I, Tarun Bakshi resident of 14th Avenue Gaur city 2 has deposited cheque no. “000004” with your dealer at 14th Avenue, and same was cleared from my bank on 1 November.

Here is the details and issues I have faced while asking a connection from your representative while cheque for this is already cleared.
12 October person came and took the forms, id’s and signature along with cheque
1 November – Cheque got cleared from bank(IDFC)
11 November – People came to my home and installed the meter and other pipeline and told me other member will come to add the gas connection into my hob.
12 November I started calling and asked your complain center to get my connection complete.
After so many reminders at last on 12 December – I registered complain, AND here twist the person DID NOT REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT.
On 26th December- After complain and several reminder nobody turned up- I again called then I asked for my complain status they said there is NO COMPLAINT registered from me. WOW, I asked the person now to register the complaint.
They give me complaint number [protected], now guess what, today my complaint was closed without having my issue resolved neither they called me nor they provided any intimations about that.
When I called the complaint center they told me no reason was mention why this ticket is closed and we cant reopen this complaint but we can register a new complaint. I got that just to have your TAT complete they closed my ticket.

NOW, just to add one more thing, still my connection is not yet started but MY BILLING has been generated. Thanks for the fast service 😊 at least on this point.
Please note that my house has not been provided by the LPG connection whereas my neighbors that is resident of M- 28102 and others
have got the connection and the meter has also been installed to their home. We have complained several times regarding the
same to your customer care centre but all in vein to receive any response from your side. We got everything installed meter and other pipelines, the thing they have to complete is only a knobs and activate the connection.
