I have been fighting for the refund of a saree (#1016) that was returned last August!
When I tried to return #1016 IndiaRush's computer was not allowing me to process the return on line. When I phoned I was told to send an email saying I am returning the item. So I emailed IndiaRush and returned the item along with another saree that was going to the same company -Tiana Creation. They are acknowledging the receipt of one of the sarees but not #1016 which was in the same package. It has been over a year ...
IndiaRush and the suppliers they are dealing with are all crooks. Try calling IndiaRush and you will find out ... good luck getting through to them!!!

      But they are not responding properly with my knowledge they disconnected the call. I never expected this kind of response from your side. Very worst...!

        I want to file a complain against indiarush,

        its a fraud company,

        i want to sue them under false representation, cheating, fraud
        the worst product, absoultely different from what i saw

        i have been trying the customer care of india rush since so long, its always busy.
        they are purposely doing so that i am not able to get my refund and the time elapses so they shall have an excuse to say that your compalint was not registered within 24 hours!

        this way they fool peope who earn hard earned money and they practise fraud

          I have ordered a saree from indiarush of order id[protected]. But the material is very bad and the colour too is not matching with the colour they showed in their site. So i requested for return. They neither recieve any calls nor they give any reply to my mails. Yesterday i recieved a message that courier ecom express will pick up the item. But neither they came nor did they called me. At night i recieved another message that they failed in their attempt of picking up the parcel whereas my number wasgiven and that was totally correct. They said to call the customer care of the courier but they also disnot recieve any of my calls. Then indiarush cancelled my request. They are totally harassing me. Please help me or else my money Rs.1435 will get wasted. And i feel that they are doing it intentionally. Thank you.

            I am again writing it to you. This is the last time I'm buying from indiarush. Plz help me I'm pleading. These people from India rush are not helpful at all. And these people intentionally don't pick there phones. They don't want to help us. Customers are in problem and they are not ready to help at all .instead they are asking us to post pictures of the product daily. I don't understand what is their problem. I ordered a blue colored lehenga.and you sent me a orange one.please help me .I'm getting frustrated now. Our money is involved and u guys cannot force us to take anything u will give.               Dear concern, this is to bring to your notice order no #[protected] the dress material which was received on dated 12th aug 2016, since then i am trying to call them in their no [protected] india rush, no one is taking my call, and its showing switch off. I had to escalate the case through mail from 12th aug till date, everytime i am getting an automatic system mail saying that my return is been processed. Its been almost 12 days still i havent got any respond from them and i have also asked them in mail i need their ceo contact details to raise this complaint. Any how i need my amount 1650 back and i want this product to move out from me. Or else i had to complaint legally through lawyer and they have to face the consequence.

              I have not received the refund of rupees 1799 till date. This order eas places one and half month back. The service of this indiarush is very disgusting. No proper response to mail and the customer care number provided on the website is engaged all the time. This site is really a joke.

                Hello team,

                This is regarding the order #[protected] canceled on 19th august 2016.

                In spite of several calls and follow-ups, the amount of rs 1349 is not refunded to my bank account till date.

                If the issue is not resolved at the earliest, i will be taking an appropriate legal action to ensure the amount is refunded asap.

                    I have given one order on 19th july vide order no[protected] which expected delivery date was 24th july 16 but received on 5th august 2016.

                    I was given one product (georgette lace work green & cream printed half & half saree - 16). but i received another product like ladies pink semi stitched dress.

                    From 12th august i have given complain, only mail chatting is continuing but no result. lat two days no reply from indiarush customercare

                      I had purchased one item from indiarush n the item what i had received is completely different so i had requested for the return of the product. The product is already collected from courier people. Several times i had email the receipt n the image of the item but till date i had not received my money or nor do they receive my calls or mail to me. You'll are sending me messages again n again to upload receipt of the return which i had done so many times.
                      Please acknowledge this complaint as fast as possible otherwise i will complain to the consumer court n file a case under section 18.

                        I have yet not recieved refund against the rto order #[protected]. First resolve this issue. Process the refund if yet it have not been initiated, and if you already have initiated then please check what happened that still its not reflecting in my account. How long do i have to suffer. Now its been almost a month am looking for my refund. It was rs.2899/- and i want my money.
                        Do it asap.

And these people intentionally don't pick there phones. They don't want to help us.                                   This is the complaint against the website www.indiarush.com order id:[protected], they are a fraud website. The owner company is arnit retail pvt ltd. 630, 1st floor, lane no 3, 1st building,. Near rtdc, westend marg, saidulajab,. New delhi - 110030.

                                  The modus operandi is they take online orders, send wrong or cheap products and know that customer will send it back to us.

                                  They take the product back and never refund any one. Not even a single customer till date has been refunded and everyone is crying till date because they dupe everyone! I urge you to get my money back. I have all the details and slips needed. Rs. 1350 are overdue since 2 months now!

                                  You have taken the product back already. I have the return slip from courier. I have all the emails stating refund has been processed. There is no amount that has been sent to the bank account uploaded on their website.

                                  If you genuinely care, refund the amount right now!

                                    Two orders[protected] and[protected] Have been delivered on 18-july-2016 and its been a month now and i have not yet received the cashback of 171 and 209. I have called several times and i have the request numbers for these, 42246, 42642, 42910, 45956, 47743, 45959

                                    Still i dont see any response from their end. I am fed up with this company in calling on regular basis.. very poor response and illiterate ppl work. they dont even know to solve the issues.. Its been a month and you people are not giving my general credits, I have purchased for more than 18000/- amount in a month and i am not getting proper service.
