I, rohit katyal, residence of f -2512, prateek edifice, sector -107 noida uttar pradesh and my bp number with igl is [protected].
My complaint/ service ticket number with igl is [protected].
I complained about my igl connection pressure in flame is too low to cook and in 2 days they have sent repairmen from their contractor side and he just put needle and cleared the hole and for that igl charged me rs 476 for four burners ie rs 119 per burner
This is a clear loot from igl side as they just put needle to remove the dirt and for that pity thing they are charging huge amount as if only 5 % of existing customers opt for this service they are charging exponentially high amount.
In my concern i observed that contractor with igl and igl officials are hands in gloves for this theft as to do 2 minutes job they are charging high amount.

    The meter at my GF flat 74 engineer estate Patparganj delhi, 110092

    is broken( its installed on outer walled in society) pl repair or replace

      Since i was trapped some where else due to this covid and my house was locked, igl is charging minimum charges of 131.1 and estimation charges to me. I have already suffered many financial losses in this covid. Please don't charge these amounts now to me.
      I am ready to pay for the consumed units but not for not using the gas.

        I have been trying to get new connection since march 2020.

        Continously i have been following up on customer mail and contact numbers.
        Everyone giving false promise but nothing is moving on.

        Current status: document uploaded since last 3 month still no action taken.

        What should i do? They don't want business or they are already have multiple customers.

        Pl logged a complaint reg. No action on installing new connection.

          Dear sir, i have applied for domestic gas connection on 11/8/20 by depositing rs6000/ as security deposit and thereafter bpno [protected] has been issued. Then i contacted so many personnel of igl for installation of meter and connection but nothing has happened in reality only false assurance is being given. It is very much disturbing that officials dealing with public is very much in professional working in such a repute organisation. They are tarnishing the image of the organisation. I am compelled to write all this because i have been fade up. You are therefore requested to look into it and get me relieved from this mental agony.             This is sk sehgal mob no ([protected]) today found some mismatch in my igl connection.

            As i have 3 igl connection out of one which is register with incorrect person name mr. Rakesh bajaj house no h5, tilak nagar, new delhi.

            As per your customer care guys telling number which i have (Meter no zen00122354/1218) is register with mr. Rakesh bajaj.

            Also they are telling my meter number is zen00122385/1218 but this number is not with us.

            Kindly request to check and give clarification on this issue.

            Also the bill is coming too much high as per my usage amt 2, 937 from 28th feb -15th aug. Later change to 900 approx but as my tenant ajai soni is out of delhi from past 5 months and no gas used

            Kindly check and call me urgently otherwise i have to escalate to the next level.

              Depiste repeated request call to customer with regard to new connection installation. Every time they were giving me lime excuses. Having assured sevrel time, the new connection was not installed at my residence for last 6 month. That was applied by applicant in march 2020, but the companies concerned unit is not taking seriously yet. Now i am requesting to you, may please be installed the same so that avoid inconvenience kitchen chores.

                Dear sir:
                We had applied for the shifting of gas pipelines on 9th october, 2019 due to the proposed commencement of work relating to the extension of balcony of all the 5 blocks of our society viz. The rajat jain cgh society ltd. Plot 34 sector 6, dwarka new delhi 110075.

                A survey was carried out on 10th october, 2019 and the amount, as demanded, was deposited by us on 19th october, 2019. However, despite regular follow up with the igl assigned contractor, shri manoj agnihotri, the job relating to the shifting of gas pipelines, though commenced, has not been completed till date.

                This has not only delayed the entire project of the balcony extension but has also led to our civil work contractor filing a claim for the delay of the project.in fact, the balcony extension work has come to a halt.

                We had spoken to the igl representatives, namely, s/shri naveen raja and rajeev and thereafter with shri rupesh and lastly with shri abhisekh k singh at dwarka office delhi but nothing much have moved, least to speak about the completion of the job relating to the shifting of gas pipelines. Residents of our society, after having paid a huge sum of money for the balcony extension, are suffering immensely from this situation without any cause on their part.

                Having made scores of calls to the contractor to whom the above work has been awarded by igl and also to the different igl representatives in dwarka office in vain, we are now left with no option but to approach your office for immediate resolution of the issue. We are enclosing the photograph of the half-finished work executed by the igl assigned contractor in our society.

                Looking forward to your urgent consideration and cooperation.

                  We have applied for new PNG connection last year. As per requirements, we have made payment for the same. We were told that whole process may take upto 3 months, but till date we have not received services for the same. Inspite of continuous remainder and follow up to customer care of IGL, we didn't get any response. Please look into the matter and do needful. Looking forward for your response.

                      Hi sir/mam,

                      My meter installation was done in november 2019 and the supply has not started yet. Every time i said to your employees that the pipe installation is not proper but they never checked on it. Few weeks earlier one of your employees came and installed the new meter in the building premise without even checking the supply or the pipe fittings.in this building no service has been started yet.

                      I have raised my concern on this issue and told your project teammates but they are not ready to listen to my problems. They are saying this will be chargeable otherwise they won't do this.
                      Sir if your employee has not done his work properly and i have not got any service from this why should i pay for this.

                      I am fed up with all those terms and conditions and even with your employees. All they are giving me false promises. Please make it clear and start the supply as soon as possible. If not please disconnect the installation. It has been 7 months completed without any result.

                        Hi,

                        I had applied for igl connection with all the required documents and an advance payment of inr 6, 000 in the month of january 2020. My bp no. Is bp no.[protected] and my gas connection is still not active. After several follow-ups meter got installed in the month of june but no further action is done.

                            My IGL BP No. is [protected]. I applied connection in September 2018 and Meter was installed in End of Year 2019 while supply started in Feb 2020.

                            As per several mails from IGL Customer Care, they clearly mention that EMI will start from the date of Meter installation however they consider September 2018 as meter installation date which is wrong. They have charged complete EMIs in a single bill after connection mentioning that meter is installed in Sept 2018.

                            I have dropped many mails and have follow ups mails as well but the issue is yet unsolved. They just stick to a silly reply that Meter had installed in Sept 2018 while even pipelines were not laid off in society premises till mid of Year 2019.

                            I haven't paid that particular bill hence Further I have been charged for late payment charges as well.

                            I have asked many times for escalation matrix as well, but they don't even share that which is a basic right of consumer.

                            RESOLUTION I WANT:
                            I want the records should be corrected that meter is installed in End of Year 2019 and re-calculation of EMI after that. I am ready to pay the correct calculated EMI amount, Also I want reversal of Late payment charges which is due to the non solving of matter from IGL end.

                                I have booked a new connection 21 days back, for my house no. 14-b, tower-5, type-v, east kidwai nagar, nbcc govt. Residential complex, new delhi-23. I have been allotted a bp no. [protected] the same was communicated to igl through call center and having a service token no. [protected]. I have been told that the new connection will be provided within 3 days but it is already 4 days gone and despite calling them on their helpline and telling my problem of cooking food etc, no action is yet taken. It shows the poor service and carelessness towards the work attitude of the igl officials.
                                This is the situation in a govt colony where meter and connection is already installed upto the kitchen door?

                                  I had completed all the formalities for my new connections by name of Mr Raman Kumar Gupta at B 5 2nd and third floor, Naray Vihar, New Delhi-110028. I had made the request for the the same BP no. [protected] and other BP NO. [protected] whose service tickets no. We’re [protected] and [protected] on 24 July 2020. But since then no thing has been done please look in to the matter and get it completed as soon as possible.

                                    This is to draw your kind attention to the damage that has been caused due to this gas pipeline installation in our building. I own the basement of the building which was flooded with water and dust the other day when i opened it on around 14 august 2020. It was due to digging just in the front of building without our knowledge or permission.

                                    Mr. Vinod - from contractor side
                                    Mr. Abhijeet - engineer

                                    We request to kindly close this connection from this building and get the restoration done as soon as possible so as to avoid any further losses to the foundation of the building.

                                      Hello sir/mam,

                                      Our bp no is : [protected]

                                      We have raised a complaint with request no : [protected] for improper meter reading due to which our bill has suddenly increased manifold. We noticed that the meter number on the bills does not match with the meter installed at our home due to which we were paying for a bill which does not belong to us since january'19 when this meter was installed. We inquired into this and found that the meter reading in itself is very higher than normal and where on a average basis we are consuming 30 units for a 57 days period the current bill has shown an exceptionally high consumption of 137 units for 57 days. This could be a result of a faulty meter because we have consumed the units fairly normal.

                                      We have even called up the representatives several times but it was of no help and they thing that matter is trivial and hence no response. There were several visits of representatives to our home to take pictures of the meter but still our request has been closed without resolution. This fault is from igl side so why are we forced to pay what does not belong to us. Please help, waiting for a solution at the earliest.

                                      Please check our meter it is showing faulty reading also please provide us an updated bill that belong to us.
