    i have ordered product(order no[protected] from www.indiarush.com and paid 2499 through internet banking on 9-1-2016. After successfully paid product delivered to my adrress on[protected] but once i open the package i found it was incomplete, i ordered saree with blouse but inside the package i only found designer blouse n saree was missing then i called the customer service but the straight away denied and said that they sent complete product.Now I want my back in my bank account
    Now i want consumer forum to help to sort this out n banned indiarush. Please suggest me for further process.

    Still i m not receiving my money then why u r said that your complaint is resolved????? I want my money back in my bank account asap.
    I know u told me earlier but whatever i have received was incomplete...
    I have only received blouse peice not the saree and i paid for the both but u just send me the blouse peice so its better to take this back and refund my money asap.
    Many times i have mailed for my refund amount, it's already 25 days crossed, worst shooping exp with indiarush

      Ordered for a saree, the quality being the most cheapest costed me Rs.2850/- so i decided to return it. I returned the product back and they told me i will get a refund within 5-7 working days. I have recorded all the conversaton with the customer care and he clearly said that the cheque is being couriered to your address. after 15 days i again called to ask and they said we will courier it to you after 5 days. What kind of BS is this ? Its the most SHAMEFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL way of conducting business. Even if you send emails they have a fixed template to send everyone and no one cares what your problem is. The Customer care number is ALWAYS busy, hardly anyones interested to reply to e-mails, and there is no way to talk to the higher authority to resolve the problem. NEVER EVER fall in a trap like this and its a SHAME on such companies in India conducting Fraudulent Business practices in Public and DUPING people with FALSE hopes and PROMISES and still no actions are being taken to protect the rights of the consumers.

        I had ordered one dress material of Rs 1499/- in Oct 2015. They sent a wrong product. After that i got Coupons and again i ordered another dress material of Rs 1500/- in Dec 2015. And again i got wrong product. Then i sent it back. Now i am calling on customer care no (+91 [protected] ), they told that i will get a money by cheque but still i am following up with them and not getting my money back.. Now they are not picking my call also.. Its very bad site. Please don't go for it.

          HI, my self is Deepmala Kushwaha and living in Hyderabad . My complain is that, I placed one of order (Order #[protected]on 8/12/2015 amount of Rs 3, 129.00 . I received that order on[protected] . When I checked that that order, I was become dissatisfied due to some reason .I decided to return that item and called the customer care number of shopping website but its always showing busy tone.I don't know whether its right or fake number .Then I sent one mail regarding to return my product .Immediately I received mail, that they are not able to collect back that item, because of area is out of Currier service and if you want to return that item, you have to ship this product with your self only (they will also refund Rs100 extra for shipping charfe ). The amount( Rs.3, 129.00) was big, then I decided to ship that item myself only .After that, it has been more than one month I am regularly follow customer care number and sending email for refund my money I am not getting any response from IndiaRush.com customer care .             On 30th November I placed a request to return the red lehnga, order no.[protected], worth nearly Rs.[protected]. Till now I have not got my refund. I have even returned the product via post. They are asking to send the account details from the indiarush id "[protected]@gmail.com". I'm unable to access it as I think they have changed the password. Strangely, once I called the consumer service and one of there care executive verbally told me my password! After rings of email and they phone calls (which they don't receive), I'm requesting you for refund.

                  Ordered a product in IndiaRush on Oct 26th. It got delivered on Nov 4th. The product quality is very worst. Raised a return request on the same day (Nov 4th '15). They took back the product from me on Nov 5th '15.Till now (Jan 10 '16), they are not returning me my amount. I have done almost 20 calls to them. Whoever attends the call, not responding properly. They were very lethargic. They are not forwarding the call to next level. They keep on telling some financial department is processing. They are no connecting to them as well. I strongly believe this is way they cheat all the customers. I have lost almost 4500/- rs money in this. If you are able to help me, please do the needful as soon as possible. Also please ban IndiaRush in India. I believe many customers like me are affected.

                    I purchased one suit through online from Indiarush.com on 26/11/2015 and the product delivered was of pathetic quality and substandard material. I couriered back the suit to the vendor on 30/11/2015 and till date despite continuous reminders to the vendor the refund has not been initiated. Request you to intervene!

                      I have purchased one Mandira Bedi ciffon saree for 1600 rs. from India rush (DELHI NOIDA)as on 10th APR.2015, I was not satisfied with its quality, its very worst quality, same day I return to them after calling/mailing them as per their shopping conditions and confirm the receipt of the same. Since last eleven months I am taking follow up for the same. but NO ANY RESPONSE from them, I have sent them more than 100 emails, and spent my more than rs. 2000 to calling them, But they are not responding. Please advise...

                          What is hall is this ? Why r u cancelled my return request ? How many times I sent screenshot . Indiarush manager u r disgusting sham on u. I go to consumer court regarding this issue . U make a fool People indiarush manager.                             I had ordered Kangana Ranaut Raw Silk Zari amp; Mirror Work Orange Unstitched Bollywood Style Suit - ANA1 on 3rd of November 2015. Order No. [protected] It took too long for them to deliver the item. So, I gave a request to cancel my order. I did not even receive this item. I was trying to reach Indiarush customer care for refund, but the mentioned number was busy every time. After trying for several days, I could talk to the customer care executive of Indiarush.com. I was told that refund request will be processed soon. However, nothing has happened till now. Its 2 months now since my money left my account. And Indiarush does not feel any obligation to return the free money. I need my money (Rs. 1399) back to my account for an item which I did not even touch.

                              They send me a very bad quality product so i returned the product. They send their courier man to take the product in 2 days but they have never refunded the amount . they have given a helpline but i have been trying it for 4 days it is never available . Whem i filed a complaint to them they never replied to the request but their promotion messages comes twice daily . Like me they have also done fraud with others. This is a big fraud if they do with many customers as the product which they send it is very cheap product sold at high price and if someone return the product they don't refund the value but pick up the product.

                                I have made purchase on Indiarush.com. My order no is[protected] which is Bollywood style semistiched lehnga.I was dissatisfied with product so i made a return and asked for refund to my bank account. They have refused to payment into my bank account while insisting on Indiarush credit as only refund option. There is no such policy barring to avail refund to my bank. They are being stubborn and worst their customer helpline is not respinsive. They have no reason to deny me my rights. I have sent emails to their care id but they simply don 'tcare. Please tellme what action should i take against India rush..

                                  I ordered one product[protected]. That was not at all the same as displayed on the website. I returned it on 27th oct 2015. Since then i have been calling them daily to get my refund back. But these just make excuses that its under process, we have not got any updates.

                                  They are the most cheap, fraud and site and they have seriously the worst customer care. They just dont know any processes. What they know is only cheating and fraud.

                                  I request the government to ban such sites as they just sucking everyone's money. I am already in sort of money and these people are doing such frauds.

                                  I hope all of them just go to hell and suffer a lot in their life. Hope their children also suffer the same way as we are suffering.

                                    Indiarush is such a cheap and unethical e-commerce site i had ever experienced in my life i can say. They delivered wrong product 2months back, and as per the policy they said they will refund which never happened tilldate. Whenever i call, surprisingly, every agent gives only one answer, your cheque will be dispatched in 48hours and i dont know when that 48hours gets completed. I am writing an email to the CEO of Indiarush to say how good job his team is doing by taking money from the customers and not ready to refund. Good investment business they are doing by taking money and not refunding! They should feel shame and learn from their competitors snapdeal and voonik and other better sites to work effectively. Here matter is not money, but its the matter of customer satisfaction, time, patience and goodwill. Especially person ego hurts if you are trying to hurt that person with the same music all the ime.

                                        I had oreder a saree vide order no #[protected], but i found the saree is a bad quality than what is shown in image, then place for return of saree for which i have to pay the courier charges, but after repeated calling and writing mails this indiarush people are not responding nor returning my money even though they have got the product back.
