My bp no is [protected]. My meter is installed and it is more than 1 month. But they didn't connect it with gas. I have called 4 to 5 times to igl customer care but no action till now.

    Address: Shalimar Garden Extension -1, Ghaziabad

    My BP No. is [protected] and the bill was not paid since Dec'20.
    Reason : Inappropriate Bill Generation
    Called so many times to send someone who can correct this bill issue when they called for the payment due

    I'm talking about today's incident wherein had to face a worst behaviour or customer care executive Mahi Sharma from [protected] number at 1250hrs wherein her call starts with
    "koi bolega"
    I replied : bol rahe hain madam
    Mahi: Phele batao, bill kyon nahin pay kiya (rudely)
    I replied: Customer se aise baat ki jati hai. Pehle us se sun to lo kyon nahin pay kiya
    Mahi : Theek hai batao (again rudely)
    I replied: Madam pehle tameez se baat karo fir aapse baat karoonga
    Mahi : Theek hai gas connection cut jayega abhi and she banged on her phone.

    Note: Till today I haven't received the correct bill from IGL and they have the worst customer care executive who talk. She should be sued for slander.

    To overcome such situation, I went to IGL office of Vaishali, Ghaziabad and met with the staff Satender and detailed him about the issue again and also given him today's IGL meter reading.

    I also showed him the paid amout of INR 4114.06 today.

    He said that due to COVID, reading was taken on pro rata basis and now the chip in the meter has been made active and going forward, the bill will be corrected.

    I just need from IGL that there are so many people who old and unable to pay bill online and if they get the incorrect bill, how are they going to approach the correct people in IGL to get their bill/ payment rectified.

    IGL should start a drive for such people, get the random check of meters, incorrect bills to get them rectified. This would help the consumers (citizen on India).

    If the freedom of India has allowed us to earn, please earn without harming mentally/ physically to the people. Please don't raise your standards of earning only, raise your behaviour too, with the people.

    Meter reading and paid bill are attached.
    If it doesn't get corrected, I'll have to go the higher authority

      There have been many complaints made on customer care number, person comes and goes without checking the leakage thoroughly. There is very strong smell felt inside the small children park in C block where two IGL pipelines are present. Residents are having continuous complaint, since it is open space, it will not harm anyone but gas is being wasted as smell is felt 24*7. Not sure why IGL is not able to send competent engineer who can fix the leakage issue.

        Address: Mahindra Park Panka Road C1 110059

        In our locality Mahindra Park, Pankha road, C1, ND 110059 new pipelines have been installed in last 6 months but the contractor have ruined the locality roads. There are huge piles of sand/stones lying all around and they have ruined the road which was properly cemented before this started. Also, they are connecting the gas pipeline straight to the pipes outside home and not covering these pipes. Who will be responsible if these plastic pipes break?

        Kindly resolve both these at the earliest.

          Sir
          It's been over for two years that we are doing repeated complaints about our home connection staying pending from being connected with underground pipeline. After every complaint any authorised person comes and ensures us that the complaint will be resolved soon but nothing happens.

          This kind of behavior of your department is really very disappointing. Kindly do something and get the work done.

              Dear sir,
              My bp no is [protected] and mob no is [protected].Before I wrote to you on dated 21/7/2021 about the faliour of your civil engineering department they persons came to me on 23-7-21 and again promised me next day he will solve it.But they didn't come next day.sir I am requesting you to plz take some action like these people who are not taking his responsibilities and solve it as soon as possible.
              If they're not solve it I will write to Director and CEO of igl for further process.

                        Hello,

                        I am a resident of Logix Blossom County, tower G 505, sector 137, Noida 201305. I would like to draw your attention towards the complaint I have raised a few weeks ago to the customer care of IGL, where there was no action has been taken. I have been given a number of some random person called as Mr Amit [protected]. Amit has been providing us numbers of some IGL agents like Musharraf (metre fixing person), Ashish (for fitting), and Ankur (for pipe fitting in extra cost). I would like to know and raise this concern whether each and every person mentioned above are your employees and are they allowed to ask for some money to fix the IGL pipeline at my home. I would like to end this complaint by saying that if there no appropriate action has been taken for my complaint, ' I shall be taking a legal action against the same if needed'.

                            Despite repeated calls to customer care from last 28 days after installation of meter connection is not fixed with burner, my complaint was assigned to Mr.Rohit, who kept on giving one or other excuse of not coming.
                            After 10 days contacted customer care and registered complaint they gave of assurance to turn up in 3 working days, but no one turned up.
                            After calling customer care again and again from last 10 days and latest complaint number [protected] was registered on 23 July, 2021. I was given assurance that they will arrange a call from their backend and will send a personel to do the needful but after 24 hours of last call I have not received any call or any person visiting.
                            I am being mentally harassed from last 28 days as I don't have ready cylinder available for replacement in case o[censored]rgency. It is again requested to IGL for starting the gas service to my house.

                              I applied for a new connection for the above-mentioned address. All the required procedure is completed. However, the connection of the gas pipeline to the stove is pending since 15th July. I have called customer care no almost every alternate day and registered my complaint multiple times. But nobody has contacted me even till today.

                              I request you to kindly take up the matter urgently to provide the gas connection.

                                        There is a gas leakage through my stove, I have checked the pipeline with IGL personnel and they said it’s through the stove which they will not check or repair. Also the intensity of fire is not proper in my stove. Need to be checked urgently.
