!!! Are you all running a fradulent website to cheat people??? I have never faced such harassment from any other website! All my mails are unanswered!! If i do get my refund in 2 days i am approaching the consumer forum with all the mails and documents..i am a lawyer and im in no mood to put up with this nonsense!!

                                  I purchase a Semi Stitched Anarkali Suit worth 879 from IndiaRush.com on 14/03/2016.I paid Rs. 879 on the time of delivery (COD) with COD charge of Rs. 50. When I open the parcel I seen that product quality was very cheap and not price worthy so I decided to return the product and inform them via email. After that their pick boy picked up the product from my address on 15/03/2016. After that I claim for refund the amount via email which provided by them and trying to call many times but the customer care Executive is not giving proper response. I sent many mails regarding my refund but they continuously ignoring and saying that “we does not provide account or case refund, we initiate IndiaRush credit. Whereas all other shopping portals refunding amount in case of return but they are not refunding my amount. As their first product was not price worthy, why should I purchase other product from this portal. Kindly help me to get my money back.

                                    I had ordered a Designer Suit from India Rush on[protected], After too many mails they finally shipped the product on[protected] takes more than 20 days and finally i received the product on[protected] quality of Designer Suit is not up to the mark .I had returned the Suit next day 10th of March 2016, Its going to be 19 days after i returned the product there is no update of my money refund i have also contacted on the mobile phone they mention on his website but its always going busy.

                                    Please help me to get my money back i am feeling like cheated its better to shop from known online merchants.

                                      We are from Pihu Trends, vendor at Indiarush.com, we have sold one Saree on Feb 16, 2016 4:53:35 PM for Rs Rs 1, 930, to a seller via IndiaRush.com.
                                      As per there payment policy, For all delivered orders between 1st to 30th of any month payment will be released by 15th of next month. As of now e have not received any payment.We have sent them many mails but no one is replying and no is also answering phone calls.
                                      I think the website is fraud, as its not making merchant paymnets, or as a courtesy, reply is expected.
                                      Very poor.
                                      Please help.

                                        This is the worst website from which I have ever purchased online. First they send worst quality product, damaged product. and then they are compelling the customers to purchase from them because they do not refund the amount.. Secondly, their customer support is pathetic, they do not have customer handling etiquette. They are very blunt. they do not transfer the call.. They mentioned that you can do whatever you wanted we are in the market for last 5 years. This is the only reason they are far behind Amazon.com, Jabong.com. They do not have any customer base, NO LOYAL CUSTOMER... with them. If anything can be done.
