Not provided bill hard copy and e-bill

Hi team,
from 1 jan to 31 feb need hardcopy of gas piped line bill .please share on ebill copy with hard copy of my bill. As mostly time bills are not received and I need to chase up for the same. And also no meter readings have been checked by your executive team side from the past 2 months in 2021?kindly share bill hard copy and soft copy as soon as possible.

New PNG Connection

I had applied for a new connection on 8th Feb 2021. As per the guidelines, the feasibility check has to be done within 21 days. It has been more than that and still, no one from the project team has contacted me. I keep calling their customer care number and they keep giving the same reason that the issue has been escalated to the project team. Harassment for connection

BP[protected].
For past 2 months we have been complaining and following up on the gas connection but we have received no response from IGL. Service request no. is [protected]. All the formalities have been completed now, which were again a issue earlier and we had to take the matter to social media.
Our neighbours got it fixed in a week. Why is it taking them so much time ??? Why is anybody not reverting back ?...

This is to inform you that from last six month i always complaint about IGL pipe line connection which is not installed from out side. Every thing done inside the house i.g pipeline & meter installation. But the out side connection is still pending. I inform the project team also but they are least bother to resolve the issue.
So I request you to please resolve the issue on priority basis.

Unethical behavior

We have submitted our request for temporary uninstallation of our IGL gas pipe line under our BP NO. [protected]. We got the no. of your person named Raju (Mob: +91 [protected]). We called him up but he said as he has not got the salary for last month from his contractor so he will not come. He said jab hamara man karega tab aaenge warna nhi aaenge....

New Connection/ Feasibility Report Not submitted by Area Officer

My B P number is [protected]. They have installed Meter Number : ITR00258422/09/20 on 24 jan. Meter connection no is [protected]

But still waiting for gas connection, after meter installation, i didnt get gas connection. Support is not good they generate compliant no and then resolve after few hrs without doing anything....

New Connection Form doesn't get submitted online

I have applied for a new IGL connection for my flat. (our building already has IGL connection, including my flats below me)

I filled out the form, there was a popup that says, a link will be sent to email for verification, but it never came. I filled the form once more, still didn't receive it. I called the customer care, and there isn't any details.

IGL Docs Requires Correction in Society Name (Gaur Saundaryam )

Please change the society name from :

Current : GAUR SAUNDRAYAM
Correction : GAUR SAUNDARAYAM

The previous IGL service ticket opened for this was : [protected] that got closed. They mentioned that they can't changed as this is drop down in their system.

This needs to be corrected as we have to submit IGL bill as address proof and it requires to match accordingly.

Neighbors issue

Our neighbors have put the pope line connection through our wall without informing us and without having permission from us. I want this complaint to be raised as early as possible as we want to get new gas pipeline connection in our house . Kindly remove this as early as possible 🙏...

Gas pipeline wrong connection

The neighbors have placed the pipe line connection without our permission on our wall. And that is not allowed to put the connection of pipeline of others from our wall. So kindly remove it as early as possible...

No gas restoration done despite request

I am Annapurna Devi a senior citizen with igl bp no. [protected].
My igl gas connection was temporary disconnected in Dec20 by igl as per my need due to my house renovation. During disconnection my appliance valve taken by igl control room person. Complaint for disconnection

The installation team visited my premises yesterday and demanded money for carrying out the functions. When I refused to pay any additional amount, , they abandoned the work and walked out.
The team before visiting also demanded money to which I blantantly refused, they yet again persisted on paying additional amount after reaching my home.

I tried to make a video of their antics, they further started misbehaving....

Issue With the Bill Amount

I received a Bill which has an amount of INR 2771.23 over and above the Bill. When I enquired about the same with the customer service they told me that due to mismatch in the billing amount starting November 2019 till October 2020 the amount got accumulated to 2771.23.

I am not sure why this has happened because the bill generates only after the meter reading was taken by a staff member of the billing team....
