-Executive named Saurav visited for temporary disconnection.He removed the necessary things and made an invoice for INR 2831.
He asked my servant to pay in cash to process disconnection request.
We paid the complete amount in cash to the executive but still the same amount is showing O/S.
- Cash paid to executive shall be adjsted in my Outstanding Bill.

Installation of new pipe line connection

We had applied for the gas pipe line connection long back with app no [protected]. Even after so many follow up with the area supervisor nothing is happening. The name of area supervisor is mr mukesh. He never even oick up the mobile. A very senior official of embassy of angola is staying at the premises and he is facing lot of problem in the absence of gas pipe line connection. You are hereby requested to resolve the same at the earliest....

There was a leakage in the pipe. Upon high bill in the 1st month itself although we made payment. We requested IGL team to visit and Check the issue. The team visited on 20th July 2019 and they figured out the leakage and created a leakage sheet and clearly mentioned...

Ask for money for connection

More than 90 Days for applying new connection

My BP Number: [protected] had applied for new connection more than 90 days since than following up regularly over mail and Toll Free but only assurance was given that next 2-3 days work will be done but no work started, 5-6 times visit done by IGL side and every time it was told from next day work will be stated but again same issue.

pathetic service

I am really sorry to say that services rendered by their customer care team and technical team is really pathetic.

I am doing the follow up in regard to my connection from last one year and no one willing to action it. They are really rude and just simply disconnect the call by saying that we have escalated your case and will revert to me once get the response.

I have send out the mail to their concerned team...

Gas regulator

We raised the request for activation on 7th of nov and till date we do not have any resolution. The representative came for the activation however stated that the gas regulator needs to be replaced and since then its pending. Customer care guys keep saying they are raising the complaint but nothing happens after that . We have been struggling for the past two months....

I have applied for IGL connection at my flat at D1/116 Dwarkadhish Apartments, Sector-24, Dharuheda in January, 2020 and allotted BP No. on 10th of January, 2020. I have submitted all the required documents along with the cheque of Rs. 5000/- in January only for the connection. Too much delay in getting gas connection

I applied for a gas connection in the month of January and till date I have not received the connection. I keep following up with your customer care team regarding this delay and they keep on providing me with one or the other date for the meter installation. I have talked to so many executives and manager also. They ensure that the matter will be resolved soon but nothing has happened till nowAs you can see that now it is almost an year...

Correction of Bill

Inspite of repeated complaints to the IGL Complaint cell, the customer care does not take any corrective action except sending an email your complaint has been closed.
