Dear sir,
My bp no is [protected] and mob no is [protected].Before I wrote to you on dated 21/7/2021 about the faliour of your civil engineering department they persons came to me on 23-7-21 and again promised me next day he will solve it.But they didn't come next day.sir I am requesting you to plz take some action like these people who are not taking his responsibilities and solve it as soon as possible.
If they're not solve it I will write to Director and CEO of igl for further process.

        Despite repeated calls we are not able to have installation done in over home at L 236b lajpat nagar sahibabad Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh 201005 and the installation te keeps on asking to contact some number they provide who further gives a number to contact and this loops keeps on goong

            Hello,

            I am a resident of Logix Blossom County, tower G 505, sector 137, Noida 201305. I would like to draw your attention towards the complaint I have raised a few weeks ago to the customer care of IGL, where there was no action has been taken. I have been given a number of some random person called as Mr Amit [protected]. Amit has been providing us numbers of some IGL agents like Musharraf (metre fixing person), Ashish (for fitting), and Ankur (for pipe fitting in extra cost). I would like to know and raise this concern whether each and every person mentioned above are your employees and are they allowed to ask for some money to fix the IGL pipeline at my home. I would like to end this complaint by saying that if there no appropriate action has been taken for my complaint, ' I shall be taking a legal action against the same if needed'.

              This is Anima Singh. I m consumer of IGL due to lockdown we not in city for many month in Year 2020 n 2021 as well.
              U hv generated bill for June but premises lock since April 25, will u pls let us know how it happened?

                Despite repeated calls to customer care from last 28 days after installation of meter connection is not fixed with burner, my complaint was assigned to Mr.Rohit, who kept on giving one or other excuse of not coming.
                After 10 days contacted customer care and registered complaint they gave of assurance to turn up in 3 working days, but no one turned up.
                After calling customer care again and again from last 10 days and latest complaint number [protected] was registered on 23 July, 2021. I was given assurance that they will arrange a call from their backend and will send a personel to do the needful but after 24 hours of last call I have not received any call or any person visiting.
                I am being mentally harassed from last 28 days as I don't have ready cylinder available for replacement in case o[censored]rgency. It is again requested to IGL for starting the gas service to my house.

                  I applied for a new connection for the above-mentioned address. All the required procedure is completed. However, the connection of the gas pipeline to the stove is pending since 15th July. I have called customer care no almost every alternate day and registered my complaint multiple times. But nobody has contacted me even till today.

                  I request you to kindly take up the matter urgently to provide the gas connection.

                          There is a gas leakage through my stove, I have checked the pipeline with IGL personnel and they said it’s through the stove which they will not check or repair. Also the intensity of fire is not proper in my stove. Need to be checked urgently.

                            Myself Leela Rana and my bp no [protected] and rajisterd mo no is [protected] . civil engineer mr Tarun and mr Arun does not do his work properly they build faulty chamber, and igl engineer do not passed it.l called so many times to him and urged him to change it or make proper chamber, they're not taking care he told me for tomorrow and it takes longer so many tomorrow gone .at last I need your help please take some action like these people who are demolishing company faith opon people.

                              In my flat gas pipe has been installed. In other flats on my building metre has been connected and gas has been activated.
                              In my flat meter has to be connected and gas to be activated.
                              Please fit the meter has activate the gas. Pipe has already been fitted

                                  On[protected], i did self billing through iglconnect. But discount of rs. 15/- was not given in my bill. I spoke to mr. Parshant on the same on this. He said discount of rs. 15/- will be given in next bill.

                                  Again today on[protected], i did self billing through iglconnect and again discount of rs. 15/- is not given.
                                  I spoke to mr. Abhishekh on this. He said, he will forward my complaint.

                                  If igl has promised discount of rs. 15/- on self billing through iglconnect, then why it is not done. Please give discount of rs. 30/- to me for these 02 bills.

                                      Please be informed that my house is empty since 2 years, hence, no one is using gas anymore. I am still receiving bills. Please look into this matter and let me know the genuine outstanding amount. refer the reference number in mail trail get the billing issue resolved asap.
                                      I sent the current meter readings as well the customer care git back to me and said no meter reading was sent . It is so disappointing and frustrating.
                                      This is so frustrating and disappointing. I sent again on 18th July 2021. They akways ask for 10 days and then they come back and say meter reading not received. Such a fake customer care, couldn't even imagine.
