    I applied for a new connection in February month whose BP number is [protected], and which is still pending. There is no connection between stove and meter. Kindly look in this matter.

      This is to inform you that I was at the IGL CNG filling station at Surajkund road pulpehladpur 1:30pm approximately on 08/07/2021.I was in the queue but a private police vehicle came without queue and taken the fuel. I think it is out of discipline. Kindly do some work on it.

        I have requested for starting the IGL connection from the meter to the stove on 25th June 2021, and IGL team said that within 3 working days connection will be done, but till date no one had contacted for the same. I am contacting the IGL customer care every day they are just saying your request is on high priority and agent will come soon.
        I am fed up with this behaviour so i am putting a complaint here if query is not resolved then I have to approach consumer court without any other option.
        Please take it seriously and send your agent as earliest as possible.

        have requested for starting the IGL connection from the meter to the stove on 8th Aug 2021, and IGL team said that within 3 working days connection will be done, but till date no one had contacted for the same. With no gas, my family is not able to cook food. I am contacting the IGL customer care every day they are just saying your request is on high priority and agent will come soon.
        I am fed up with this behaviour so i am putting a complaint here if query is not resolved then I have to approach consumer court without any other option.
        Please take it seriously and send your agent as earliest as possible.

          Please update payment of BP No. [protected].As we paid 2607.99 on 27.06.2021 against the estimated bill but same time actual bill generate on 28.06.2021.While the reading count from 17.02.2021 To17.06.2021 but estimated bill payment not updated in actual bill dated 28.06.2021. If the bill dated is correct as per your record so kindly provide detailed consumption amount plus security deducted for the reading period from 17.02.21 to 17.06.21.

            I had sent an email last week on Sunday June 27th 2021 regarding the bank deductions. A response to resolve the issue will be much appreciated.

            The bill from the above account/ Invoice had been regularly deduced from HDFC account until February 2021 (amount deducted Rs 830.61). The previous two amounts deduced were Rs 936.81 (on 28/12/2020) and Rs 659.41 (on 1/10/2020). However, none of the subsequent bills have been deducted from the account.

            Rs 1453.57 was deduced on June 7th 2021, however, it was deposited back the next day (see attached screen shot).

            As the bills are not been deducted, penalties are being added in each subsequent bills.

            Could you please clarify why the outstanding payments are not being deducted from the account.

              This is to bring to to your notice that BP Nos: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] are waiting installation of the piped gas line from the mainline. The internal piping in the building has been done 3 months back with a promise of completing installation within 10 days.
              despite repeated calls and complaints, there has been no response from IGL or local IGL engineers in Kalkaji, New Delhi.

              Please look into this at the earliest. We are extremely hassled by the attitude of the company.

                Hi,

                Three month before gas pipe line install at our house 78 - c, L.i.G flats
                Rampura Delhi 110035 Mobile no. [protected].
                Meter install meter no. HBM[protected].

                One of your exectuive rajesh center zone ([protected]). when i asked him to install he saying please close the complaint he will resolve this issue in two days. After two days when i call he saying our office in south zone . North zone we take this call. after that check his system he can say he will install another 2-3 days he has 450 pending complaint. I am saying i[censored] cannot install this please remove igl gas line at my premises.
                He said ok please call on customer care saying all this thing.

                Please solve this matter .. otherwise removed your pipe line at my house.

                  For the last 4 months, I have not been in my residence where I have taken the IGL connection & my flat is locked. Still I am receiving IGL bills on a regular basis. Don't know how you are calculating my bill if I am not using it.

                    I have received a fictitious and false modification gas bill for 4653 INR by IGL in June 2021 for changes done in 2018 and this complaint is to inform and highlight that this is fictitious and should be revoked.

                    My BP number is[protected]. I have never raised any modification request in 2018, therefore the modification Bill sent now in 2021 June is a BASELESS and fictitious. even though the bill is false, I did not get any notification in 2018 and now a false bill has been in June 2021.

                    I have raised this complaint multiple times to IGL customer care, however, no resolution has been provided to me. I am open to a site visit to examine the gas connection at my home.

                    In the false job sheet shared with me, it has been mentioned that the pipeline has been modified by 12 meters, however, our pipeline is not even 12 meters.

                    I have tried to clear this with IGL but without success, please help me, in this case, to clear this issue and revoke the fictitious bill modification bill raised.

                      i have applied connection in the month of april but till now i have not got my connection .when i call to customer care on daily basis they are saying that meter is installed but till now no has come to install anything . a person from your team is giving wrong information .

                        Dear IGL Team,

                        I have applied for a new IGL connection for my flat. my address is 225 Aravali Apartments, Alaknanda, New Delhi 110019.
                        (our Apartment already has IGL connection, including the flat below me)

                        I filled out the form yesterday, there was a popup that says, a link will be sent to email for verification, but it never came. I filled the form once more, still didn't receive it.

                        I called the customer care, no one picks up from the other end .

                        I request you to kindly resolve the issue, and provide the BP number and and kindly start the process.

                          I have been alloted BP number from IGL and was told to contact Gulab Singh to get the meter installed. Upon speaking with him he asked me to send him my BP no and he assured me that the work would be done in a day or two. Then he gave me another number to contact and said that gentleman would install the connection. This person has been assuring me for the last 10 days that he would come to install the meter in an hour but he hasnt turned up. This is so frustrating and a complete waste of time and energy.
                          These type o[censored]nprofessional employees and contractors should be taken to task.

                              I, Nishant Narendra, submitted all formalities/documents & paid the amount, however there is no clue about the status on my new connection.
                              The connection is to be furnished in a society where we have proper connections available in every neighborhood.
                              Still, neither anyone visited at my address for connection nor I get any update from anywhere.
                              There is no response from call centre as well.
                              Seems that IGL doesn't care about consumers.
                              Please redress my grievance.

                                I, Vivek Parashar, submitted all desired documents to person deputed by ADM, Vaishali, Ghaziabad on 31st March, 2021 for PNG new connection.
                                And within 10-11 days digging job and pipe installed to my house boundry wall. But unfortunately approximately 80 days passed no any progress in the status.
                                After so many efforts I came to know that concerned office/authority has lost my documents. And I resubmitted the duplicate documents on 18th June, 2021 but till date nothing happened.
                                Please redress my grievance.

                                    I Mrs. Monica sibi thomas W/o Dr. Deepak Agarwal R/o UG.1 PLOTNO. 73-74 Shakti Enclave, Burari, Delhi- 110084 Bp no. [protected]. I want to report a complaint against IGL north delhi, burari. A IGL teachican visited me today i.e 26/6/ 2021 in view of connecting the IGL pipe to my gas. Technican told my husband that there is a leakage in my gas so he would have to change back rotating Nob of gas (BACK) and frount circular nob. First thing i want to ask here is why-
                                    1.IGL TECHNICIAN DID REPAIR OF MY GAS WITHOUT A FORMAL COMPLAINT FROM CUSTOMER SIDE?
                                    2. TECHNICIAN CHARGED 430 RUPESS FROM MY HUSBAND IN VIEW OF CHANGING TWO NOBES( OVERCHARGING CUSTOMER)
                                    3. TECHNICIAN NAME MR.ARVIND KUMAR [protected]
                                    4. THERE WAS NO JOB CARD ISSUED NOR AFTER BEING CHARGED ANY KIND OF RECEIPT OF RECEIVING MONEY WAS GIVING TO CUSTOMER( MY HUSBAND)
                                    5. AFTER CALLING THE TECHNICIAN AND ASKING WHY HE OVER CHARGED US, ANOTHER TECHNICIAN CLAIMING TO
                                    BE CALLING FROM HEAD OFFICE MR. DEEPAK KUMAR [protected] CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT THE REPLACED ITEM ARE BRANDED AND UNDER WARANTY.
                                    6. I REQUESTED MR. DEEPAK FOR WARRANTY CARD TO THAT HE WAS QUIET. THE PARTS THAT IS CHANGED HARD COST 50 RUPEES TO THE MAX
                                    7. MR. DEEPAK WENT FURTHER AND HARRASED ME BEING A FEMALE AND SAID " PEHLI FEMALE DEKHI HAI ITNI BOLTI HUI" .
                                    Madam being a educated customer i dont think enquiring why i am being over charged has to do something to do with me being male or a female customer. Requesting your urgent intervention in this matter and your action against the specific technicians. PFA pictures

                                        Igl connection NGC-NG CONVERSION

                                        Vide our request no- [protected] dt-19.06.21 engineer visited our home on sunday 20th june 21 and demand 700 cash for ruber tube and others visited time at 8 o clok mr rocky and sender by naveen . We cant accept cash payment -engineer return back without connection after that we compain in igl customer care and still our connection is not done so far action requried
