I ordered a anarkali suit vide order number[protected] and the product recieved is bad, evem my maid wears a better fabric that what has been delivered to me.

It actually need a lots of guts to showcase some beautiful pictures and deliver some low grade product. i takes a lot of courage to cheat on people.

have been searching for some contact numbers so that i can atleast SPEAK MY PAIN OUT and 3 cheers for the help lines, no answers, no one picks calls... huh. RIDICULOUS TEAM< SERVICE< PRODUCTS AND MANAGEMENT.


Dear Ms Arti and Mr. Rahi, please stop making public a fool and shut ur shop immediately or dont promote fake pictures

stop trapping people. i would be spreading this all across, to help my friends from getting trapped.

    I bought products from india rush. my order no is[protected]. the product is really bad in quality. i want to return them but it was not giving me cash back option, just to replace or get credit to india rush account. what i will do with points credit in india rush account. after seeing the quality of these two products i am really not interested to buy anything. i do lot of online shopping but this site customer service is worst. the phone no updated on mobile [protected] - not a valid no, [protected] - trying from last three days & it always response as busy & then got disconencted. email id - [protected]@indiarush.com - emailed twice but no response. really pathetic, was really unhappy after spending 2700 rs. i want my money back not to credit in india rush account & when they aare not ready to help why these numbers are updated online to make customer fool. i was tired from dialing these numbers from last three days. please help.

      I have purchased one Salwar Suit from your website and the quality of product found to be inferior. I got credit points back to my account. But, I want my money to be refunded into my bank account.

      When I am calling to your customer care, they are saying it is not our policy. What I will do with these credit points. i don't want to buy any new products from your website. You are cheating with customer and it is no in other eCommerce company.

                          We place an order on jun last week after two days, we returned the dress material through indiarush pick uppers. order no.[protected] and another order no.[protected]. That return courier receipt i was sent by e-mail ([protected]@indiarush.com). and also sent by login of indiarush. I was sent courier receipt so many times and im tring to call indiarush contact no. But still they are not responding and not given any refund and credit voucher. Im complaining against indiarush service take serious action about indiarush and do the needfull.

                            I have ordered a dress and want to return it because it is totally different from the one mentioned on the site it's material and all is different your contact number is not working please accept my request I have paid so much for it and dint got the product worth it..The contact number on your site is also not working.I have called on the number from which I got the call is also not answering..This is not the way to treat the customers .                               I think this indiarush site is a fraud and very cheap. they have delivered a cheap product to me. very low quality and when am trying to call them to their silly mobile number provided. it says busy and no one even call back.
                              I want my 1500 rs back. so cheap they are.

                              This site is very cheap . fraud..
                              please help me refunding my 1500 rs back .. please

                                named Manoj. He was asking my debit card number which is on the front side and then he telling me calculate by entering my last digit 3 pin number but i refused to give him and then he was having very bad attitude while talking to me . Finally he took my account number which i gave and he promised me to return my money within 2 hours... i have not got any response yet.

                                Then i called again customer care and after a long while they picked my phone and they are saying we cant give you cash refund it will be in the form of IR Credits ... What was that? Please resolve my issue...!!!

                                    It has been almost nine months now and i am still fighting for a refund on a saree that i returned last september : (Of course, their phone is always busy, if you are lucky to get through you are put on hold and often cut off. No one calls you back, in spite of promising.
                                    They are claiming that they never received the returned item, however, they received another item that was sent in the same package! Their computer was having problems and i was asked to submit a return request via email which i had done, and now they are saying i never returned the product.
                                    I shop online a lot but this has to be the worst experience i have had. It is not the money, it is the principle i am fighting for. Shame on such unethical businesses.
                                    In america and uk there is "better business bureau" that help you solve such problems - no such thing in india to deal with the "ek number ke chor"!

                                    Your supplier Tiana Creation is LYING about the fact that they have not received item #1016. Since #1016 was sent in the same package with another item which they have received!
                                    It is due to IndiaRush's terrible, inefficient service that this case has taken so long and yet NOT solved. I am not about to roll over and die. It is your unethical business tactics that I am fighting against. Your behavior is unacceptable and I demand my refund.
                                    If you want I can publish all my emails since August 2015 for all your customers to see what kind of service I have been receiving. As you know I always respond to every phone call or email and have records of everything.

                                      I have tried to contact your team more than 100 times but every time your team is cutting of my phone.

                                      Sir/ maam,
                                      I really need your help on my below mentioned complain as due to some issues with return receipt information made by courier team i have to suffer a loss of amount 700rs. Also note that i have reattached the mail for your reference also attached the trail mail which i have been sending to your team for reply.

                                      As your team failed to reply and help me, i have to write this mail to you. Hope you understand the situation and help me.

                                      Please note that i have returned both the styles product ir110_14oct15-sty-8805 and (Ir110_01apr16-sty-mandirapink-a1 to excom express team kolkata as per the return request details received from excom express kolkata against product ir110_14oct15-sty-8805 and (Ir110_01apr16-sty-mandirapink-a1 please find the below attached.Inline image 1
                                      As i am working women and stays alone in kolkata. I asked them to do the pick on staurday that is[protected]. On the very same day i got call from excom express kolkata that they will do the pick up on sunday that is 12-06-16 as if convenient to me. And on the same day evening 10-06-16 i received a sms from excom express kolkata team that the 1st return pick attempt was unsuccessful please find the below for your reference.

                                      Then i called up excom express delhi team and informed that there team has only confirmed me that they will come for pick up on 11-06-16. So, how they can send me a message saying that the 1st attempt for pick up was not successful. Excom express delhi team said sorry for the inconvenience and said the pick up will be done on monday that is 13-06-16. As told you earlier i am working women, i handover my parcel containg both the products ir110_14oct15-sty-8805 and (Ir110_01apr16-sty-mandirapink-a1 to my neighbor and asked them to receive the return receipt against the same from the courier guy. When in the evening i received the return receipt from my neighbor i realize that the excom express kolkata team has given me only return receipt against one article and has picked up both the articles please find the below attached image for your reference.

                                      Then again immediately i called up to pick up guy and asked that in havn't received the other receipt. The person told me to call excom express delhi and file a complaint against the same to get return receipt for 2nd article. When l call excom express delhi office they provided me the excom express kolkata manager no. That is [protected] mr. Srikanta ghosh. I immediately call him and explained him the situation what has happened, he said that he will check the parcel himself and will confirm wheteher he has received both the products ir110_14oct15-sty-8805 and (Ir110_01apr16-sty-mandirapink-a1 or not. At 1.00 pm on 14-06-16 i called him again regarding my parcel details he confirms me that he has received both the articles and forwarding the both the article to its respective dealer through excom express and the awb no. For the same are[protected] and[protected].

                                      After getting an awb no. Against both the articles i call up india rush team and has a talk with mr. Alok thakur and had explained him the whole situation and asked him for cooperation to get the credit against both the article as i have already handover both the products ir110_14oct15-sty-8805 and (Ir110_01apr16-sty-mandirapink-a1. He asked me to write a mail to india rush team with putting all the details which is mentioned in the below trail mail and he will forward this issue to india rush team and team will definitely help me on the same. Unfortunately after putting so much effort and follow up with so many people i received a disappointing mail from india rush team yesterday stating that they only except only one article return request and the other request they cancelled but the dealer has received both the articles back.                                         I had placed oder no.[protected] on 21.04.2016 for cotton white printed kurti with palazzo with size m with online shopping site 'indiarush.com'and made payment by credit card. After placing order i realized size m may not fit well and i should go for size l. So on 22.04.2016 i called on customer help no. & requested for size l which they accepted. On 23.04.2016 i received sms for shipment of item with size m thru courier ecomexp vide awb no.[protected].
                                        I again called on customer care no. They ensured that i will get my requested size l.

                                        Till date & after a lapse of two months and even after repeated follow up.. Emails on their customer help i have nither received item i had ordered for nor they r refunding me the amount paid.

                                        They always reply two line saying give us time to resolve problem

                                        I dont know where s the problem?

                                        I would like have refund of amount paid with interest without any further delay.
