Meter Theft but without use of gas bill is coming

BP [protected]

Meter belongs to above BP number was theft about one year ago. Tried hard to register the theft information in IGL with the support of FIR copy but no one took the complainant and routing is to eachother. We tried to register this complaint on customer care number also, but they are more smart the just listen the issue but don't give you any complaint number. Immediate after closing the call they send the issue...

Complaint against malva during doing hol

No response for new connection since months

Shifted to Landcraft golflinks, NH 24, Ghaziabad . Filled form on 4th July and submitted all the required documents and cheque. Since then customer care cannot help and IGL representative is not picking up the phone. Very pathetic situation....

Gas supply not activated/started from past 2 months

Gas connection not activated from the last 15 days.

Hi team,
My BP no. is [protected]. The gas meter has already installed and I have made a request to start gas supply. For this, I have raised a ticket on 31st July, 2021 with ticket number([protected]). As per one of the customer care associates, ticket had been closed because of house locked informed by engineer. But, I attended him and he told me during his visit that the company is lacking in its equipment and they cannot continue...

Bill with Installments

I got IGL connection more than 2 years back.
There was a due of Rs. 3500/- for which installation of Rs. 500/- was created. This month I got 8th installment which is more than original ask of 3500/-. Please look into the matter and adjust overpaid dues.

Non activation of Gas connection

Address:Community centre, IGL Bhawan, Sector-9, R.K. Puram, New Delhi

I have applied IGL gas in February, 2021. Security Deposit of Rs.6000/- was also deposited. I have been allotted BP No. is [protected]. But after 7 months, there is no activation of Gas connection. It has not linked with main pipeline .

Conversion from LPG to PNG

Address:E-204 RANJEET VIHAR 2 DWARKA SECTOR 23 NEW DELHI 110077

I had converted my LPG connection to PNG Connection on 26 Jul 21. The conversion was completed by the service representative. However, there is an issue with ignition on the gas stove. It is not consistent and has to be ignited by matchbox only, gas lighter does not work. Please resolve.

New connection activation ng conversion

Have requested for starting the IGL connection from the meter to the stove on 8th aug 2021, and IGL team said that within 3 working days connection will be done, but till date no one had contacted for the same.with no gas my family is unable to cook food. I am contacting the IGL customer care every day they are just saying your request is on high priority and agent will come soon.
I am fed up with this behaviour so i am putting a complaint...

Address:E-15 (3rd Floor), Sewak Park, Dwarka Mor, New Delhi-110059.

Applied for new connection in April, 2018.
Pipe Line and Meter were installation in April 2019.

Still connection is pending whereas Gas supply is fully in operation in all the buildings around me.

Over the last 3 months repeated complaints have been made to your customer no. [protected].

Repeated assurances have been given but no action.
Please advise.

Connection of pipeline service

My registered my mobile no. Is [protected]. I have applied for pipeline connection in feb'21. The agent came n took all the required information along with cheque for Re6000/-. After this Noone came to check n I called Somany time to customer care n there was no response. In March I was told that your papers are misplaced n you have to apply again. The other person came n again took all the required papers n said your previous cheque is expired...

Not willing to start connection

We had applied for igl connection on 14th June and contiguously requesting every member to do the connection as soon as possible. Buy every time they say 90 days, what is this reply from customer care, why cant you people start connection before 90 days, without any shame they just keep om saying wait for 90 days. Are they providing free connection ? Every time same reply, no body wants to listen anything, like...
