    I applied for a new connection on 19 June through your customer support team nd got my BP number as well. The executive told me that your marketing team will contact me for taking documents and cheque. 2 months later no person contacted me even after repeated communication from my side to your customer support team requesting them to send some one. After 2 months I got a call from Mr. Arvind from Marketing team stating that he will pick up documents and cheque. I submitted him the documents and it has been more than 20 days now that no meter has been installed. I have called Mr. Arvind multiple times but no response. I have called Mr. VP Singh from Survey Team and he also didn't help me out. Initially I complained to Mr. Gauri Shankar who is supposedly Area Manager but he also didn't help me. It's almost 90 days and my meter is still not connected. Such poor service and no responsibility from your team makes me wonder of your customer satisfaction. Such unprofessional behaviour.       My BP no. RAY[protected]. The pipeline connection was installed in Dec 2020 and has been checked for leakage etc. several times. But it is not been initiated till date despite many requests from our side. Some employee's contact no. also shared with us for initiation but that employee is the most careless one, never picks up phone or make random claims of his whereabouts and make us wait for him but never ever showed up. His name is Nikhil (phone - [protected]). Customer care is also at the peril of such irresponsible people like Nikhil. Some strict action is needed against this employee. IGL has such issues initiating a connection, god knows what will be the services after the connection is initiated. I believe, we will be hungry for days in case any problem occurs and we are dependent upon your services alone.

        Sir, I have applied for PNG connection for almost two months back. Which can be assessed by my BP No. [protected]. However, connection has not been alloted despite submission of documents. I have called up customer care every day and DMA alternate day. DMA says documents have been uploaded, whereas IGL says, no documents uploaded. Both advise me to talk to other party. Customer care says talk to DMA. DMA says talk to customer care. I do not know what to do. Thanks.

            My Business Patner no is [protected] and I had deposited Rs7500 as a initial security deposit for taking new connection in 2008 and again after 13 years of service Igl is again asking for Rs 1000 as a consumption security deposit . This is nothing but exploitation of customer .Instead of paying intrest every year on security deposit as done by BSes delhi at the starting of every financial year first bill .

                  Just like many other people, IGL has literally "imposed" security deposit of Rs1000 in our bill. According to them, they are levying this on people whose average monthly consumption is more than Rs1500. First of all, our average monthly bill is within Rs1000, so this explanation doesn't apply on us anyways. Secondly, even for people whose average monthly bill is more than Rs1500, this security deposit out of nowhere is completely unexplained and unjust. A separate security amount had already been charged by IGL from every consumer at the time of installation.

                    Despite my repeated request that due to pandemic we are staying with our daughter and house is locked for 6 months and no one is using gas etc. We are getting bills without the use of gas. Kindly look into the matter and correct the bill urgently.

                      Sir,

                      You are charging 2 times VAT on the same period invoice i.e. from 17.04.2021 to 07.07.2021. I already paid Rs.33.82 as a VAT to you why again VAT levied on the same time period invoice in the next invoice . Please correct my current invoice and adjusted excess amount of Rs.33.82 from current invoice.

                      You can check and confirm the truth from my old gas invoice no[protected] dated 09.08.2021 and new gas invoice no[protected] dated 06.09.2021. I have to pay invoice amount of my gas bill before due date. Please sent me correct invoice of my gas consumption bill.

                        It's been more than one year since your company came to our society and installed igl connections, but ther are few houses that are left incomplete. My house is one of them. All other houses in our area are using your services but my building don't even connected.
                        I made many phone calls to customer care no. But i don't know why they are delaying it

                                  We have given payment of connection charges wide cheque no. 000283 on 4th February 2021 and till now the connection has not been provided to me. You have been enjoying the interest on deposit and harassing the customer.
                                  Your person came and inspected everything.
                                  Another person came and installed the meter etc and did not saything, said everything is perfect.
                                  Just one week before your contractor came to start the connection and said one different thing which has never been told by anybody. This person said I have to put another exhaust and cut the glass which our landlord is not allowing.
                                  We have Electric Chimney in our kitchen and one door of the kitchen is always open which opens in the living then I dont think it is required.
                                  I would request you to immediately get this installed otherwise please return my money with interest failing which I will have no option except to move to consumer forum where I will file a suit for deposit with interest along with harassment compensation also. Your cusomer care department is useless as 5 days back I spoke to them and he said he will get the needful done but nothing happened then I called person responsible for JMD cell no [protected] but he also did not give any response rather said he cant do anything.
                                  I dont think you people can do anything.
                                  I want the reply or connection or money back in 3 days failing which I am going to send the mail to Gass authorities alongwith Minister.

                                    The above mentioned connection was temporary disconnected for renovation and a request for restoration was made on 26.8.2021 morning. Today is the 9th Day since the complaint was registered but my connection is not restored till today for reason best known to you.                                     This is Omwati. A resident of Naya Bazar najafgarh Fitting and laying of vertical piping and installation of meter has been done in our home but the underground connection from the main source is still pending . It has been almost one year when these copper pipes and meter was installed. Ever since till now many frequent requests have been made toward this respect but every time the authorities turned a deaf year towards our request. The last visit of your team to us was on November 2020.
