My BP no. [protected], my IGL pipe connection has been disconnected permanently on 05 Mar 21, till date they did nt generate my last bill, further my security amount also strucked. I rang customer care many times but no solution found. You are requeated to resolve the issue & clear my security amount after deducting my last bill amount and send my final invoices.

    This is in reference to my grievance regarding my BP No.[protected] that requires your urgent and serious attention.
    As you are aware that last year our country faced a deep crisis in the economy due to Pandemic Novel Coronavirus Covid-19 of which after effects are still visible in current year.Due to the above I was stranded in some other city and could not properly attend IGL representatives and bills. Due to my absence estimated bills were raised which were later considered to be settled as per actual reading.

    My grievance: As per actual consumption of the cooking gas, the payable amount is coming out to be approx. Rs.119.64/- however the payment received by IGL is Rs.265.30/- and the billed amount is Rs.766.86/-.The three should match. This resulted in a credit balance of Rs.145.65/- with IGL for BP No.[protected].As per my understanding I have to bear only the actual consumption charges since this BP number was issued in June 2017. My payments till June 2020 were up to date including the estimated charges of that month but later I could figure out the deviation not convincing in invoices received later. I contacted customer care twice but they were unable to understand my grievance resulting in my receipt of the same invoice which compelled me to write this email.Â
    Request you to kindly give an urgent, serious attention with humble support and consideration to my case for its earlier resolution, settlement and help me in payments on a regular basis.

      It’s been a over month since applied for the gas pipeline connection and it’s been two week now since the fitting of the pipeline only without the connection
      Also there is no response from the service man appointed for the same
      And no proper response from customer care
      Please look into the issue.

      Yes same thing is happening in greater noida west they are simply asking rs 1000 bribe for early connection otherwise they will reject or postpone your request for months .

        I m not using igl gas for last 45 days but bill is continuosly high last two month i have used hardy 10 days but my bill amount is more than rs 1800
        I m living alone and most of time i m not using this gas connection
        I want to change my meter because meter reading is not accurate some mistakes in meter so please change meter

              I have paid all the past dues still they have provided me a bill by their own way of fraud on November all the dues were cleared in addition to the installation charges remaining. In Feb January's bill was paid in march they provide me again a bill which I tell them to rectify but they again provide me a bill from October which is of 192 days.
              As worked with s.f.i.o there used be many frauds like this one so I raised the issue.

                I am resident of 341/18/8 Shalimar Park Extn, Bhola Nath Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-110032 having gas connection: [protected]/05. My neighbours bribed one of the IGL gas employee and helped them taking their gas connection post disconnecting mine without my consent. When I asked him to explain the reason for the same. He misbehaved with me. I am disclosing the corrupt IGL gas Employee details below. Kindly take strict action against the authority:

                  Igl mechanic had made the connection at the wrong place here, which caused a hole in the water pipeline.I also put a([protected]) complaint in customer care, but anyone mechanic not came here, please transfer the Igl meter by sending the mechanic.

                    Hello Sir, My name is Siddharth Saxena. I live in West Jyoti Nagar Enclave, Loni Road, Shahdara, Delhi-94. Sir, I want to complaint for installation of gas pipeline in the ground. Sir the installation is pending from last 9-10 months. Everytime a new contactor comes and leave the work in between and left. This is going from many months. Few months back i recieved from your department for the enquiry whether the pipes are installed in the ground i told that no the pipes are not installed then the person said in the documents it is said the work is done the work is not done so that the work has started but the contractor leave the in between left. so sir please the see this issue very seriously and try to issue urgently because we facing problems created by digging of the roads which are left open. So sir try to solve this immediately.

                        Hi Sir/Madam,
                        I've called the executive to change the pipeline but they have 10 days late so we've not gone for any modification... and they have charged Rs. 1464 as Service Charge Bill is enclosed with this complaint.
                        They have mentioned my BP Number with wrong address and customer sign also does not belong to us.
                        Two executives came to my home for checking the same also and they talked to customer care also for not happening any modification at my home but till now this issue has ot got resolved. I'm in touch with IGL customer Care from last November. They reply every time that they have sent the same to concern department but not getting any reply from them.
                        Pls. look into the matter on urgent basis.. I'm getting mentally harassed now.

                          I had submitted Rs 6000/- to start the png connection in government quarter which I was holding 6 month back . After vacating the quarter I came to know that it is Rs. 1000/- to start the connection for government quarter. I wrote several emails and submitted all the documents asked by the customer care however, even after more that 6 months no refund has been initiated instead customer care keep on giving some excuse . Copy of email is attached .

                            I would like request to you, kindly re-Installed meter location in same Home Address.

                            because pipe line fitter had installed meter different place and connection provider made a point in differ location as per them own comfort.

                            I would request to you kindly transfer the case to project Department, they will reslove the issue as dicussed with field Engineer. he is asking this will be Free of cost.

                            Rest of people are demanding the money to shifted the point of connection.

                            provide us new Meter also becoz that time they installed old meter which is already used..

                            Check and reslove on urgent basis.

                              from 1 jan to 31 feb need hardcopy of gas piped line bill .please share on ebill copy with hard copy of my bill. As mostly time bills are not received and I need to chase up for the same. And also no meter readings have been checked by your executive team side from the past 2 months in 2021?kindly share bill hard copy and soft copy as soon as possible.

                                I had applied for a new connection on 8th Feb 2021. As per the guidelines, the feasibility check has to be done within 21 days. It has been more than that and still, no one from the project team has contacted me. I keep calling their customer care number and they keep giving the same reason that the issue has been escalated to the project team. People in my building use PNG so there is no reason for extending the feasibility check. Still, they are delaying the process so much.

                                        BP[protected].
                                        For past 2 months we have been complaining and following up on the gas connection but we have received no response from IGL. Service request no. is [protected]. All the formalities have been completed now, which were again a issue earlier and we had to take the matter to social media.
                                        Our neighbours got it fixed in a week. Why is it taking them so much time ??? Why is anybody not reverting back ?
