The neighbors have placed the pipe line connection without our permission on our wall. And that is not allowed to put the connection of pipeline of others from our wall. So kindly remove it as early as possible

    I am Annapurna Devi a senior citizen with igl bp no. [protected].
    My igl gas connection was temporary disconnected in Dec20 by igl as per my need due to my house renovation. During disconnection my appliance valve taken by igl control room person. Then I called for restoration on 12th Feb 21 but appliance valve was not connected. Now I need immediate restoration of my application valve & rubber pipe with gas stove. I have already made complaint for the same but control room person not coming. I am residing alone & unable to cook any food for me since many days due to no gas restoration. Please send control room person with appliance valve & rubber pipe today ASAP & confirm.

      My igl gas connection is disconnected but I m not being able get my NOC your service man are not responding properly i have visited your office at RK puram and waited there for many hours but my problem didn't get resolved, i want my Noc by 26 Feb

        I have applied for disconnection of my igl gas connection as I have shifted my house but your company's staff is not responding properly, I contacted the staff members 2 days ago waited at the RK Puram office for many hours but nothing happened, I have to get it disconnected by 26 Feb, please respond

          The installation team visited my premises yesterday and demanded money for carrying out the functions. When I refused to pay any additional amount, , they abandoned the work and walked out.
          The team before visiting also demanded money to which I blantantly refused, they yet again persisted on paying additional amount after reaching my home.

          I tried to make a video of their antics, they further started misbehaving. Strict action be taken against such people.

            I received a Bill which has an amount of INR 2771.23 over and above the Bill. When I enquired about the same with the customer service they told me that due to mismatch in the billing amount starting November 2019 till October 2020 the amount got accumulated to 2771.23.

            I am not sure why this has happened because the bill generates only after the meter reading was taken by a staff member of the billing team.

              Documents verified in October 2020
              Made SEVERAL requests at customer care, till date connection not provided, nor my complaints being forwarded to senior officials.

                It's been two months that I applied for an IGL connection, all paperwork done the 6000 cheques I gave to IGL has also been cleared but still waiting for connection installation. IGL people every time saying we will come at 10 Am and never came. I just want to know how much time will take for connection installation. I am not expecting this much bad service of IGL. I am facing this issue in the initial phase. The best part for IGL people is they are not at all responding.

                  Gas pipeline not installed even after 2 month

                  I have placed the new connection request for pipeline gas at my address flat no. 14, maitri appartment, block a3, paschim vihar, delhi 110063
                  The contractor staff came at my residence at 3 p.m. on 13th feb 2021 to install the connection. Following happened after that
                  1. I asked him to pls wait for 15-20 min as my wife was cooking food in the kitchen for my small Kid. He left for another place - the contractor staff said i asked him to wait for 1 hr which is not true
                  2. Staff again came at 5 p.m. and took the measurement and then left to work for another place - he was not willing to install the connection on same day
                  3. I enquired about delay and i got the reply from contractor and other staff that some material was not available and hence the staff left - this is not true as when the staff came back at 7 p.m., he told me that he went for another complaint in between
                  4. The contractor staff misbehaved with me - he was not ready to wear mask, not ready to remove his shoes even when i offered my shoes to him, he threatened me that i will not come now for rhis connection and ab karwa ke dikha do ye kaam
                  5. Actually it was planned and decided by the staff that he will not install the connection the same day and both contractor and staff was continuously telling lie to us
                  Pls take strict action against the contractor and staff as nobody has the authority to misbehave with customer

                    Gas pipeline not connected to main line since last 3months.
                    They ask for cheque on the very first day while applying for connection but they literally left the customer hopeless with no option.As he have already paid he can't apply for any other gas connection till he received refund.We have called customer care many times but nothing happend.I hope this platform be helpful and IGL people look after our problem we are facing and take immediate action.

                    Dear Sir,

                    With regret I wish to inform you that since November 2020 two PNG meters were installed in my home at B-65/301 & 302, Vishwakarma Colony, M.B Road, New Delhi-110044 and still for the last one year no connection was provided to me and as a result facing lot of hardship. After complaining to your office one representative came and inspected told me that there was no line installed only in front of my home whereas rest of my neighbours have got PNG connections.
                    In view of the above, I appeal to you to kindly look into the matter and provide me urgent PNG connection at my home.

                          Igl people come and done the connection. now i am not using igl gas. one month before my neighbors created objection.
                          i have complaint to improper installation igl. customer care told us complaint for modification igl connection and they demanding modification charge. there is no any fault from end. kindly revisit our site .i have attached back side of house image.

                            This to inform you that I had applied Four Connections at my Residence, Two in the name of Mahesh Kumar Sandilya & Two in the name of Deepak Kumar Sandilya, but we are receiving bills for three connections in the name of Deepak Kumar Sandilya.
                            I got more than 150 Calls during last one year & I told them everything every time, but the problem is not sorted out.

                            Query of your employees are below:
                            1. Have you got the connection.
                            2. Should I send the Plumber.
                            3. Fitting is done or not.
                            4. Gas Challu ho gayi kaya.

                            I am fed up of all these type of phone calls from your outsourced employees.

                            Out of four connections I got three BP Numbers & those are all in my Brothers name Deepak Kumar Sandilya, though he has applied for Two Connections. I am sharing BP numbers for your ready reference :

                            Out of 4 connections Two are operational.

                            You are requested to please depute some senior person to resolve this issue as it is pending since long.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                I would like to draw your kind attention to unattended Service Request No [protected], for which numerous phone calls (more than 100calls) have been made, but have not received any positive response so far.
                                We have contacted IGL personnel @ mobile numbers, [protected], [protected].
                                They are not responding to any phone calls, as they were asking Rs 800/ for 2 .5metre pipe towards activation of GAS Line.
                                We bought pipe on our own for INR 200 and since then there is no response from them.

                                We want to do the installation at earliest.

                                  For removing pipeline from our house wall

                                  Hii i want to reconstruct my house wall on which another house wall pipeline is present..since as i told i want to reconstruct that wall so the pipeline may get damage so kindly remove it from there.
                                  I have already complained many times to coustmer care but no action has been taken yet.
                                  Kindly look in to the matter and solve it asap....
